They had told me on the phone the hot tub was available for use and when we asked the lady where it was, she told us, when we got to the hot tub it was empty and dirty. Halls and stairways were dirty.

I recommend this hotel the staff and owner are fantastic so kind and courteous and very friendly and helpful to their guest. Hotel has a swimming pool and sunna and hot tub for the guest to use and guest laundry room for the guest to use

Property is in severe disrepair and some changes like new paint were not done professioanlly or well. Pool was in total disrepair with junk lying around it. Contact paper wrapped around items we couldnt tell what they were. Carpet badly worn and dirty. Sketchy people hanging around. Maid acting like she was high on something almost couldnt stop smirking and laughing. We did not stay there. Went to a different hotel.

This property was disgusting. There was vomit on the comforter and the whole property smelled like a bathroom. There were large, full trash bins in the stairwell and hallway. We did not stay and left immediately.

There was number two in the toilet. The TV did not work. Super old and dated. Could smell marijuana throughout the night. I laid awake all night, staring at the ceiling, thinking there was going to be a cockroach crawl across any minute. Very very low class – if it would not have been midnight, I would have went somewhere else.

It was absolutely filthy. The sheets and pillowcases were covered in black specs of something and stains. The towels were still damp from the previous use and stained. Everything was dusty. The shower curtain was covered in mold, the sink had no water pressure, I can’t say about the shower since I didn’t want to risk it. The lamps and outlets next to the bed did not work until my son found where they were plugged in, which was a wall outlet that had no cover on it and it shocked him when he tried putting the plug in. The deadbolt on the door did not work. The staff were very friendly though and the floors were still wet from being freshly mopped, though they were sticky. I was going to request clean towels and bedding, but after the shock from the uncovered outlet we just decided we were better off leaving and driving the 5 1/2 hours home in the middle of the night. It clearly states there is no refund policy so we didn’t even try. Happy 18th birthday to my son.

Not the worst we’ve stayed in but it’s pretty near the top of the list. Sketchy sign on the main door advising not to leave it open was alarming. Several issues requiring repeated calls for room maintenance and they were unable to get the security lock to work. Room was dated but fairly clean. Beds were okay and we were able to get a decent nights sleep after leaving the air conditioner fan on low to block the freeway noise.

It’s a budget hotel, and maybe the least expensive in the area, so I didn’t have high expectations. The ladies working the front desk are great. The bed ms were average and the sheets and other linens appear washed on site. The room was messier than I used to and as the room was dusty, the bathroom wasn’t made up fully, and the floor was seemingly not swept from the previous visitor. However, we survived just fine and got a decent nights sleep. Overall, if you stay here, recognize that you are paying for a 50$ room, not a 150$ room.

I checked in after driving 10.5 hours so I was tired. I was given a choice of rooms...a king size single that was in the "Basement" or two queens that was in the parking lot level. I chose the second room but i couldn't see the parking lot as it was on the other side of the building. Also at checkin, I was told there was a $100 cash deposit for "Incidentals" that would be refunded at checkout. There we no "Incidentals" available anywhere and it was highly discouraged using a debit/credit card as "It will take 4-5 days for your card to be refunded". The room was just ok. The A/C unit had a broken vent so the air blew directly on the bed nearest to it so I was forced to sleep in the other farther away bed. The shower head shot water backwards toward the wall due to it apparently having been changed out recently but wasn't tightened. I took care of that. The hall outside my room either smelled like a locker room, a uranyl, or a sewer and all night the other guests/tenants were slamming doors or talking very loudly in the hall. I waffled giving the pit stop overnight stay 1 star. Not recommended at all...

You get what you pay for I guess. There was crime scene tape on one of the rooms next door to mine. The room was weird. Like they tried to implement upgrades from ikea. My fridge wouldn’t close and it leaked. The mattress springs were broken. Overall a pretty seedy place. I hope I didn’t get bed bugs. The staff however was fantastic. They’re just doing their best with what they have.

Definitely would not stay here again. The staff was nice, and it certainly smelled clean, but the condition of the property is abysmal. There was a 2 inch gap between the floor and the bottom of the door, curtains were broken, the mattress bag was still on the mattress, awful job on the flooring, and it was obvious that our door had been kicked in at some point. The door jam was a mess.

Nice people, but they overcharged me. They didn’t give my full deposit back, and the people working the front desk don’t know how to use the system so I didn’t get checked in properly, and the man couldn’t check me out when I left because he didn’t know how. They charged me an extra 45$ I’m not sure why!! Since they don’t know how to use the system when you call they say the manager will look at it when they get it but they won’t call you back to give you an update.

We got into town at 2 in the morning. We booked ahead of time so that we had a place as we have a 7 month old baby. Went to check in and it was cash only. I didn’t have enough cash so that would have been nice to know. It was late and we didn’t want to be looking for another place, plus I asked if I would get a refund for what was charged to my card & he said no. so we went back in and asked if he knew where the closest ATM was. He directed us to a gas station across street. We went and got cash and went back. Room wasn’t very clean and we didn’t feel particularly safe so we were not staying a second night with the baby. We checked out by check out time and didn’t get refunded for the second night. Then we went and found a safer & cleaner place.

There was hand written signs posted in a couple spots, “COMPUTER DOWN CASH ONLY!!!” I stated I had the reservation and confirmation number and was told to pay cash or I could go next door to the travel inn. The clerk told me the attendant name (I forget) and that he would take care of me as they had plenty room. I asked about the reservation he told me, “ your reservation is for here they obviously won’t be able to accommodate it there and I would have to pay them to stay”. I guess it’s a good thing the Orbitz collected money is nonrefundable or they wouldn’t make money or maybe that’s just peanuts to them and the “CASH MONEY ONLY SCAM” that seems to be going on is more profitable. Now to fight to get my money back for a hotel I paid for and wasn’t allowed to check into.

Please do not book anymore people at Nampa Inn ,Idaho. It's the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I was there 10 days and never had room service for clean towels & wash cloths. The hotel is as nasty as it can get. I felt unsafe staying there as a single woman. The hotel is not finished for clean people to stay there. No working spa or swimming pool as advertised. Place is totally unfinished. Looks like drug addicts and hookers hang around there. The hotel knows what it is that's why if someone books a stay there through any of you booking agents there is no refunds when costumers find out what the hotel is really like. You tired to get my refund back so I could get another hotel to no avail. I had to stay in that nasty hotel for 10 days. # don't book anyone else if you want costumers to book through your booking company " Verna Kassan

I chose the cheapest motel I could find in Boise because I just needed a place to sleep in transit. Its cheapness did not disappoint.... you get what you pay for. Extremely basic, apparently decorated by toddlers with paint brushes, and oddly broken bits and pieces here and there (part of a towel holder, moldy space where a built in tissue dispenser must have once been, questionable liquid with floaters in the coffee maker....) ON THE OTHER HAND: The bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, the AC worked, and the shower was hot. So for what I needed, it was fine. Also it smelled fine: some super cheap motels smell like mildew or ... worse... but this place is fine. ALSO PLEASE NOTE: They require a $100 damage deposit, which is not unusual, but THEY REQUIRE IT IN ACTUAL CASH DOLLARS. No cards allowed. So if you don't normally have a hundred bucks cash in your pocket, you might want to visit an ATM before your trip

Although I had good service upon check in, plus she was friendly and considerate, things went downhill afterwards. There were some kind of shavings in the sink, no garbage can in the room, and the floor was not clean. I will say that the bed was comfortable and the hotel location convenient. There was a small modicum of coffee by way of a coffee bag. No other coffee was available. It’s a budget hotel, but should have been in better shape.

Hotel smelled bad, key cards didn’t work on all outside entrances, no coffee makers, no phones in room, no garbage can in room, Kleenex box was empty. Overall, it would be hard to say anything nice about this hotel.

First of all the ice machine doesn’t work. Secondly and most importantly there was ongoing construction in the room next to me both nights I was there. There was a lot of hammering and banging going on both nights I was there. I ignored it the first night but when it happened again the second night I complained. The room next to me was being gutted so to speak. I have no problem with construction work being done but not at 7:30pm and I’m in adjoining room that shares a wall. They could have at least put me in a different room. I spoke to the contractor and told him I couldn’t sleep with all the noise. He said he didn’t know. All he had to do was knock on my door and he would have known. It’s common courtesy.

I’m surprised that Hotel.com uses this hotel. I felt unsafe. The room was not well cleaned. The pillows were the worst. The pictures show a beautiful pool and hot tub. I could see the pool from my window but passed as I didn’t want to leave my room to explore and see the hot tub. It did have lots of hot water and the staff was friendly at check in. Most of this hotel seems to be more of a flop house where people have taken up residency.
