It is a great place to stay. A little older but still good. Staff was excellent! Breakfast was a little sparse but for the price was good enough. A good place to stay for a conference!

The hotel is old and in terrible condition. The furniture in our room was very old, stained and dirty. The carpet was at least 20-25 years old. The toilet leaked and a plastic trash container was used to catch the water. It is hard to believe this hotel is in operation and has not been closed by the city health and codes department. I would never stay there again. I originally booked 3 nights but checked out after 2 and the hotel still charged me for the 3 nights. No refund.

i work in Cleveland but live 2hrs away. I got stuck because of the snow and ice. Booked room after i got off a 13hr night shift. Had to pay $25 extra for very early check in at 9am. I get to hotel and then have to wait till around 10:20am to check in because there is no one at the desk. I looked around the grounds and called the number, no one answered. I feel should be refunded at least the $25 if not whole amount. I only used the room to sleep in for 7hrs until 5pm when i had to go back to work. The room was decent. Looked and smelled clean.
