The hotel has a great location next to the beach and the room was clean, but outside of that, I did not enjoy my stay. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable which made it difficult to sleep. The gym and the pool were also closed during my stay, which was disappointing.

We had a very nice and spacious apartment with a huge terrace and very nice view, beach across the hotel. Have to pay a reduce rate to use the beach, it is not free, Breakfast can be better

Locatie is top, maar de kamer is prijskwaliteit veel te duur. Er is schimmel op plafond in de badkamer, terras wordt nooit gekuist. aan de bar is er niemand. Eigenlijk jammer want de ligging is echt super.

Excellent beachside location. We got a sea facing room which had stunning views. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean including the indoor pool and SPA. Location was great for restaurants with a variety of dinner options. Lovely hotel, i would love to go back again.

The hotel was welcoming and offered many options a for different types of travelers. I was traveling solo this time and they were so very accommodating and helpful as it was my first time visiting. They provided easy solutions to my questions, and also we always so kind in passing and in working together in the lobby, restaurant, or room services. They have other facilities that time did not warrant my use this time but look amazing including beach access, a gym, and pool. Will need to see if I can bring the family another time to enjoy all the amenities. The rooms have such thoughtful and charming touches like mini fridge and kettle, coffee and tea services and spacious closet space. Parking is abundant on the surrounding streets that they will validate which is amazing.

I had lovely solo trip . via Regio was part of a two week trip through Tuscany. Great location. It’s right across the street from the beach .Bike rental available! And their spa was fabulous. Their hotel restaurant food was spectacular! And the service in the restaurant was top-notch!

We had a lovely stay for our honeymoon and the staff made it extra special.We had a wonderful room with panoramic view of the sea and mountains. The room was spacious with a balcony to enjoy the views. The welcome chocolates in the room were thoroughly enjoyed. Great location just 20minutes walk from the train station and a short journey from Pisa. We booked a taxi from Pisa airport on arrival (didn’t realise how expensive it was going to be €110) so we got the train and shuttle to the airport on the way back which cost just €20! The hotel is walking distance to a nearby supermarket (7/8min) and across the road to the beach and a variety of restaurants. We had bed and breakfast and the breakfast was incredible very good continental selection not so much hot food on offer mostly eggs but I was fine with that due to the amount available and tasted delicious. The only slight downsides of our stay was when we went to the sunset bar ordered 2 cocktails they took 25 minutes to be made they were more expensive than restaurants around as expected in a hotel but the quality was poor didn’t taste nice so wouldn’t recommend cosmopolitan. Also the room isn’t soundproof so you hear the loud live music playing right outside until 12:30am VERY clearly but not sure what it would be like if you didn’t face that side. However it didn’t bother us that much as we were getting in at midnight anyway and my husband sleeps with earplugs. However we would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beautiful hotel on Via Reggio promenade. Our promenade junior suite with balcony was large, very well equipped and comfortable. Balcony great for watching sunsets and listening to live music on the promenade. This always finished by midnight so no unwelcome noise.

Excellent place to stay for Carnival. Would recommend trying to get an ocean view room for best place to watch the parade, though being down in the mix is ideal- the viewing from the hotel was a good option given it rained in the beginning. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Great place!!

We had a lovely stay for our honeymoon and the staff made it extra special.We had a wonderful room with panoramic view of the sea and mountains. The room was spacious with a balcony to enjoy the views. The welcome chocolates in the room were thoroughly enjoyed. Great location just 20minutes walk from the train station and a short journey from Pisa. We booked a taxi from Pisa airport on arrival (didn’t realise how expensive it was going to be €110) so we got the train and shuttle to the airport on the way back which cost just €20! The hotel is walking distance to a nearby supermarket (7/8min) and across the road to the beach and a variety of restaurants. We had bed and breakfast and the breakfast was incredible very good continental selection not so much hot food on offer mostly eggs but I was fine with that due to the amount available and tasted delicious. The only slight downsides of our stay was when we went to the sunset bar ordered 2 cocktails they took 25 minutes to be made they were more expensive than restaurants around as expected in a hotel but the quality was poor didn’t taste nice so wouldn’t recommend cosmopolitan. Also the room isn’t soundproof so you hear the loud live music playing right outside until 12:30am VERY clearly but not sure what it would be like if you didn’t face that side. However it didn’t bother us that much as we were getting in at midnight anyway and my husband sleeps with earplugs. However we would definitely recommend and stay again.

The hotel has a great location next to the beach and the room was clean, but outside of that, I did not enjoy my stay. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable which made it difficult to sleep. The gym and the pool were also closed during my stay, which was disappointing.

Beautiful hotel on Via Reggio promenade. Our promenade junior suite with balcony was large, very well equipped and comfortable. Balcony great for watching sunsets and listening to live music on the promenade. This always finished by midnight so no unwelcome noise.

Very nice hotel where it is possible to have breakfast outside on a terrasse. Very tidy cleaning. Not many restaurants close to the hotel were open in the evening. Maybe it was due to end of summer season.

I had lovely solo trip . via Regio was part of a two week trip through Tuscany. Great location. It’s right across the street from the beach .Bike rental available! And their spa was fabulous. Their hotel restaurant food was spectacular! And the service in the restaurant was top-notch!

Det er en veldig god frokost her, og servicen var god. Vi anbefaler å ikke booke rom i annekset, det er litt som å bo i en bunkers. Plasseringen er særdeles bra, og de har en god avtale med en god beach club. Supert med håndklær du kan ha med på stranden.

Lovely hotel and very helpful and friendly staff . The breakfasts were great , with plenty of choice . The only negative is the fact you have to pay €8 for a swimming cap for the indoor pool , considering what they charge per night for the accommodation, which is a poor show in my opinion. Also there are no sun loungers , or chairs for you to relax around the pool . So we took the hint . Secure parking is available at an eye watering €30 a day , we took the on street parking, just outside the hotel which is a more respectable €10 a day . There is a beach club across from the hotel where you get a slight discount, but if you have children as well , it could become quite expensive.
