When I checked in, the front desk was not very pleasant. I asked if there would be breakfast and was told maybe. Once I mentioned I was traveling with a service dog our room got changed. The room was dark, dingy, musty smell. The bathroom was disgusting- the tub very dirty- toilet seat broken. No upkeep/maintenance at all. The outside appearance made us want to leave. On the plus side we ate dinner & breakfast at Denny’s which was right across the street. We couldn’t leave soon enough.

Theres was nothing to like. The photos on expedia are blantly and hugely inaccurate to the actual room. The conditions wore disgusting the staff was non existent unless you rang a door bell at the front desk. The whole place was dirty, there was no continental breakfast as advertised. The fridge did not work. We didnt even dare to try the microwave in our room for fear of a fire starting. Please demolish this place and rebuild. Hire better staff as well.

The room was reasonably clean. Our chief complaint was not having hot water in the shower even when it was available in the sink. Our choice was between cold water and very cold water. There was no one at the desk to inform them of the situation. There was no coffee available at their breakfast bar.

The room we had was filthy! I had to use a plastic bag to remove a dirty roll of toilet paper from the holder and show it to the front desk. Not sure who cleans the rooms, but there was trash and dust behind each nightstand. Cobwebs in just about every corner. My husband dropped something and when he reached partway under the bed, he pulled out someone's lingerie (not mine).

The concierge took a while to come in for us to check in. The bed's linen was soiled with blood. When the concierge came to see he said that the sheets were washed, and it was no problem. I insisted to change the sheet. The old man came in with a clean one. There was no staff to help. So, the old man and I made the bed. The bathroom floor was very dirty. The toilets' reems had a sticky dark yellow gunk on it. the room's foot lamp very dirty and same inside the refrigerator. In the morning my husband asked to have a bath towel change because it also had bool on it. The old man responded him that we don't belong in this hotel, and we should be in Hampton INN. Hotel that is nearby. The hotel advertises continental breakfast. But only offered small cholate chip bag, coffee, Danish pack, snack bar, and dry cereal. That is not continental breakfast.

For being a wheelchair accessible room none of the main room light switches were in good locations. The ceiling Liszt switch was on the wall behind the large TV screen and none of them were reachable while in bed. Otherwise it was a spacious room with a small stove for food cooking.

I accidentally booked the hotel at a wrong location. I know my mistake. It was a same day reservation. I call the front desk almost immediately to notify them of the mistake. They said it was less than 24 hours and could not refund me. They told me to call hotels.com they would refund me. They told me to call this phone, however the phone # was only 8 digits long not 10. When I asked the man for the complete phone number he became rude and then eventually hung up on me. I need a refund still.

I tried to cancel my room, the man at the front desk was very rude. He hung up on me during our conversation saying he got a customer. Then when he called back he was just yelling bizarre words at me and making zero sense. I don’t recommend this place. I would rather buy a tent and sleep in the woods then stay at this place

The area of the hotel is nothing special, this is where you would stop mid drive just to sleep such as we did cause it's basically right off the Turnpike. This is no vacation hotel haha. Other than it could use some updates (which aren't needed) but it was overall a good place to stay. For the time we were there they left us alone and were very nice. If I had to take the same route, I would stay here again.

We only stayed for 1 night and were literally only there to sleep, but the beds, bathroom & everything was clean! The check in was slow the non smoking room was dingy and smelled like smoke The decor was ancient the continental breakfast did not exist The price was ok for the condition of the accommodation the lobby was uninviting Would not recommend unless desperately needed but we could bring our dogs

Theres was nothing to like. The photos on expedia are blantly and hugely inaccurate to the actual room. The conditions wore disgusting the staff was non existent unless you rang a door bell at the front desk. The whole place was dirty, there was no continental breakfast as advertised. The fridge did not work. We didnt even dare to try the microwave in our room for fear of a fire starting. Please demolish this place and rebuild. Hire better staff as well.

Everything appeared clean. The room, bathroom and doorways are small/narrow but everything was functional. Breakfast is about as minimal as it gets. There is a nicer hotel with a better breakfast very nearby, but rate is more than double and while both hotels have in-room refrigerators the nicer hotel's lack a freezer.

The room was reasonably clean. Our chief complaint was not having hot water in the shower even when it was available in the sink. Our choice was between cold water and very cold water. There was no one at the desk to inform them of the situation. There was no coffee available at their breakfast bar.

No one ever came to clean my room during my stay. Also, there was supposed to be breakfast but that area hadn't been used in a long time as it was always dark and empty of everything. It was comfortable and clean when I arrived but that was the last time I saw anyone.

The room was dated, but adequate. Breakfast was advertised, but extremely limited: coffee, one selection of cereal, or wrapped hostess danish. I only saw one employee while checking in. After that the front desk sat empty.

The concierge took a while to come in for us to check in. The bed's linen was soiled with blood. When the concierge came to see he said that the sheets were washed, and it was no problem. I insisted to change the sheet. The old man came in with a clean one. There was no staff to help. So, the old man and I made the bed. The bathroom floor was very dirty. The toilets' reems had a sticky dark yellow gunk on it. the room's foot lamp very dirty and same inside the refrigerator. In the morning my husband asked to have a bath towel change because it also had bool on it. The old man responded him that we don't belong in this hotel, and we should be in Hampton INN. Hotel that is nearby. The hotel advertises continental breakfast. But only offered small cholate chip bag, coffee, Danish pack, snack bar, and dry cereal. That is not continental breakfast.

It was some cereal bars(that were OLD) and some stale danish. The rooms was gross, but didnt have bugs. I truthfully don’t even know where to start. When my husband and I first arrived with our two children, we couldn’t even find the receptionist to check in and get our key. After ringing the bell for about 10 minutes, someone who was already a guest there informed us that they were trying to get back into their rooms and unable to find the receptionist for a while as well. we then decided to take our children to the park nearby. The park was not very child friendly so then we quickly returned back to the hotel to try to check in again within 30 to 45 minutes. Upon arriving a second time, the reception desk was empty however, when we rang the bell after the second time, the man appeared. The breakfast area is not set up in a way that would be fulfilling. It is more a snack bar with Oreos, danishes and coffee. Thankfully Denny’s was right across the street. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep and the bathtu was not look clean properly despite the attendant, knowing that we had two children under 3 prior to arriving. Thankfully we only stayed a night because when we returned to our room after breakfast the key wasn't working. Then again when I stepped out to get ice after returning to the front desk and waiting for the attendant to return. I went to check out at 10:50 and was not helped until 11:05 after ringing the bell and calling for the attendant. Would not stay again unless traveling with my dog again. Thankfully, that pet fee was only $20 for the night.

The web site pictures were not current, and there was no bar/lounge as stated, Sadly, needed quite a bit TLC and window cleaning for first time appearance entering lobby. Room lamp shade broken, no face tissue, discolored ceiling stain, the breakfast area needs thorough cleaning, cold cereal, milk and granola bars for breakfast offering, no fruit or bread.

Room was clean, carpet seemed dirty that I would not want to walk around without shoes, bathroom had what seemed like not so clean towels. Air conditioner was working. The continental breakfast was not at all what I expected. There was no milk and other food items were not available even though it was still breakfast time. Room was smelling of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. But I guess you get what you pay for. Will not stay there again.

Best thing about it was the air conditioning. Room was sketchy, had to wait for awhile on staff for check in. Bar was closed, was a motel NOT a hotel.
