At check in we were greeted warmly and charged the wrong price, but the manager took care of it immediately. We were staying for 2 days and the 2nd day we had to go back to the desk to get our keys re-activated because they didn\'t work on day 2. The curtains only went closed about 16" on both sides so at 6AM the room was bright as could be. They should be able to be fully closed! Didn\'t appreciate that. But the bathroom was super clean, the shower pressure was phenomenal and the water was hot!! The A/C worked great! The bed was clean and comfortable and the restaurant/bar on site had great food and drinks! Everyone was extremely helpful and kind and it\'s a well kept hotel with tons of parking available. Great location! Literally minutes from the FHOF!

Nice convention facilities but no transport other than Uber. Minor issues with fan in bathroom but one night so I didn’t worry about it. TV remote could not bring up channel guide.

This hotel was not like other Holiday Inn’s we’ve stayed at in the past. Although we did have a comfortable stay there were a few things that need improved greatly! Their parking lot was rather unsafe with little to no lighting, breakfast was not included in your stay like most Holiday Inn’s & it was served in a bar setting (incredibly inappropriate if you’re traveling with children!), the pool area was nice but desperately needed cleaned. While we were there a little girl puked in the pool all the way over to the trash can, the next morning out of curiosity (since this area obviously needed cleaned) we went in to just see if it’d been cleaned up & it had not, there was still puke down the side of the trash can. For the price we paid for this room for 1 night none of these things should have been a issue, we’re going on a week of the charge for the hotel still pending on my card & no refund on our deposit (no reason whatsoever for it to be kept by them). Overall the beds were comfortable but we wouldn’t stay here again if we were to visit the area.

The place has been updated and clean. Love twnty/20 restaurant. Faculty is very nice. Our room was nice and clean but we had issues with the microwave and refrigerator not working. We told them at checkout. We were only there one night.

THE HOTEL ITSELF, LOBBY, HALLWAYS, RESTAURANT... WERE ALL KEPT UP NICE BUT MY ROOM NOT SO MUCH. SUPER SMALL REFRIGERATOR, TILES IN THE BATHROOM ALL MOVED WHEN YOU STEPPED ON THEM, HALF EATEN BREADSTICK ON TOP OF THE DRESSER DRAWER. BED WAS COMFY. THE ROOM WAS JUST NOT KEPT UP OVER THE YEARS. Front staff Daryl was great however the cleanliness of the the rooms was subpar. The first room they gave us wreaked of stale marijuana, smokes and rotten dead fish,the toilet didn’t flush and the secondary lock was ripped out of the door, so thankfully we were moved to a different room. The building has a sour musty smell of mould, the garbages in the ice machine room were overflowing,and cleaning rags were left on the floor in the hallways, as well as clumps of wadded up carpet dirt. The room was subpar, the furniture cabinets were broken apart on the corners and put together with drywall to hold it which was crumbling on the floor leaving a white Chalky substance everywhere , the bathroom cabinets were scratched up and had dry crusty white substances on them, floors had an excessive amount of bodily hair on them and the bath/shower looked mouldy and brown around the trim, not to mention the inside door to the room clearly had damage where the chain lock used to be and was also clearly ripped out with damage on the door, we put the spare chair in front of it for added security as a single mother and child to feel safer, the microwave didn’t even have the tray inside and the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The noise level on Saturday night was very loud with bass bumping loudly until almost 2 am, Sunday was much quieter aside from the excessive road traffic noise. If Daryl at the front desk wasn’t so nice to deal with we would’ve complained and went elsewhere.

Room was renovated, pretty nice. Sliding door on bathroom is bad idea. Noisy open and close in the night. Could use a cheat sheet for the TV so you know the basic channels. Lobby area and bar are very nice. HVAC is a little noisy. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area.

This day was fine and comfortable. We really just used the room to sleep and didn’t even shower or anything. Wallpaper was starting to split at the seams and the remote for the TV and the sofa area wasn’t working. I hated that Expedia charged me an extra person rate we ended up only having Three people, but the hotel told me that they’ve never heard of an extra person rate. I know I won’t be going through Expedia again that’s for sure.

The check-in was "meh" at best. Something with Hotels.com slowed the process down to about a 20 minute ordeal. Holiday Inn had to call hotels.com because of a issue with how it was "paid for". That\'s the first thing. The room was very nice in overall appearance. BUT later we found out a number of things that we brought to the front desk\'s attention: 1. The fan in the room made a terrible, terrible sound when it came on. It kept us awake! We had to turn it off and my wife was cold the entire night. 2. The shower. It took almost 15 minutes...15 MINUTES for the shower to run hot water. WHY??? 3. The toilet. It took a number of presses for the toilet to flush a full bowl. We should be able to press the button on the toilet and walk away. No, this required up to 3 times to press it & hold it for about 10-15 seconds to even flush a piece of toilet paper down. The room, overall was very, very nice! Well presented and very cozy. If it weren\'t for those 3 items I mentioned above, it would have been a perfect stay. As a side note, my sister and her husband stayed on the same floor, a number of rooms down. They too had issues with the shower so I know it wasn\'t just our room.

I have been part of a golf outing that has stayed at this particular Holiday Inn for the past 25 years. All of my stays I would give a 5 star rating until this year. I always booked directly through the Holiday Inn. This year I called them and the front desk said they were to busy to book and I should call back later. After 3 more attempts over a period of a 4 hours I was still told to call back because they were tending to customers at the front desk and were busy. Needing to get my booking in I decided to go with Travelocity. My stay was for 2 nights. All was good until the morning of my checkout when to my surprise there was no hot water. I confronted the front desk when I checked out thinking they might offer some type of compensation but I was wrong. I was told it was not an issue with them since I booked through a third (Travelocity) party. Are you kidding me? What does Travelocity have to do with the hot water ? After further debate I was offered 1000 points on my Holiday Inn member card. I found this very disappointing and consider it bad business. After 25 years I don’t know why it was so hard to make a booking. Is the problem a policy change or an inefficient staff at the front desk.

My stay at this property was amazing. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay. I want to give a big shout out to the front desk workers who help me find my necklace charm that fell down the elevator shoot. They went over and adobe with their customer service.

I prepaid through expedia. Have receipt. Hotel asked for csrd. Charged me full amount again. Says they do not show expedia payment so now i have to waste time to make sure im not double charged. Additionally expedia was $10 more expensive than if i booked witb hotel through IHG app or when i arrived. Dont trust expedia for best deal or to make prepaid hotel reservation. Amazing selling using app for deals and its not a deal. And im in town for sons college graduation and i have to waste time making sure im not doubled charged. Will think twice next time about using expedai. Very frustrated and irritated when this is supposed to be a fun and happy time with my family.

The check-in was "meh" at best. Something with Hotels.com slowed the process down to about a 20 minute ordeal. Holiday Inn had to call hotels.com because of a issue with how it was "paid for". That\'s the first thing. The room was very nice in overall appearance. BUT later we found out a number of things that we brought to the front desk\'s attention: 1. The fan in the room made a terrible, terrible sound when it came on. It kept us awake! We had to turn it off and my wife was cold the entire night. 2. The shower. It took almost 15 minutes...15 MINUTES for the shower to run hot water. WHY??? 3. The toilet. It took a number of presses for the toilet to flush a full bowl. We should be able to press the button on the toilet and walk away. No, this required up to 3 times to press it & hold it for about 10-15 seconds to even flush a piece of toilet paper down. The room, overall was very, very nice! Well presented and very cozy. If it weren\'t for those 3 items I mentioned above, it would have been a perfect stay. As a side note, my sister and her husband stayed on the same floor, a number of rooms down. They too had issues with the shower so I know it wasn\'t just our room.

Great stay, fast check in, maybe the quickest I ever had. Shower was maybe the best ever, plenty of pressure. Stayed two nights, no housekeeping but we did mention we would like a change of towels. They did switch towels, but not washcloths. Not sure how they expect you to only have one each for three days? Otherwise great stay

Super nice staff. She upgraded to a suite for no charge. Plenty of parking. Hardly saw too many people which is nice getting in annd out. Ice on our floor not working.

Check in was awful. We were not able to check in until 5pm after asking for early check (which i know is not guarenteed) but for it to be 2 hours late was not acceptable for the price we paid.

I have been part of a golf outing that has stayed at this particular Holiday Inn for the past 25 years. All of my stays I would give a 5 star rating until this year. I always booked directly through the Holiday Inn. This year I called them and the front desk said they were to busy to book and I should call back later. After 3 more attempts over a period of a 4 hours I was still told to call back because they were tending to customers at the front desk and were busy. Needing to get my booking in I decided to go with Travelocity. My stay was for 2 nights. All was good until the morning of my checkout when to my surprise there was no hot water. I confronted the front desk when I checked out thinking they might offer some type of compensation but I was wrong. I was told it was not an issue with them since I booked through a third (Travelocity) party. Are you kidding me? What does Travelocity have to do with the hot water ? After further debate I was offered 1000 points on my Holiday Inn member card. I found this very disappointing and consider it bad business. After 25 years I don’t know why it was so hard to make a booking. Is the problem a policy change or an inefficient staff at the front desk.

At check in we were greeted warmly and charged the wrong price, but the manager took care of it immediately. We were staying for 2 days and the 2nd day we had to go back to the desk to get our keys re-activated because they didn\'t work on day 2. The curtains only went closed about 16" on both sides so at 6AM the room was bright as could be. They should be able to be fully closed! Didn\'t appreciate that. But the bathroom was super clean, the shower pressure was phenomenal and the water was hot!! The A/C worked great! The bed was clean and comfortable and the restaurant/bar on site had great food and drinks! Everyone was extremely helpful and kind and it\'s a well kept hotel with tons of parking available. Great location! Literally minutes from the FHOF!

Many of the guests that we stayed with had to switch rooms because what they ordered was not what they were provided with. I ordered a king suite and was initially provided with a double queen room. The employees did happily make the exchange in my new room the shower had mold In the corners. Overall, the room smelled slightly musty, the air conditioner in the bedroom spelled black flex all over the white and sheets each night. The restaurant and bar attached. The hotel had good food, but was slightly understaffed.

This hotel was not like other Holiday Inn’s we’ve stayed at in the past. Although we did have a comfortable stay there were a few things that need improved greatly! Their parking lot was rather unsafe with little to no lighting, breakfast was not included in your stay like most Holiday Inn’s & it was served in a bar setting (incredibly inappropriate if you’re traveling with children!), the pool area was nice but desperately needed cleaned. While we were there a little girl puked in the pool all the way over to the trash can, the next morning out of curiosity (since this area obviously needed cleaned) we went in to just see if it’d been cleaned up & it had not, there was still puke down the side of the trash can. For the price we paid for this room for 1 night none of these things should have been a issue, we’re going on a week of the charge for the hotel still pending on my card & no refund on our deposit (no reason whatsoever for it to be kept by them). Overall the beds were comfortable but we wouldn’t stay here again if we were to visit the area.

The place has been updated and clean. Love twnty/20 restaurant. Faculty is very nice. Our room was nice and clean but we had issues with the microwave and refrigerator not working. We told them at checkout. We were only there one night.

The rooms are a smidge dated. The carpet was torn at the threshold which is a tiny trip hazard. The pillows are a bit flat. Overall the stay was good. Price was a bit high for what we got. Staff was friendly while communicating with them.

The hotel was great other than a few things. When they renovated it a few years ago they should have put in the taller toilets. Their toilets were about a foot from the floor. Not good for old people. Secondly, the night stand only had one place to plug in anything. They had a clock plugged in so I had to unplug it in order to plug in my cpap. Why would they only put one outlet there. Thirdly, they had a nice place to put one of the folding things to put your suitcase on, but unlike most hotels, they didn't have one. There, I said my piece. Otherwise everyone was friendly and helpful.
