Nous suspectons des punaises de lits, je sentais qu’on me piquait toute la nuit, je n’ai jamais pu dormir les deux nuits. Il y avait des taches noires sur les draps au matin. Ca va être l’enfer pour nous au retour de désinfecte tout les bagages. La climatisation était toute moisi avec fortes odeurs de champignons qui nous faisaient tousser, l’eau s’infiltrait dans le mur. Le lit à cassé. Il a fallu replacer les planches. Matelas exécrable, avec morceau de fer qui sortait du matelas, le matelas etait rendu courbé et déformé et très inconfortable, c’était deux lits simple. La pire chambre que j’ai eu dans ma vie

Der meget skimmelsvamp i underetagen og i vores aircondition på hotellet. Det endte faktisk med at gøre os syge og vi måtte derfor skifte hotel undervejs på ferien, hvilket hotels.com var behjælpelige med. Derudover skal det siges, at personalet på hotellet var meget venligt og hjælpsomme. Faciliteterne udendørs var også rigtig gode, særligt poolen. Der var også en smuk udsigt fra morgenmadsstedet.

Sant’Angelo is very cute but a little isolated as well. The bus goes to Caba Grado, after that it’s a system of golf cart, no cars. That said, the shuttle service (golf cart) that offers Loreley is fantastic. You just have to Whatapps them and they pick you up either Fumarole or Point info. It’s hilly there, hence so useful in the heat! We had an AC problem in our room the first night, it stopped working, we changed room at 3AM and no more issue. The staff is helpful there. The pool is very warm (probably heated by thermal) :) The breakfast is complete, served on their beautiful terrasse and very good! There are no little fridges in the rooms. The double bed are in fact two single bed put together (still comfortable). The only thing I’ll say is that there’s a strong smell of moisture/ humidity in the basement rooms/ although they have a nice terrasse.

Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Shuttle service var bra och nödvändigt, även golf-bilar upp och ner till hotellet, trots att det absolut går att promenera. Hotellet är okej standard, men inte hög. Rummen var fräscha men av äldre standard. Det fannas AC i rummet men den var inte värst effektiv och pålitlig. Det negativa var att det är väldigt lyhört mellan rummen och från korridoren, så man kan lätt störas på grannar. Frukosten var inte riktigt någon frukost, man får vara nöjd med en kopp kaffe och en Croissant, eventuellt en liten yoghurt. Poolen var väldigt varm och liten, ca 3x5 meter och temperaturen var ca 33 grader, därmed knappt svalkande. Man skall därmed inte bo här om man vill spendera tid vid poolen.
