I liked nice sized clean room, very pet friendly, parking very accessible 🤗

The staff was very helpful all the way through. They didn't have the accessible room I booked so I had to take an upstairs room which made it very difficult to get up and down the stairs. I have had problems walking since my stay and still recovering a week later from the stairs. The staff offered help many times but we didn't have more than my wife couldn't handle. The breakfast was not stocked with all of the usual options. No waffle mix, potatoes, yogurt or sausage. The biscuits were not very good, but the gravy made up for them. Eggs were typical and alright. All in all it wasn't what we expected from a Best Western. We have stayed at that location numerous times and it seems that the quality has been slowly going down. The swimming pool wasn't open on a hot Memorial Day weekend! Our grandchildren we were visiting were very disappointed about the pool. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I don't know if we will be staying there again in the future even though it's an ideal location for us when we come to visit. I can't stress enough that the people who were working at the time were very nice and helpful. I realized that there wasn't much that they could do about it, they really tried. Seems to me that this is an ongoing problem that is above them they have no control over and just try to work through best they can.

We stayed 3 nights, the ac in the room worked fine but the TV channels did not come through clear. WiFi worked well, but the fridge/freezer they had hardly kept food cold, let alone keep anything frozen at all. Pool is not cleaned regularly, their is algae growing on the bottom. Our room had sticky floors and hair on the sheets like they don’t deep clean between peoples stays. Breakfast looked like they just cover it up and put the same food on the warmers the next day. The staff was polite but given how the hotel looked, it doesn’t seem like their doing their job to the best of their abilities. Not sure about other hotels in the area, perhaps their worse off. But I would not stay here for leisure again.

The room was clean but oddly laid out. They supplied one tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner, enough for one person. TV Service was awful with the picture lagging behind the audio. We booked because it had a pool but it was closed. Breakfast was okay.

Clean room. Kiosk check in is terrible. Coffee and juice machine “out of service” on Sunday morning! No elevator.

Pros: the room was clean and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: the breakfast had challenging aspects. The juice machine was broken (provided a container of OJ in fridge). The regular coffee dispenser was broken. They put the coffee in a metal dispenser that didn’t keep it warm. No access to a microwave. No half and half for the coffee, only French Vanilla creamer (which I don’t like at all). I had to go to Starbucks across the street for my coffee on day one. Day two I just dealt with it. They are pet friendly yet it was difficult to take our little dog out to potty since it’s a rough parking lot and only a very small grass area (with no bags in the dispenser). The fee is $30 per night (be aware since it adds up on multiple nights). Normally I would shrug these issues off but wanted others to

Their water heater and pool went down so they offered a full refund or 45% off our stay, and were very apologetic about theissues. We choose to stay since the area was fully booked and the heat was intense so a cold shower didnt bother us, the room was really nice and very clean . Our family would def stay here again just based off the service alone.

They didn't have elevator. Breakfast area was very clean and everything was new. They were still renovating.

The pool was lots of fun!

The floors were sticky and didn’t look clean bathroom sink was not wiped down but it worked for sure cause we only stayed the night while passing tru oregon

Nice enough property for a quick layover but the bathroom smelt of urine and the powder room had a sick sweet smell. The tiles in the bathroom were basically floating on water, and made a squishing sound when walked on. Other than that it was clean and quiet.

The old smell when you walk into your room….. even though everything looks like it was resenting remodeled the old smell is a big turn off… also white bed had stains…

Stay away from this hotel! They gave us a room that was obviously used by another guest and was not cleaned by housekeepers. So obvious that the bedding and pillows were undone and had brown stains on them. So nasty and unhygienic. We complained to the manager and had us moved to a different room that was in the exact same condition with strains of hair all over the bed and pillows. We complained the second time and the manager was not willing to move us again or change the bedding because he said there are no housekeepers. Really no words for how disappointing and disgusted on the room condition and the unwillingness of the manager to give us at least clean bedding. This was around midnight and we had no other choice but to ask for beddings and pillow cases and changed them myself with the help of another staff. Also, while I was complaining at the fromt desk, there were 3 other guests that had their rooms in the same conditions as ours. So save yourselves headache and disappointments and book a different hotel!

Unfortunately our room was in need of a serious floor cleaning (my son’s socks were turning brown on the bottom after walking across the floor just a couple times). The particular room we had during this stay needs to have the bathtub faucet repaired (constantly dripped), a better patch job on the tub itself, and a new shower curtain (threadbare along the top). We were also disappointed by the breakfast selection (dried up scrambled eggs and hard tortillas). This is not what we have been accustomed to in our past stays here. Hopefully they’ll get on top of these issues.

The hotel room is dirty. The bed sheets were dirty the manager is also the house keeper and clearly can’t keep up with the work.

The staff was kind, my room was spotless,, I can tell they upgraded the room and it looks so nice. We stayed in the first floor but if you go to second floor, you can get a beautiful view of Mount Lassen. I did have a couple of maintenance issues and I let the nice lady know while checking out and she apologized and jotted down what I said to pass along to maintenance. Very good experience, I would definitely stay again.

The floors in this motel were so dirty my feet turned black within 2 minutes. I wish that was ab exaggeration. The tub was black and there was soap residue all over the walls of the shower. Never again will i stay here

Lobby smell was overwhelming. Breakfast was lacking. No shampoo in shower. Walls are thin, heard all my neighbors. Nice staff, clean rooms & amenities were appreciated.

Room is very nice. Even though we are not handicapped, we were fine. There was no caffeinated coffee., Only decaf. The chair in room was a single, not for a couple. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. Only caffeinated coffee was served at the buffet breakfast, which wasn’t really supervised too well. The coffee was warm and not fresh. The air-conditioner didn’t work very well. The curtains flew up when fan turned on.

The “robot” concierge was not working well. Person on other end nice enough. Machine out of key cards. Mine had stopped working and two other people behind me waiting to check in. NO KEY CARDs. We had to wait for some one to drive over to help. Thank goodness it was only 15 minutes maybe a little more!!! The lady that came was lovely Cable out of sync both days. Picture and audio out of sync Until you get the “robot” concierge better organized I would always have a human for backup thank you Room was clean in a good location and otherwise would have been ideal

Check in and breakfast were great. The air conditioner was loud and did not have an air difuser.

Room 205, was big, and remodeled very well. Spotless too. Staff are super friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Beds were old

The 32amp EV charger was very nice for an overnight stay on a road trip. I wish there were a couple of these chargers as we felt we were hogging it. The tv was horrible as the sound was lagging the video, ugh! Everything else was Best Western. No biscuits and gravy and they were out of eggs but mostly the same BW b-fast. All else good.

Last 2 times we have stayed here there was NO hot water and they do not tell you when you check in. When I told them about it they seemed like it was no big deal and no ETA. Also offered no discount on your stay for the inconvenience. First day of breakfast was cold, second day of breakfast was non-existent, and it was only 7am. The weekend front desk clerk seems like she does not care. There are a lot of tweakers staying there. Place has gone down hill big time and we will no longer be staying there when we come to town for racing.

Having a kiosk to check in, ugh! Especially when there were two people behind the desk not doing anything. Took forever to get a paper receipt.

It was very clear the staff there cares about this place. It was super clean, the breakfast area was amazing, and they were super friendly to deal with. Bed was comfortable and they had great water pressure. Probably the best, Best western I've stayed at.

my room was ready at 1:30 pm but I was told that early check in wood cost $50 ??????? Are you kidding me ?

The concierge was friendly and so was their staff. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the town and ate at three local restaurants and also grabbed coffee from Jacks donuts walking distance from the hotel

Wouldn't recommend. Very rude staff. Our rooms were not ready during check in, they gave us the keys and when we tried to enter room, the maid said she's yet to clean. I was already tired from my long trip. Had to go down to the lobby again and they seemed so callous. The lady at desk asked me to come after a few hours. I'm like give an alternate room, then she decided to act on it and gave me another room. She told me there's no hot water and I would get a refund, really disappointed with her attitude.

Close to lots of eating options, comfortable bed and close to freeway and great breakfast.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. There were several people hanging around outside (maybe smoking) but did not seem safe. Two out of my 4 nights, my key card did not work when trying to enter my room. Went to the front desk and they gave me new cards. Again, this happened two nights.

Easy freeway access

It was exactly what you would hope for from a roadside chain motel. Basic, but clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and the process of checking in and out was quick. The nice surprise was the free breakfast was really good. After being on the road all day, having a good Mexican restaurant right next door was a real plus. Also with a Safeway across the street it made it easy to stock up on ice and other supplies before heading back out on the road the next morning.

Fast easy check-in. Friendly staff. Convenient location travelingI-5. Gas and food nearby. Light breakfasts in lobby.

Great breakfast and kept clean and tidy at all times. Friendly, helpful staff, nice grounds, and great location near freeway and grocery store and restaurants. Will definitely visit again.

Our air conditioner struggled to cool the room until just before done. They ran out of the hot food for quite awhile. Staff was great. It worked for a one night stay.

As usual, the room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was great. We ate a great dinner at the Mexican restaurant next door.

Excellent breakfast choices. Had gluten free muffins and almond milk. Two things the Embassy suites did not have that I stayed at the previous night for 3 times the price.
