Motel 6-Dixon, CA

We stay in a lot of Motel 6’s with our dogs and we have to say this one was the NICEST one of them all. Clean, quiet (we couldn’t hear the freeway noise even though it was right there), wonderful staff. Plenty of grassy areas to walk the dogs besides the specific pet potty area. Lots of places to walk to for food. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Clean, quiet and comfortable stay. Bonus was having the pool and hot tub available!

Our bathroom smelled of raw sewage and made our room stink, there were outlets missing covers on the walls, bath and bed lights didn't work or flickered, Dirty sheets, broken shade on window(I repaired). All of the drawers were broken. Our shower made a loud squeeling while we used it every time and was leaking behind the tub surround and coming out of the valve cover. Shower curtain hanger was broken and repaired poorly so it kind of hung loosly. Vending machine had expired goods from July of last year and made my son sick. There were drain flies all over the bathroom. I developed some kind of rash from sleeping in the bed. Scanner to get in the side door was hanging broken off the wall. Our second night someone let there dog pee on the floor by our door by the vending machine room and we told the front desk and they didn't clean it up it dried over the time we were there. We stayed for 8 days for my grandmas funeral and couldn't leave because we couldn't afford to rebook somewhere else. This place was an absolute nightmare for me and my family. I have a 10 and 15 year old freaked out because they let homeless people walk in and roam the halls. One night a guy was beating on all the door freaking people out. They did nothing. I took pictures of all the things i mentioned and would love for someone to see this because we have stayed at a motel 6 before and i know its cheaper but i have never seen anything so bad. I regret even putting my family through this for a whole week

Great staff the pool was great and the Jacuzzi also was amazing enjoyed a few drinks and it was quiet nice place to be

Second time in this hotel, we came back because the place is very clean although the room did show a bit of wear and tear; it is kept very clean and cozy. From the moment you step in the lobby you can smell the cleanliness of the premises. The staff are very friendly, and helpful; we stayed three nights and our room was cleaned while we were out, we are very thankful for Claudia the housekeeper, she does an amazing job. Our stays here have been very pleasant, we had no issues .

Horrible quality of room. Nasty sheets, sticky floors, smell in the room. Decided that we couldnt stay the night but did not give us our refund. Horrible management.

Noisy motel. Not good for light sleeper. You can hear your neighbors from all angel even with earplugs. Motel rooms are old and stink.

The room was clean and neat. One minor issue was that the room didn't have any USB ports. The front desk people were quite friendly and helpful. The only real concern was that the soundproofing between rooms didn't see to be very good; either that or I just had extra noisy neighbors at night. I could hear aspects of a discussion on one side and just room noises on the other.

Everything looked good. The mattress was so hard that my wife and I could hardly sleep all night

This hotel is a great value for the price. The large room was well appointed with a couch, microwave and small refer.

The property and room in itself was good, no problems...the only reason i did not give the property a 5 star rsting is because the water pressure was lousy

My stay was good it was nice and quiet like I needed it to be it's just my bed was noisy every time I got in and out of it but other than that it was a nice day

The staff was nice, and the room was pretty spacious with a microwave, fridge, TV, and AC. The shower head was pretty low and they did not already have any shampoo and conditioner in the room; I assume the staff would give it to you if you asked. The bed was pretty hard and made noise every time I moved. Also, the walls were very thin, so I listened to a little kid scream for around 2 hours starting at midnight.

Room 110 needs a better shower head and a better bathroom sink, bother than that it was very nice place to stay, definitely combining back to this motel 6

During check out, I'd heard different fees that may not be the same I'd paid. Will monitor bank account. First time I'd heard this from the male host during checkout. Payment is final during reservation.

I went for a graduation at uc davis. Its 10 min away this hotel. Its near all food , gas etc. In a very safe area, has a vending machine for drinks and snacks. Staff i a very friendly.

I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised from the price, location and the hospitality from the staff. Felt safe. Close location to the freeway which was a plus for us and so close to many stores and shops.

i was in room 200. when i walked into the room it smelled bad like cigarettes (gross). there was a few hairs in the bathtub (not mine). the shower rod was nailed to two wood pieces and you can see a hole in the wall. there was massive build up on the shower head (yuck). the towels looked yellowed and felt like sandpaper. the elevator has white specks all over the floor it was just dirty. and there was a smell in the halls all 3 that was not pleasant. no breakfast of any kind. no coffee pot in room. the wood blinds look like someone shook a soda and opened and sprayed it all over.
