The whole hotel smelled like weed. Our room was mostly clean, once we got into it. The door was broken, so the counter person had to physically force it open. We couldn't all be out of the room because there was no way to open the door without help.

If you’re looking for a clean hotel, this is not the one for you. When we first walked into the lobby at check in, we were greeted by a filthy sock, which was still there when we checked out. Shower head was filthy and the entire bottom of the shower curtain was covered in mold. Carpets were stained and were not swept well. Countertops had not been wiped off bc I found an earring back in the middle of the counter. Chair was so badly covered in stains that I wouldn’t even touch it. The seal for refrigerator also had mold on it. Unfortunately, it wasn’t only our room. We were there with a sports team and their rooms were just as bad if not worse than ours. Also, you were given just 3 pillows for a queen sized bed, which were thinner than my iPhone. Folding it in half didn’t help either. My husband had to use a sweatshirt as a pillow. Also, the entire hotel smelled of marijuana, including the inside of the rooms. I will say the staff was very friendly, but that is the only positive thing I can say about our stay.

The room had a musty smell. The bathroom sink had cigarette burn marks on the edge. I had to pull out the night stand to plug in my phone and found a lot of debris. I asked the front desk if the rooms were cleaned daily and the response was “ we only clean the rooms every 14 days”! Only stayed one night of a 2 night reservation, couldn’t stay the second night. Won’t return there, very disappointed

The bathroom floor was dirty, and there were items left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. The carpet was so filthy that we never felt comfortable walking on it without shoes. Our door appeared to have been forced in at some point. Although a new lock had been installed, there was still visible evidence of damage. I understand that you get what you pay for, but the condition of this room was unacceptable. The information packet stated that rooms are only cleaned every 14 days, which was concerning, especially given the overall lack of cleanliness. The stove burners were so filthy that I would have been afraid to use them if I had needed to. The bedding also did not appear to be clean, and we could hear what sounded like water dripping inside the ceiling throughout the night, as though there might be a leak. When I requested a few extra towels, I was told there were none available and that I would have to exchange the towels I already had to get more. I also never felt comfortable placing my bags on any of the soft surfaces because of how dirty everything appeared. If I had been able to find another available room, I would have left and stayed somewhere else. Unfortunately, that was not an option at the time. I genuinely regret spending my money on this stay and would like a refund, as the condition of the room was nowhere near worth what I paid. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here based on the condition of the room.
