The room was decent considering it was a handicap room and we weren’t handicapped. The shower head was not staple.the swimming pool needed to be cleaned it looked greenish so I didn’t even bother getting in it. Breakfast in the morning was a joke, waffles and cereal. No orange juice or anything other types of juice. I guess there was milk in the refrigerator but no sugar or creamer or any types of fruit so I just forgot about the breakfast and walked out

You get what you pay for. It was everything I expected. The property was very quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. I intend to stay there again in the future. There is Bob tail parking. Convenient location. I didn't swim in the pool but I saw that it was cleaned by a service.

The place was very old and dusty. No toilet paper in the bathroom either! Sheets were very stained and dingy! Towels were hard, crinchy,dingy and stained. Breakfast wasnt available and drink machìne didn't work either!

The check in clerk was awesome room was awesome and clean. The pool was green after saying it was serviced friday morning. The trash cans everywhere was over flowing and trash on the ground liquor bottles on the ground.

I am an avid budget hotel booker. I can sleep almost anywhere for one night and I'm not picky or hard to please. Please understand that I have realistic expectations for budget hotels and understand that you get what you pay for Check in was fine, though took a long time considering we did the pre-check in online. No problem. Room was what I expected -- two queen beds. TV remote missing, no pillowcases. No biggie. Asked for pillowcases and put them on ourselves. Room was obviously dated and not super clean, but good enough for one night upon first view. Shower light fixture had no cover. Black mold on ceiling in bathroom and on the shower curtain. Clearly not being changed out. I can deal with all of this for 12 hours (the mold kind of made me nervous though). At 345 AM the fire alarm went off. We evacuated and the fire department showed up but was unable to train entry to reset the alarm because there is no staff on scene during the night. An hour later, the key holder finally arrived and reset the alarm. This is unacceptable. I will never stay at this property again. I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone. There are other budget properties in the area that I've stayed at that I would recommend over this one. Really disappointed.

We at this location because we had a funeral of two not clean stuff left behind a new refrigerator roaches crawling around and people purposely pull the fire alarm at four in the morning. I would never stay at this location or another Baymont hotel ever again.

When I made the reservations, there was nothing about it not being a refundable reservations. I was on military orders and the orders had me reporting earlier than my stay. So I lost out on the money. Hopefully the USGwill be reimbursed when I do my travel voucher. Lastly if you’re looking for a clean room, these are not them. I end up cleaning the floors and the room, so my socks would not turn black. There are a lot newcomers staying at this place.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We walked in and went back and asked for a refund. The room was very dirty. Door would not lock, fire alarm had been ripped of the wall. Smelled of cigarette smoke. Sheets were stained and had dirt on them.

Our rooms were disgusting. A huge cockroach crawled out within 5 minutes of our stay. Our bathroom door was split and damaged and would not shut or lock. The bathtub acrylic was dirty and peeling. The bath ceiling looked like water damage that was painted over. The sheets were disgusting with a huge brown stain on the comforter. We asked them to be changed, for less stained sheets. Attendant said sorry but they only have old stained sheets. Unfortunately we booked too late for a baseball tournament and this was the only hotel available within 38 miles of Dublin. We didn’t even stay our second. We left. Upon leaving the next morning, a cockroach was on our vehicle. But the staff was nice and friendly!

The service by the ladies at the front desk was fantastic! The cleanliness was less than unsatisfactory. There were small pieces of soap from the previous guests still in the tub and pubic hairs all over the rim of the toilet. The door and door jam of the restroom were chewed up (I’m assuming by a pet). The iron was ruined and had something caked all over the bottom of it. Not sure what, but I know it wasn’t rust, it could have been starch build up, I suppose, but that would be years worth. The property just wasn’t in good condition. Again, the ladies at the front desk were fantastic and I didn’t even want to ruin their days by complaining. I just decided to stay at a different hotel up the road this week and have had a much better experience.

The TV didn't work and when I called the office....No one answered....The towels were dingy cheap and smelly...Thank God I always take my own.....They had a single cup coffee maker and no cups....My 5 year old grandchild asked....What kind of Hotel doesn't have cups... I'm a coffee drinker....No complimentary coffee....The sheets were dingy.. Just a hot mess...The staff was nice.

I didn't get checked in till 6:30 pm. Sheets were very stained. Wash cloth very stain. Roaches. No comforter. Skirting was used for bedding as covers not on bed as skirting. Corners in bath room dirty. After the clerk at front desk brought more sheets. They were also stained. I booked a king size bed. I got a double bed room. I suffer from PTDS. I was so uncomfortable. I wasn't pleased at all. I will never stay at that particular hotel ever agan. I got there early n checked on the room at 11 ock am. The clerk said it may not be ready at 3 pm. Ok that's fine but 6:36 pm is very unacceptable. I was to receive a call when room was ready. No call. So i call lines busy busy busy. Cant get through. Finally after calling and couldn't get through. We arrived and checked in at 6:36 pm. Horrible experience. What hotel gives u a skirting for covers. OMG! I will share my experience on fb. I should recive my money back. I am a disabled veteran and i never stay any where like that.

The iron was ruined and had something caked all over the bottom of it. Not sure what, but I know it wasn’t rust, it could have been starch build up, I suppose, but that would be years worth. The property just wasn’t in good condition. Again, the ladies at the front desk were fantastic and I didn’t even want to ruin their days by complaining. I just decided to stay at a different hotel up the road this week and have had a much better experience.

Inexpensive place to stay, I feel safe. It has rood doors to the outside which is good for someone who has difficulty handling luggage down hallways, you can back right up to your room door. Shower was great! Good hot water. The fridge was un-level and whenever you opened the door it tilted to the front and water ran out across the floor. Otherwise a good value and close to a lot of places to eat.

The TV didn't work and when I called the office....No one answered....The towels were dingy cheap and smelly...Thank God I always take my own.....They had a single cup coffee maker and no cups....My 5 year old grandchild asked....What kind of Hotel doesn't have cups... I'm a coffee drinker....No complimentary coffee....The sheets were dingy.. Just a hot mess...The staff was nice.

The room was decent considering it was a handicap room and we weren’t handicapped. The shower head was not staple.the swimming pool needed to be cleaned it looked greenish so I didn’t even bother getting in it. Breakfast in the morning was a joke, waffles and cereal. No orange juice or anything other types of juice. I guess there was milk in the refrigerator but no sugar or creamer or any types of fruit so I just forgot about the breakfast and walked out

The place was very old and dusty. No toilet paper in the bathroom either! Sheets were very stained and dingy! Towels were hard, crinchy,dingy and stained. Breakfast wasnt available and drink machìne didn't work either!

I booked and the listing said free breakfast. It did not say "weekends only" as I was looking at Dublin options. Also-- it was not disclosed that the property was under renovation. There were other choices and this turned out to not be the best one. The breakfast issue created additional expense and time before I could continue on the road.

There were roaches and ants in our room. The air conditioning was not working properly and the room smelled of mildew. The bathroom door was filthy and I had to clean it before I used the bathroom. The mattress on the was uncomfortable; when you sat on the edge of the bed it sank and you could feel the metal frame. The breakfast was inadequate with limited choices: no yogurt, no hot items, no fruit, only packaged muffins and other unhealthy selections.

Understand it was not a high end hotel but there are a few things that should be expected. The clean towels were stained. Our room was never serviced and the breakfast bar was very limited. There was only waffle mix and a few cereals available. Not even butter for your waffles.When in Dublin you should seek lodging elsewhere.

Upon arrival I was telling the young lady what was going on with me in life and she was very comforting and even waved my pet fee to help my Financials a bit. They didnt bother me one bit but we're responsive when I went to them.... it was the place I needed it to be when I needed it to be... a place of peace for me to be in sanchatuary sso i could find a missing piece to make myself me again....

Front desk staff as friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, everything was stained! Bedding, towels, pillows, curtains, etc. everything was disappointing. We even considered purchasing bedding from nearby stores, but ended up just checking out within hours of arrival. I would not book here again.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The room wasn’t the cleanest the curtains look like they haven’t been washed in years there was an electrical outlet just hanging from the roof light didn’t work in the room. But we came in late and just needed to sleep.
