Great apartment VERY close to Middle Brighton Station. We stayed overnight as we were attending a party two train stops away. The apartment was small but very well furnished and equipped, and very clean and comfortable. NIce deck outside. Just around the corner from numerous shops, bars and restaurants. I didn't get any information by email that check-in was closing in the afternoon, but staff did call me and arranged after hours check-in. The only down side was the fridge, which was very noisy, in fact the noisiest fridge we've ever experienced. I had to sleep with ear plugs in, and the fridge noise woke my partner during the night. Other than this, a first class experience.

Well equipped property with all we needed for our 10 day stay. There are numerous good restaurants, cafes and bars locally. Middle Brighton rail station is a few minutes walk away which gives easy acces to Melbourne City centre, and the area is also served bu numerous local buses.

Fabulous place. Well appointed, new and clean. The staff, including cleaners were all lovely and friendly. W really enjoyed the location neat local shops and cafes, not far from beach or city. The only downside was noise: from the rail line and rail crossing nearby...all day long; and until midnight from the bar behind, on Saturday night.

Ideal location near Church Street shopping centre. Very clean and comfortable. Allocated parking easily accessible. Our room overlooked the train line so a bit annoying until the evening. After that, quiet time for sleeping.

I like Brighton as a suburb and the Caroline Appartments situated near the shopping centre. The property is maintained superbly and the staff are courteous and obliging .

This was a perfect place to stay for a family city break. Two bedroom apartment worked well. Could even see the harbour from our room. Two minute walk to the train station and supermarket or restaurants. Five minute walk to Brighton Beach.

Read the reviews on this place which suggested you request rooms on Male St side away from railway line. Unfortunately, not everyone can have those rooms and being fully booked we drew the short straw. We were given free parking as a consolation but the location backing onto the railway line is just atrocious. Victorian Government promise to remove rail crossings doesn't apply here. Trains run constantly from 5am to after midnight and the crossing bells along with incessant desire of train drivers to blow horn passing by is a huge pain in the arse. Windows aren't sound proofed which might assist but without sound proofing there is no peace and quiet to be had. Parking below was secure but extremely tight fitting in space for enough cars. Location was great and close to cafes and supermarkets but that was about it. King bed was 2 king singles together which made centre of bed uncomfortable and shower over bath an antiquated and dangerous practice. Fridge and kitchen well equipped but as said, railway noise is biggest drawback. Hopefully the useless Government removes the crossings and puts the rail underground fixing this issue. Failing that, huge upgrade to sound proofing. Staff excellent and helpful but can't say I'd stay again with railway noise.

Stayed here for a girls weekend booked a preminim 2 bedroom apartment. As i walked in i tripped on the carpet not thinking it would need re stretching or replacing. I also requested single beds in 2nd room but let it fly the beds were comfortable. The shower in main bathroom is a bath tub with a screen, my mum had trouble gettijg in and out thankfully there was another shower. The location was superb and the service was amazing super helpful.

A lovely apartment with easy access to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff with simple check. Apartment backed onto railway and trains used horn each time they approached the station. Noticeable while awake, but did not disturb us overnight. Would ask for a room away from the railway next time, but would happily come back.

Great location, clean and spacious accommodation. Found it noisy though on Friday and Saturday nights in the one bed apartment as pub right down below and bedroom window is not double-glazed. Could also use some softer pillows on the bed. Overall very good and wouldn't stop us staying again.

Very convenient location and facility. And every staff was so kind. As someone mentioned, the noise of the train came in. However it was so much acceptable for my family and myself. The stay gave us comfortable feeling in whole period.

It turned out to be an excellent spot to meet our friends & family. Great spot for shopping, loads of fusion & non fusion restaurants, heaps of cafe's to choose from. For those not driving, there is a station close to the apartment. Yes yes, the trains can be disturbing only if you are a light sleeper. But its managable. My room was facing Male street & it was quieter. They provided on-site parking, which was very convenient — no time wasted hunting for offsite spots. The neighbourhood is lovely, and it’s a 15–20 minute walk down to the beach.
