Check in/out is a breeze. This has become our go to for quick day/night of relaxtion.outside heated pool connected to trails end is perfect for sun/ drinks/food and relaxation. Followed by hot tub and the comfiest bed/pillows ever.....always find something different to try/ do each time. Staff is amazing throughout the resort.

Our stay was pretty good. The service was top tier 👌. It was a little hard to find a parkinking spot so we parked a little ways up and had to walk down some stairs which a small inconvenience. The room felt like home and had everything we needed. The heated pool was amazing and i loved the convenience of the bar and restaurants there! I didnt get to experience the hot tub because there was always a group in there but the pool really made up for that!

I chose this property for their cleanliness rating, however the room we stayed was not clean. The doors, walls, mirrors and other places had stains. The surfaces had dust mostly on the safe. Window was dirty. The Grille restaurant on the property was great, we loved everything we ordered.

Looked forward to a clean dry comfortable stay. Instead got. First floor room, damp musty smell and dusty (extremely) there were spots on chairs and the windows had cobwebs, not worth the price for low quality. Maybe in winter it would be better but would not recommend based on price/amenities

The issue we had was a musty smell in the hallway. We also had weird housekeeping. We got back from our event and it was clean but it looked as though someone had then laid on top of one of the beds. The next day they made one bed but not the other.

I don't usually write reviews, but given the high cost we spent for 2 nights and all the excellent reviews, I expected the resort to be much nicer than it was. The bed and pillows were rock hard, and it was so noisy I could barely sleep. Rooms were outdated and there was barely any hot water in the showers. Front desk staff was rude and basically laughed in our face when we asked for a late check out, as we had a 1 pm ski lesson. Hot tubs were either closed for cleaning or hadn't been filled with enough water. After the amount of money spent for 2 nights and 3 days of skiing, will not be back

I didn’t like the fact that there were no reservations available at the Grille. Guests at the hotel should not have been turned away. The staff at the hostess stand was unprofessional, snooty and unfriendly. They were not a good representation of the rest of the hotel, which was accommodating and friendly.

We had a great experience at Bear Creek! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming, thanks to the friendly staff. Our room was clean, cozy, and was the perfect setting for a family getaway. The convenience of staying right at the resort while enjoying snowboarding made our trip even more enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return for another amazing stay!

Would recommend this primarily as an event destination hotel i.e. for a family reunion, wedding or corporate team building event, as opposed to a romantic weekend stay. We travel quite a bit and the customer service we received was the best we ever encountered. Room was spacious and clean. Skiing was closed but there was plenty to do. The only criticism i have is the spa needs to communicate better. We tried 4x and left many messages through phone and email but never received a response. Food and the restaurant and cafe was good but overpriced but these 2 things did not effect our stay. We will definitely be returning.

Had a very rude and surprising interaction with front desk staff. One of the worst experiences I had at a hotel all year. The location and amenities are really nice, however hotel rooms are definitely overdue refurbishment. The Grille restaurant was delish! However if you are a clean freak I would stay elsewhere.

Clearly a ski property, but they also have great summer activities available around property like hiking, biking. Spa on site. Gorgeous swimming pool. There were 3 wedding events going on during our visit, so it’s great venue for that, but the wedding events didn’t interfere with our stay other than the bar was closed. However, we had great customer service and good takeout from cafe & bar. About 10 minute drive from interstate. Very windy roads, so slow down if you’re coming in at night. Felt very safe, rooms in good condition.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Staff is very friendly. Room was clean with no issues. We enjoyed the hiking trails.

I truly enjoyed myself at this property. I just think that the food was nasty and very overpriced. At the restaurant called the grill.

There was signs up all over about a prime rib special on Sunday. We asked on Saturday if they were having this special on Easter Sunday the bartender went and checked and she advised yes they were from 4:00- close. We went down for dinner around 7:00 and was told they decided not to have the prime rib special that day. It was to late for us to go out so our only option was bar food for Easter.

I didn’t like the fact that there were no reservations available at the Grille. Guests at the hotel should not have been turned away. The staff at the hostess stand was unprofessional, snooty and unfriendly. They were not a good representation of the rest of the hotel, which was accommodating and friendly.

very poor service at the cafe. 35 mins for eggs and bacon. 20 mins for drinks . the place was not packed at the time.

Overall the hotel was good and had a cozy feel. The staff was very responsive. Pool service was very friendly. The hiking trails were great, the grounds staff was good at giving their advice on which trails were manageable. The kids playground and basketball area was good. However, the food was overpriced for the quality and waiting time for getting breakfast food was too long. Limited dining options also. Recommend bringing water and snacks. Pool was great for the kids. Everything was accessible and the July 4th fireworks were very close to see overall a good spot for a vacation with the kids.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Location is beautiful the food at the Grille was top notch. Best fireworks show I’ve seen in a long time. Will definitely be back

Friendly,attentive staff. Great value. Food was just OK. Tiny frozen spring rolls I could buy at the supermarket. not enough "house made" food items at the pool bar. Salads were good. cooked food, again just OK. .

Very clean hotel with very helpful staff (much better at front desk than the last time I stayed). Food at Trails End was lacking in flavor, employees were great though. Things in our first floor suite were clean however it was somewhat old and out dated (especially the TV). As usual the grounds around the hotel were beautiful. I always do the 5 mile trail and this was the worst I’ve seen it around the back half it was very overgrown. Still enjoyed the hike for the most part. Please please put more lounge chairs around the outdoor pool. Every single time I come here you can’t get a lounge chair because there aren’t many to begin with and everyone throws their towels on them to take them.
