Breakfast was advertised but is very minimal. Needs to be disclosed as such. No trash cans in room. No elevators. Not handicapped accessible.

Great location. Room itself was very clean, though bathroom needed maintenance where wallboard was cracking around tub.i would say it was a great deal. Quiet, plentiful easy parking. No elevator, but stairs to 3rd floor are easily accessible. To know: while the room has a frig and stove, you have to ask for pots and pans, there are no sponges or paper towels.. Not even a sink stopper. We had planned to fully cook during our stay, so it did not quite meet our expectations, but the room is large enough, everything seems quite nice, a/c worked well. Would stay again, but would be more prepared.

The property has a lot of ants and other insects in the rooms. You have to take the trash out yourself, all the way to the corner of the parking lot. Room cleaning is only done once every 14 days! The air circulation is terrible in both the hallways and the rooms, which always feel stuffy. There are three floors but no elevators—good luck carrying your bags up the stairs.

It’s overall quiet . No one bothers you. I haven’t seen any bugs . For the most part the staff are friendly and accommodating . I get aggravated having to constantly get my key reactivated . I can stay a week get a key and by that night it’s not working . Get it fixed by the next night it’s stopped working again. Two of the 4 dryers have been out of order for awhile now. The grab and go breakfast they advertise no longer exist . The coffee at 6 am this past week has barely been warm . They are undergoing a name change and the prices seem to be going up with lesss and less available .

Under construction so some stuff didn’t work. Key cards for example had a kind of their own. Otherwise it was a decent stay for the money.

This place was just dirty and run down. Be aware that there is no elevator, so you may have to climb up to 2 flights of stairs to get to your room. Will never go back again!

On the good side: This place is cheap and convenient. They have a low pet fee and no size restrictions, and they have good space for letting your dog exercise on a long lead. The room was large, and I love having a full kitchen. On the bad side: the bathroom sink actually pulled off the wall (!!!), I couldn't figure out how to make the shower work, and the locks for the external doors never wanted to accept my key cards. Oh, and I actually got propositioned in the hallway! So don't expect 5-star accommodations. Know what you're looking for!

My overnight stay at Brentwood Studio Plus in Nashville,TN was horrible!!! Most of the pictures online are deceptive. The entrance way & lobby is nasty looking and has a slight smell...looks NOTHING like the online photos. The rooms are very very very out dated. The toilet was not stable. And worst of all there is NO ELEVATOR!!! If your room is upstairs, be prepared to climb a narrow stairway with all your belongings. The kitchen in the room is a waste....no utensils, no cookware. You can bring your on cookware but be prepared to climb up and down stairs with even more things. This is not a hotel it is more of an extended stay for someone that needs temporary housing, and i do mean "temporary". We traveled over 4 hours to attend a graduation and could only go by the photos online. Even the employee couldn't explain the difference of the pictures from the actual place. Ofcourse you don't see the place until you arrive but at that point they will say there is no refund because you didn't cancel 24 hours before check in time. We were Not comfortable leaving our belongings in the room, every time we left out we also took our bags with us! I would not recommend this place when visiting the Nashville, TN area and i would never stay there again. Buyer beware!!

Attendant seemed irritated & was unfriendly when checking in. Room, bed, & bath seemed clean. The room was quiet which was a nice surprise. The refrigerator on the other hand looked like it’d been drug out of a junk yard. The front was stained from previous mold growth & the gasket was deteriorating & covered in mold. I wouldn’t return due to poor service when checking in & the biohazard they’re using as a refrigerator.

We did not stay the night as we had planned. Our room was disgusting. Bugs, stains, dirt… you name it we had it. At least I’ll be getting a refund.

Room smelled musty. Unfinished shower showing plaster. TV didn't work. Had to get the desk guy to make it work

I woke up this morning with an itchy back. I never have an itchy back! I went and looked in the mirror and I have 3 fresh red bites on my back. Obviously bedbugs. I told them when I left that room 210 has bedbugs. Also, a big part in my decision to pick that hotel is that they advertise a free breakfast. Expedia offered me the room with free breakfast or a refundable room with no breakfast. I chose the room with meal. I had to change the date from 6/19 to 6/18 and was charged $12. for the change and still no breakfast. I was going to let it go and not reported it, but the bites convinced me to inform Expedia.

The room had a bad musty smell to it. The bathroom looked clean but there were a few dirty rags hanging from the shower pole. The smell was so bad that we wpmt be going back to this hotel

Smelled of stale smoke, blood on bathroom wall, TV did not work, dead bugs in one of the beds, sheets appeared to not be cleaned. Would not recommend this place

Consider wearing your shoes/socks in your room. We killed 2 cockroaches!!!

Non-smoking room had definitely been smoked in. My husband and I both had allergic reactions with in 5minutes of being in the room. Sheets had burn holes presumably from cigarette ashes. We had to vacate the motel and find alternative place to stay.

Easy check in. Very bare bones facility, which was fine bc I wasn’t there much. The upstairs neighbors seemed to be making a lot of noise all night the entire time, so maybe the floor above was squeaky? Nothing special, but fine location and easy to navigate the area & access Nashville. Pillows were comfy!

Decent hotel. Not dirty per se, but lots of hairs in the room and bathroom that were not mine, so not super clean either. Walls are paper thin, can hear conversation from neighboring rooms at all times of day and night. Had to sleep with noise canceling headphones bc my room neighbors were drunk af and loud until almost 4a. I wouldn't stay there again and I took no pleasure in being in the room, but it worked for a cheap overnight stay. Gentleman who checked me in was nice and helpful.

Quiet and clean

Rooms nice enough and functional; stovetop old, just slow. Kitchen sink didnt really work. Fair for the price we paid and at the last minute. Very thin walls, can hear everyone else around. Cant hear anyone talking when the AC is on, but it does drown out the outside noises!

For the price, huge space, amazingly comfortable bed, and full kitchen, and nice bathroom, it is definitely worth it to not judge the hotel by the lobby. Would stay again!

WiFi was almost completely unusable, would work for like 5 minutes then completely stop. Made staying at a place to be able to work at on the road pointless.

Spacious and affordable. 15 minutes from Nashville. Full kitchen. Comfortable bed. The only odd thing was there were no garbage cans anywhere in the room. Not the bathroom or main space.

Wifi to weak to use

This is an older property, so it's a bit dated. It had a full size fridge, and a four burner stove. The room was small but functional. I only stayed one night but I could see staying longer.

The staff stayed up for me until 2:30a - had a very delayed flight which was very appreciated

I specifically got the room so I can take a shower on the road. Period. I expressed this when I checked in to my room. At about midnight, after running errands to prepare for a shower, going to multiple stores to find an electric razor to shave, and buy appropriate body wash since none of us provided, I discovered that unfortunately the shower is inoperable. I called the after hours number. This was shortly after the front desk staff had departed. I was informed that there was nothing they could do in the maintenance would be there in the morning. I will be leaving in the morning. I would like to take my shower before I go to bed. I do not take showers in the morning.. Not very happy. Thanks.

The older white man working at the desk when we checked in was on the rude side. He ignored us for about 4 min, looked annnoyed when I said we needed to check in, and then pawned us off on someone else. The room wasn’t dirty, but it didn’t feel super clean either. The hallways smelled horrible. The place was very outdated. The breakfast was coffee and tea, granola bars and packets of microwave oatmeal. This was fine for one night since we were literally only sleeping there. The price was right considering the price of other hotels, but still not worth what we paid considering the condition of the hotel.

Check in was horrible and we booked 2 nights, then when we tried to extend it, we were not able to reach them using the number listed. It was like they didn’t pay for there phone service or something. It was going to a number not affiliated with them. Don’t recommend this one.

Staff is not the most friendly, not the greatest when you first come in but the room itself is nice, also great location.

Property is great. Rooms great. But there wasn’t anyone at front desk when checking in had to wait a while. But overall I love it

The guy at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, the computer was down in my “checking in” took a very long time. I had left something in the lobby and he delivered it to my room. The place is old, but it’s clean and the bed was very comfortable. You can’t do anything about it, but the stairs in the entry or something I could do without. I was alone and had a lot of luggage. He directed me to the back door where I didn’t have to use stairs. As I write this, I have decided to stay another night. I slept well and was very comfortable.

Property was perfect for our one night stay. Located in a great area with lots of restaurants nearby.

Place is in an isolated area, no walkable dining options. Their "breakfast" is granola bars, if youre lucky enough to get down there before they run out. Coffee ran out multiple times during our stay. Our tub faucet had a constant drip and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Room 113. Quiet place in a safe neighborhood though.

Cheap, close to highway

This is a wonderful place to stay. It's always clean and up to date. It's in a safe area and it is very convenient to get to stores and restaurants. This is where we always stay when we make our medical trips to Vanderbilt if they have a room available.

Property is in a very upscale area, so it’s safe and clean. But the building is pretty old and needs updating. It’s only 2- maybe 3 floors but no elevator. It’s a studio with kitchenette but had no dishes or silverware. The bed was very comfortable and shower was updated and nice. I asked for a late checkout but could only get an extension of 30 minutes. I decided to extend my stay and was told to book online, which I did. I took a long nap and was awakened about 2 hours later with management and housekeeping pounding on my door. They insisted that I show them my reso immediately or they would call the police. It was a very aggressive way to wake up. As I used the bathroom with 2 employees standing guard with my door unlatched, I looked for the reservation. I felt so pressured and attacked and unable to even use the bathroom peacefully, so I pleaded with them to be patient as I went through booking process. I assumed I didnt hit complete on site. My email didn’t have a reso so I quckly booked and told them through the door that I had completed it. They left to check their system when I realized It was under a different name to an email address I don’t typically use. Had I been given time to look, I could have explained and not purchased another night I didn’t need and couldn’t really afford. Since I had two reservations for the same night, they at least approved one transferred to a different date, although I had to call third party instead of simply putting a note in their

We came here from out of state. My child had outpatient surgery at Vanderbilt, and I booked this room for us to rest before the long trip home. I tried to check in at around 1pm. I hadn't pre-arranged early check in, so nothing was available. My fault! Staff was very nice. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. I was afraid the room would smell the same. We were sweetly surprised by the generous size of the room, as well as the decor. Everything was clean and neat as could be. The A/C was great and the beds were very comfortable. The advertised grab-and-go breakfast was ridiculous though. There was a coffee/tea setup, a box of granola bars, and some packets of instant oatmeal. That was a really poor offering LOL. But, we'd payed for a stay with breakfast, so we took two granola bars and a cup of pretty ok hot tea. Would recommend this place. I slept like a rock!

They staff were not nice. They won't let me check in a little early to change my clothes to attend a wedding that i came for. The didn't have a public bathroom either.. cpmplimentary breakfast was terrible and room looks like motel 6. Bad pls to be.

Location was awesome, close to lots to do. Hotel was terrible, dead bugs under air conditioning unit. Bed was hard as rock no padding on mattress. Toilet didn't flush properly. Shower leaked water. It was extended stay with kitchen but nothing to cook with, no kitchen utensils, plates, nothing. It should state on the website kitchen is bare or empty. Make sure you stop and use restroom before you check in there is no restroom in the lobby and they are not accommodating, doesn't matter how bad you need to pee. Trying to save a little money, not always the best choice but METALLICA was Amazing!!!
