My family and I checked in @ 5am after a 19 hr road trip all we wanted to do was shower and sleep.. after getting our room and we notice severe paint chipping in the base of the shower/tub floor and pebble texture under the paint. So while taking a shower felt like we’re standing on a rough pebble like surface and unbearable I could even finish. and my kids didn’t even get a shower in.. who want to go through that? I got the run around with getting in touch with the higher to up Lavet she wasn’t in the office at the time. I was told she’ll be here this day and she’ll reach out to me. She never had. It took me three days to get in contact with her. When I finally got her on the phone she was extremely rude and couldn’t explain why she’s never reach out after several attempts from me.. just for her to tell me that she couldn’t compensate because of the third-party booking. I explained to her that I could reach out to the third-party if me and her came to an agreement on compensate and they would adjust the price. I paid.. she declined to compensate at all. And was just using a third-party as an excuse to not compensate.. terrible experience will never stay here again. They know the conditions of their rooms are still put people in those situations
