We were so happy with our stay here. The staff were all very nice & friendly. The room was bigger than we expected. The bed was very comfy. Nice little touches like fresh lemon water, decent coffee, and even some chocolate chip cookies. We were in town to visit family and would definitely stay here again

Very nice room for our extended stay. I like that coffee, hot coco, and a large variety of teas are available 24/7. We also like the fresh lemon or orange flavored water that is always in the lobby, not to mention the fresh chocolate chip cookies. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. This is where I will stay when working in the area.

The hotel is just ok. Theres nothing else available in the area. The hotel looks like it had some renovations done recently and is in good condition. The fitness room is awful. Breakfast is very basic. It almost seems like the owners only want the bare minimum for everything. Patricia was a ray of sunshine though.

It was pretty much the only hotel in town, but it was decent. Definitely overpriced but you can get away with that when the choices are limited I guess. No complaints about facilities

The staff was fantastic - professional and courteous. My room, the hallways, breakfast area were all very clean. However, the air conditioner in my room was barely working, the elevator shook continuously, the breakfast food was horrible (eggs cold, potatoes, hard as rocks), and the people across the hall from me had marijuana smoke coming out from under the door.

Check in key didnt work. Had to go down to front desk again and ask gentleman to rekey. He did, then came with me to make sure it worked. It did and I thanked him.

Upon checking into my room we waited about 20 minutes since there was only 1 staff member on site. When getting settled we noticed the room. Was dirty-sower had pubic hairs on the soap dispensers , floors dirty and worst off the beds had stains and what looked like dog hair under the covers. I called the front desk to get the room cleaned. I was told he was the only staff on site , no cleaning people until the morning. He offered to give us new sheets and blankets but we would have to change ourselves. When I explains that was unacceptable he as able to switch us to a different more suitable room.

My room was clean and comfortable. HOWEVER, The bath tub was DIRTY!! I could not take a bath the morning I was checking out. It was a one night stay, so I had to improvise using the sink for an old fashion bath. I reported to the housekeepers who were working my floor the morning I checked out. Also, I asked one of them to come into the room view the tub. They did.

Initial appearance upon arrival seemed fine BUT once we were given a room on the 2nd floor it became DISGUSTING !! Opened the door and immediately were subjected to a disgusting smell in entire room.Had the front desk come up to inspect and apparently he didn’t seem too worried !! We were given a different room but at least the room didn’t have that terrible smell, but still wasn’t that fresh either. The bathroom tub was disgusting and had Black mold around the edges .The smell was even throughout the hallway and was quite evident as soon as we got off elevator. We endured it for the 2 nights but stayed out off room as long as possible . Only booked this hotel for the location convenience for our purposes .

The breakfast wasn't good. Almost nothing to eat. Most everything was gone but it was still early. No one checked to refill. We didn't eat. The room was great, just the air-conditioning didn't work well room was to warm.

Clean, friendly staff. Room smelt like cigarette smoke but was fine once I opened window. Little noisy on the weekend but overall a good reasonable place to stay when basically just sleeping and showering!

This Comfort Inn is located in a good location, is clean and has friendly staff. However, while sitting on my bed in my room, I could clearly hear the conversation of the people next to us, with them speaking in normal volume level. I was quite shocked at how thin the walls were.

The room size and king bed was very nice. The only complaint I have is the AC unit in the room (#227) was horrible it blew out warm air the 3/4 days I was there. The weather where I was, was in the 80's. Sleeping at night was very uncomfortable. I only used the top sheet to cover up because of the lack of AC.

The staff was rude.When situations were brought up to them. They also had no consideration that people are sleeping and placed the tag on the door to not be disturbed. They threaten me to not accept my reservation, even though it was paid in full. The ac's in the room was very noisy. It was like an airplane landing in your room.

I never stayed the night. As soon as I walked into the room, I heard the room next door having a karaoke night. The halls smelled like marijuana and there were people hanging out all around the hotel. People were sitting in the parking lot and smoking. There seemed to be drug activity and drug users around and in the hotel. I didn’t feel safe at all. I asked could I switch rooms at first because the person next door was so loud. The front desk representative said I couldn't. I drove miles away and had to get up around 6am the next day. I just needed to rest. Then I asked could I switch my room to another partnering hotel. The front desk representative said it was impossible. He was very unhelpful and untrustworthy. He was calling out everyone’s room number, which is a huge NO. Please don't stay here. It's very sketchy and drug users stay here. I never stayed or even put my bags in the room. I end up staying somewhere else. A complete waste of money.

The overall stay was pleasant. However, this was the second consecutive time I stayed here for two nights and my room wasn’t cleaned after the first night. Each time the housekeeper knocked on my door at 8:00 am and I was sleeping. Each time I spoke with the housekeeper as I was leaving my room for the day. The overall stay was pleasant. However, this was the second consecutive time I stayed here for two nights and my room wasn’t cleaned after the first night. Each time the housekeeper knocked on my door at 8:00 am and I was sleeping. Each time I spoke with the housekeeper as I was leaving my room for the day. Was in town for my daughter wedding. The place was nice and clean quite was assessable to a few fast food an a restaurant. Walmart is right up the road there was a water park not too far from there as will, that area around the water park had a great walking path; and the people where friendly everyone passed an said hello. Breakfast was good an there was cookies, coffee and water out most of the day.I will say you need a your own transportation to move around this place. Everything is far away. Once at the hotel you can walk to a few fast food places. Nice place will stay again.

Obviously, the management is paying attention to this facility. The previous time I have stayed in a high brand name hotel and my experience with the Comfort In in Naugatuck was much better. Easy to access from route 8 and plenty of dining choices.

It was pretty much the only hotel in town, but it was decent. Definitely overpriced but you can get away with that when the choices are limited I guess. No complaints about facilities

I never stayed the night. As soon as I walked into the room, I heard the room next door having a karaoke night. The halls smelled like marijuana and there were people hanging out all around the hotel. People were sitting in the parking lot and smoking. There seemed to be drug activity and drug users around and in the hotel. I didn’t feel safe at all. I asked could I switch rooms at first because the person next door was so loud. The front desk representative said I couldn't. I drove miles away and had to get up around 6am the next day. I just needed to rest. Then I asked could I switch my room to another partnering hotel. The front desk representative said it was impossible. He was very unhelpful and untrustworthy. He was calling out everyone’s room number, which is a huge NO. Please don't stay here. It's very sketchy and drug users stay here. I never stayed or even put my bags in the room. I end up staying somewhere else. A complete waste of money.

The breakfast wasn't good. Almost nothing to eat. Most everything was gone but it was still early. No one checked to refill. We didn't eat. The room was great, just the air-conditioning didn't work well room was to warm.

Coffee at the front counter was very old. Not changed often. I drink coffee throughout the day. The coffee maker in the room was missing the little tray for filter. However all else was great. Thank you kindly 🙂

The staff was fantastic - professional and courteous. My room, the hallways, breakfast area were all very clean. However, the air conditioner in my room was barely working, the elevator shook continuously, the breakfast food was horrible (eggs cold, potatoes, hard as rocks), and the people across the hall from me had marijuana smoke coming out from under the door.

Average room. Nice staff. Breakfast was okay. Same choices all four mornings. Coffee was empty 3 of the 4 mornings, had to wait a bit but nothing crazy. Good price for what you get.

There were no blankets on the beds! All they had were 2 thin sheets and it’s the middle of winter! The breakfast was terrible, the coffee was piss-warm.

The hotel lobby was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was also very impressed with the complimentary breakfast. Even though it was free, there was a great variety of food, and everything was quite satisfying. However, I did find mold in several areas of the room, and the room also felt quite humid. I suspect there may have been an issue with the air conditioning. If the hotel could improve the cleanliness and humidity control in the rooms, I think it could be an excellent place to stay.
