Atlantic Retreat Lodge

Lovely place to stay with family given the number of rooms in the home. Very well stocked in kitchen & toiletries ( just in case you forgot something like a toothbrush). Very nice view of Irelands rolling hills & pastures. Also a very quiet street. It is very close to the town of Kinvarra where there are some great places to eat. There is a Centra nearby for any grocery necessities. The only challenge we found were the number of rules the host has. There are signs everywhere with clear rules restrictions, instructions & protocols. I understand the need for some rules but there were so many listed that it was difficult to relax. All in all, a nice stay.

The place was magnificent. The view gorgeous. We took a nice walk down to the beach. Beabut windy.

We had a great stay

The retreat was beautiful! Tons of kitchen amenities for cooking. The view was stunning and the lodge had great outdoor toy options for kids, and a ton of space to play around!

This house worked out well for our family of 10. We found it quite off the beaten path but a good central location for visiting the Cliffs of Mower, the Aran Islands and Galway. It was clean and beds were comfortable.
