Motel 6 Las Vegas, NV – I-15 Stadium

Your able to park in front of your motel room so you can keep watch on your car. Air conditioner was nice and cold

I always prefer motels with separate outdoor entrances. This motel is in a great location where I can access The Strip but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The pool area is just perfect. The room was basic and small but all that was needed for a good night's rest. Unfortunately, the old stale tobacco smoke smell still lingers in these older buildings, when smoking in one's room was permitted.

The parking was easy,the rooms were pretty clean, the air conditioning was pretty cold

Parking was easy yes the room had AC and the room smelled of marijuana. The bed sheets and the blankets had stains the restroom door had a big hole in it and the roof of the shower also had a whole and the paint peeling. The shower head very bad and had a plastic bag wrapped around the connector that filled up with water. When I turned on the light to the restroom there was a roach infestation as they scattered into the walls from the corner of the floors this was the most disgusting Motel 6 we have ever stayed at. When we went to the front desk to complain about the roaches the responses we Know we are aware of the infestation and we're trying to deal with it. They also said the remark Everyone on this side of the freeway has a roach problem which was very unprofessional and not true. I asked them if you knew why wouldn't you warn your guest when checking in. This hotel should not be on any booking platforms and honestly should be closed due to health conditions. We were not even offered a refund.

Parking was very clear clean an park able.. coffee well done tasting good .iron clean towels choose this Sunday for a real relaxing smal moment..

Excellent excellent excellent for the price! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Right next to Allegiant stadium, maybe the closest hotel. We thought it was too good to be true and afraid we were about to have a very bad room. Here are the exact negative things just so you know why you are getting such an excellent price: Floors were a little dirty, towels and sheets smelled washed but were stained, room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and some other cosmetic issues like a burnt toilet seat. But the things that mattered to us we got: plenty of towels and toiletries, excellent ac, an excellent mattress (my mom usually can’t fall asleep in hotels because the mattresses have no support), quiet, tv, good shower/faucet pressure, free and ample parking, ice. We didn’t use it but the pool and laundry center were nice! Seriously positives outweigh the negatives. Absolutely a great place to stay when visiting allegiant stadium.

Has not been updated recently but walking distance to alliegance stadium and has a pool.

Stay was good. Average room. Walkn distance to stadium. Nothing to complain about except the noise of interstate traffic.

Pros: - No deposit. It can vary from one Motel 6 to the next, but this one in particular does NOT charge a deposit and after the room is paid for, they do NOT require a credit card to check-in. -No resort fee or any other hidden/surprise fees. - 24-hour self-service laundry room for guests. It has 2 washers (one small + one medium sized) and 2 large dryers. All machines take QUARTERS ONLY (no bills, no cards). The front desk keeps plenty of quarters on-hand and is happy to change out guests’ cash for quarters upon request. Cons: -Out of at least 3 Motel Sixes that I know to exist within a 2 mile radius of the Las Vegas Strip, this one is the worst in terms of location for walkability and convenience. It sits west of the Strip on the opposite side of the I-15 freeway, which is a very industrial area. There are no restaurants or bars within walking distance, and there is only one gas station nearby that has a convenience store attached. The only other businesses within walking distance of this Motel 6 are a few other chain hotels, and a whole bunch of auto repair shops. -Rooms are uncomfortable unless traveling alone. The rooms are small and the layout doesn’t make any sense for the size of the room. There is a desk & chair crammed between the foot of the bed and the wall, so that if someone sits at the desk, it completely blocks the only pathway from the room door to the rest of the room including the bathroom.

The ceiling in the bathroom was collapsing, held on by just some latex paint. The bathroom flooring, laminate, was coming up off the floor. The room had not been cleaned, there were no towels, no amenities at all. No small fridge, no coffeemaker, nothing. Staff seemed upset that I would mention these problems at checkout. It wasn't even cheap. See the picture of the pool? The water is more green than that blue pictured. The motel rented out parking spaces for an event down the street. Good luck finding a spot. Incredibly, this is not the worst place I have ever stayed, but it is close.

Dirty and roaches

There were roaches everywhere in the bathroom in the main room on the walls I am only scared of one thing and I am terrified of roaches I couldn’t sleep they were in my stuff in the shower when I was showering it was horrible I felt like it caused me to have a panic attack I will never stay here again

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Motel 6, prompting me to leave shortly after checking in. The room was in an unacceptable condition, with a strong cigarette odor, visible cockroaches (some carrying eggs), a sticky floor, and heavily soiled bathtub and toilet. The bedsheets were stained, and the air conditioning was weak and emitted an unpleasant smell. Despite being a budget accommodation, these conditions were far below basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. My attempts to sanitize and deodorize the room were ineffective. While the front desk staff was initially courteous, the manager’s response to my concerns was unprofessional and dismissive. An employee began processing a full refund and had me sign a document, but the manager intervened, offering only a 50% discount instead. She refused to provide the signed document, withheld her name, and threatened to call security when I requested contact information for corporate or a higher authority. I strongly advise against staying at this location until significant improvements are made. I have requested a full refund and urge management to address the cleanliness issues and staff conduct.

Room was extremely dirty, garbage left behind from prior guest, not swept, bathtub had hairs all over and in drain, and one of the beside lamps did not work due to the cord being damaged and socket was ripped out of the wall.

It was full of roaches room had a bad mold smell, bathroom door couldn't even close it, sheets were dirty,plumbing issues

The pictures on the website are misleading. When I arrived, I was disappointed in the property. I checked in at 5:00 pm and checked out early at 11:30 pm because of a roach on the bed.

Stained sheets, dead roach in the corner, baby roaches in the bathtub. This place was gross. I almost left but I was so exhausted I just dealt with it.

I didnt like that it didn't have a mini fridge. The floor in the bathroom wasnt cleaned right. The air wasn't really blowing out cold air.

Taken over by Motel 6 from Radisson. Only has 12 TV channels. Provides 2 tiny pieces of soap. Has ice machine and coffee in the morning but nothing else. No refrigerator or microwave. Bare bones motel.

Clean and comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Fast food within walking distance. A/C not working.

Where to begin? I knew it would be a bare bones stay at a higher rate than I paid at Rio for a SUITE!! The room was so tiny for 2 beds was difficult to move around. Could not even watch TV from the chair, which was just in the way. The owners should be billed by Las Vegas police for the constant appearances for a variety of reasons. You don't need to buy weed because you'll get a contact high for sure! There are 2 ice machines in the laundry room, and neither work well. When I was puzzled what to do, a person in the room showed me how to open the door on top of the machine and fish ice out BY HAND!!! WOW!! Also, someone's horn was stuck on at 3:15 for 20 minutes, then off, then on again , off and on again, and then stopped, thankfully. The contents of one room was thrown out in the parking lot, strewn around.

The room did not include microwave nor a fridge. With family and children traveling thru states for over 4 days it was needed.

My only complaint was that there were no fridge or microwave.

The AC wasn't throwing cool air, so I changed rooms. The second room had the same issue. They are not spending money to fix these ACs and are charging people $100 + per night. This is ridiculous. I left the room in 5 hours. I will never come back or recommend it to anyone.

Great stop for the basic no frills experience. Unlike many, the staff here always strives to accommodate me whenever needed. Five stars just for that. Easy freeway access and proximity to off strip locations.

Courteous staff

The lobby staff was great but the cleaning service was horrible. I asked numerous times to get my room cleaned but no one cleaned it.

I waited 30 minutes to get checked in when I showed up early. The woman at the desk was left by herself & was clearly overwhelmed. They me a room that wasn’t even clean yet & was promised a discount since they changed my room.

The general manager Derek Snyder is incredibly unprofessional and rude.

Had to wait approximately an hour and a half after check in time for a room. After waiting an hour, when inquired with manager how much longer, she was curt, stating, “I have to help check in other people and then inspect rooms before any rooms would be available.” Room had used wash cloth in shower, mold in shower, no toiletries except one bar of soap.

Clean and updated rooms a nice surprise and a terrific staff that made checking in a breeze!!!

I originally purchased this room for my senior father who was going on a trip by himself. However, I, his son, decided to accompany him at the last minute and thankfully I did. I checked us in after the football game and received room key 116. Upon entering the room, there was no light on as I discovered it did not work. Like a horror movie, the room light would flicker and cut off repeatedly. Nevertheless, I continued on to the bathroom and verified if that light worked and it worked properly. Yet, to my ultimate disgust and dismay, several roaches were observed as they scattered from the rays of the bathroom lights. I returned to the main office and told the management staff who was very apologetic. As this was Las Vegas, I did consider a simple room change because of hotel availability aspects. However, management informed me there was no additional availability and offered a full refund immediately. As a prior Motel 6 customer in other states, this location is the poorest representation for the brand I've ever witnessed.

The worst place I have ever stayed. After trying 2 different rooms the front staff refused to change again to a 3rd room. We checked out immediately. They are attempting to steal money for the night we checked out. No one should have to stay in filthy and uninhabitable conditions. Even a guest next to us did the same thing.

Great location from the Vegas Strip! Many people were walking their dogs around the property. The staff is super friendly and helpful!! They did a great job assisting me and answering my questions. The only negative things I noticed were, there was no refrigerator or microwave in my room, which is hard to believe in this day and age.The property does get quite sketchy after 11pm!! The amount of traffic that comes through there is not so friendly. (E.i. the aggressive prostitutes that harass you for no reason) And I could have done without the bugs but I understand you get what you pay for.

Very convenient if you’re coming for a event at the legend Stadium

Our 1st night in Vegas after a Long flight. Lots of construction in the area. So, lots of dust & noise in the area... This is a lower end type of hotel.

Smelled like smoke. Towel racks were falling apart, floor/wall trims were hanging off the wall. I understand you get what you pay for, but this place is in disrepair. The bed was nice enough though and the pillows were fluffy and nice. The only reason I would stay in the future is that it’s cheap, dog friendly and close to Allegient stadium.

Away from the strip, but good for one overnight stay (for an early flight, etc,). I wouldn't walk around after dark in the area, though. Standard motel situation.

The hotel desk girl on Saturday was fun and friendly. Made the whole process fun and easy for checkin. She rocked... Would stay again easy access to 49er Levi Stadium South (Allegiant Stadium) lol. Walking distance to strip and local fast food restaurants.

This motel is at the noisiest intersection of the city ... and to make matters worse the Tropicana Ave exit on the 1-15 has been closed for months and there is no indication of this on the website. Would not recommend this particular Motel 6 to anyone. My apologies to the front desk staff, who were very helpful and courteous.

Due to construction the area around the property is hard to access.

Super staff. Nice grab & go bagged breakfast. Convenient location. Didn't like broken toilet seat.

The positives were the friendly office staff, the price, and the grab and go breakfast. Unfortunately, room service was supposed to clean the room after three days and even though I made sure that our room was on the list two days in a row, the room was never cleaned. I killed a roach and the room smelled like stale cigarettes. I guess you get what you pay for.
