Ok breakfast. parking is good and the amenities are good but they will participate in unnecessary activities designed to sabotage individuals.

Average facilities. The breakfast is below average and the owners are never willing to accept this fact. They boast that an ice cold hardboiled egg and some bits of meat in a heavy gravy is a hardy protien. I would never serve this to my guest with any pride.
