Pool was dirty. Room smelled like mold or smoke. Bugs in the room. Expensive for the poor quality of the hotel.

I liked the fact that I was able to bring my puppy with me with no fees like other hotels and motels ❤️❤️

The swimming pool wasnt ready

I was in North Georgia to take in some fly fishing and beautiful scenery . Very simple, clean property with clean working pool and they are pet friendly (big selling point for me). I will be back.

The property smelt of raw sewage as soon as you got out of your car. The pool was closed by the health inspector… on memorial weekend!!! And when we walked into our room there were at least 50 flies in the room not counting the dead ones on the floor. We left the door open for the next folks and checked in to a different hotel. A place like this shouldn’t be open

The sheets and towels were dirty. The whole property smelled like sewage. I could not find House keeping for clean linens. They never cleaned anything in any of the rooms.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Motel 6. We chose this place for a last-minute booking, and it was shockingly dirty and unbearably smelly. The odor was so overpowering that I felt dizzy within minutes of entering. Every surface, including the bed sheets, was filthy, and there was hair scattered everywhere. The bathroom floor was also very dirty. It was an awful experience, and we had no choice but to cancel our reservation and find another hotel. We did get a refund, but I definitely do not recommend this place. The staff member at the reception, Kim, was friendly, but beyond that, it’s definitely a case for the health department to inspect.

The room was extremely dirty—the sheets were stained, and the TV even had food residue on it. When I went to the bathroom, I found a giant spider in the tub, and other insects were entering through the front door because it had no protection. I contacted Expedia immediately to request a refund and left within an hour of checking in. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Room was absolutely disgusting. A large area of dirty handprints on the room door from months pf people grabbing it to open/close shows this room hasn't been cleaned in months. The bathtub was cracked in the middle and was collapsing and leaking onto the floor. Tv was covered in dust and spray droplets of some sort. The sink was not fixed to the counter or sealed with caulk at all. The bathroom shelf had about 7 different types of screws to secure it to the wall. However none were tightened. The shower curtain rod fell when we pulled the curtain closed, and it was so rusted that the tension rod was fused and couldnt be adjusted. My hands were covered in rust after putting it back up. Everything needed paint. Some fixtures had been replaced like the light fixture above the sink, but the area was not repainted so you could clearly see where the previous fixture covered along with holes where it used to be screwed to the wall. The floor was filthy and we had to wear shoes around. I walked barefoot and had to wash my feet again after a shower because they were already filthy. Hotels.com should delist this establishment and Motel 6 should be embarrassed it is representing their brand. The room was not fit to be booked.

Lots of stray cats, flies, had cockroaches in the room. Very poor furniture. No matter how I tried to be quick the flies were always getting into the room. Seems there are many who live there permanently. Regretted booking 6 day stay immediately but no refunds on prepay. Had good internet and Ice machine worked. Place is just very run down and room smells musty. I won't return to this one.

The non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. Fixtures were tore off the wall. The bathtub was rusty and there was no hot water. There was constant noise throughout the night. The people in the room above were up all night walking and thumping. I called the front desk several times asking to stop the group of men on the steps near my room to stop stop the noise and move the group away from my door. NO SLEEP ALL NIGHT. The manager was nice and gave me my money back.

Most I can say is it was cheap. Can't say I got a good sleep. Someone had a dog that kept barking. There is not enough blackout curtains, so there's a lot of light in the room. That is probably because of all the lights outside. There was no bady wash or shampoo, like most hotels have. There could have been more towels and the pillows are so thin you need all 3.

I think the price is too high for this place since it is not updated the beds are hard as a rock, the blanket on my bed has cigarette holes In it. The bed sheets are stained, the pillows are flat, even with 3 pillows under my head it's not enough. I did wash the bed sheets myself while we stayed there. The toilet, tub and sink get clogged all the time, and I'm carefull to not put food in the sink when I clean dishes. I'm very happy that I haven't seen any bugs at all so that is a plus. I also can say it's pretty quiet here, which I love.

Most in-accessible accessible hotel room. Beds comfy but this hotel is rough.

I asked for a handicap accessible room and the only handicap accessible room was it was down stairs. I’m in a wheelchair so I could hardly move around in the room and I couldn’t take a shower because the bathtub and no grab bars and I was scared that I was gonna fall

The hotel needs a new makeover on the inside, ugly, caulking, cracks, and missing tile. No hot water for three days.

Stains on walls, toilet paper and tape over smoke alarm, flies came out of the sink. Cut our stay short because we couldn’t deal with the filth and the incessant barking of dogs from another guest. Front desk didn’t give a receipt but we were supposed to be refunded. Still haven’t seen the refund.

They're very nice and willing to help and I like them and they make my stay very cozy

My stay was absolutely horrific because first of all I booked through Expedia and when I arrived, I was in the area that wasn’t the greatest by far and the desk clerk cannot find my reservation. I showed her the reservation number on my phone and she couldn’t do anything. I asked her if she could get me into a room as it was late and I didn’t really even know where I was and she said yes, when all of a sudden a bunch of people busted through the door and was yelling that there was a fight, and before I knew it, she and they were leaving the lobby with me standing there and cop Cars were pulling up everywhere so I Did not stay there and I won’t stay there in the future

I've stayed in many places and I want to acknowledge the housekeepers here. Vinny is so polite and resourceful. He is on top of his job and ALWAYS ask me if I need anything. He is dependable and I can count on him to make sure I have clean white linens EVERYDAY. Mila is do awesome as well. She is kind and checks to make sure I have all I could possibly need in my room to make my stay comfortable and I am a repeat customer because if these housekeepers. My choice of a motel is focused on cleanliness and dependable housekeepers. I never have to worry about this at Motel6 Gainesville with Vinny and Mila taking care of my room. You guys ROCK!!! Thank you so much!

Toilet..Tv..phone didn't work. Changed rooms twice in 3 days. Andy the hotel manager offered a 7 dollar discount. Was my worst travel experience ever. Hotel staff walked in on my Granddaughter after the same woman put us in the room. Made no sense. Staff poked fun at our anger and disappointment at the situation. We only stayed because my son is on life support nearby. We ended up moving. Sad excuse for a place to lay your head. They Do Not care about their customers. We have asked for a refund but we aren't holding our breath.

I personally think we should get a refund we get there and it took them about 30 minutes to even find our reservation and then when they give us the room key, we go to the room and there was someone in the room so we had to go back they gave us another room. There was a couple cockroaches in there And you could tell that they didn’t wipe anything down because there was cigarette residue everywhere. I am very disappointed. It was not worth $114.

It’s an older property but good enough and the price is hard to beat. Front desk person was excellent at check in.

The staff was awesome very nice,friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again for no other reason because of the great staff they have.Jennifer, Tammy and rest of the staff great job

Pictures on their advertising isn’t even close to what this place looked like. Awful. Loud music outside. People hanging out and around the rooms outside. Trash and things laying around. I checked in on Thursday during the day and it was like this. I can expect some partying from time to time of Friday nights or Saturday nights but this was way over the top.

This property is definitely off my list. We left and never checked in. It looks like a halfway house. It has full time resident's with junk piled up in front of every door. Do not stay here of you want to feel safe. People hamging out aroumd the place in the dark like they are waited for you to go to sleep.

It was a good stay, clean room, no one bothered me and i didn’t feel unsafe or in danger.

Chicken processing/distribution place across street. Awful smell. Some restaurants wouldn't deliver because of past robberies. Shady characters coming & going. Did not feel safe there. Would never stay there again.

This place had a strange set up and is directly adjacent to an apartment complex. My husband is a truck driver and parked in the long spots for the trucks, but had to walk through the apartments to get to the office. The lady at reception was nice and helpful. The place was clean, but there was a couple arguing outside. He wasn’t sure if they were guests or if they live in the apartments. Then a cop showed up. I don’t think he’ll be staying here again.
