The room was very nasty and had roaches everywhere especially at night time the carpet was terrible the furniture was beat up and terrible also I like to get my money back or some of my money

I made a reservation on hotels at 11:30pm on a Saturday and went to check in and was told she gave the last room out few mins prior. I was told she didn’t see my payment and couldn’t give me a room, told me I needed to disput with my bank and didn’t offer any kind of refund! Terrible service, hotels.com was nice enough to offer a refund but this hotel sucks and the overnight check in staff!

The Air Freshener in the lobby is overwhelming, but can't beat the price and location!!

Disgusting couldn’t even walk on carpet without shoes bathrooms we’re disgusting, no towels but 2 no toilet paper, dirty tub, mattress blankets ripped up, door didn’t lock from outside you could push it right open, sent my grandson to get toilet paper from office and staff was rude to him saying he wasn’t allowed to ask, when arrived after 6pm for check I had to wait more than hour for room to be “cleaned” staff was arguing in laundry area cussing and yelling, people who booked rooms before me didn’t have a room for their work for the week, I was charged per fees 75$ that were not explained to me before hand I asked do I get it back she said no it’s non refundable, room was way to expensive for condition it was in! People drinking all hours of the night, smoking weed, loud running back and forth all night long while trying to sleep, it was the WORST! I want to be compensated by refund on all of my stay including pet deposit, or I’m calling health department, the city code enforcement,PD,whatever I need to do,also fire marshal because there are Absolutely no fire alarms in the rooms!!!! I’m HIGHLY MAD! My husband paid less at a holiday inn off victory Dr!!! And no military discount for a military town!!! Wow
