David, the night desk clerk, was outstanding. On site bike rentals were a major plus in cyclist heavy The Hague. Rooms had no windows. Property had zero grounds. No irons or boards in rooms. No dry cleaning service.

Absolut enttäuschend - nie wieder! Das Hotel war eine einzige Katastrophe. Wir hatten bewusst ein Economy-Zimmer gebucht und das Hotel im Vorfeld informiert, dass wir mit einem Baby anreisen. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass unser Zimmer nur über mehrere enge Treppen mit Hindernissen erreichbar war - völlig ungeeignet mit Kinderwagen. Am Zimmer angekommen funktionierte das Tür-schloss nicht, die Klimaanlage war defekt und das Fenster ließ sich nur kippen - bei stickiger Hitze absolut unzumutbar. Das Zimmer selbst war in einem desolaten Zustand, aber dazu fehlen einem fast die Worte. Ich bin direkt zur Rezeption gegangen und wollte mein Geld zurück, da das Zimmer fur uns nicht tragbar war. Das wurde abgelehnt. Stattdessen bot man uns ein Upgrade ins Familienzimmer an - dort funktionierte wenigstens die Belüftung. Allerdings wollte der Besitzer oder Mitarbeiter dafür fast 200 € zusätzlich! Letztendlich konnten wir ihn auf 120 € herunterhandeln. Doch damit nicht genug: Direkt vor unserem Fenster war eine Raucherterrasse des Hotels - ständig standen dort Menschen und rauchten direkt am Fenster. Mit Baby eine absolute Zumutung.

Hotel is centrally located and about a ten minute walk from the station. Room was what we needed as only there for one night. Bathroom was clean with shower. Being in the centre shops, bars and restaurants are only a short walk away. Vending machine in reception area. Staff very friendly.

The wifi was not working for the whole of my stay, very annoying. Receptionist tried to fix it on the first night but still no connection. Next morning was the same. Very inconvenient because I couldn’t work on my laptop.

Ganske godkendt hotel. Ind og udtjekning gik fint. Døren til toilettet kunne ikke lukke, hvilket var lidt irriterende. Vi nævnte det da vi skulle tjekke ud. De tilbød os noget vand som kompensation, men det virkede ikke relevant. Parkering foregår bag bygningen til et par hundrede om dagen. Hyggelig gård terasse. Og ligger meget centralt.

Bolt on the room door was inoperative. Air conditioning for the entire building was out when I checked in, which I didn't discover until I got to my room and asked about it. TV service only has maybe 20 channels, out of hundreds available, and no custom guide, so the guest has to scroll through all of them to find the ones that work. And at first, it seems like the system doesn't work at all, so assistance from the front desk is required, instead of them explaining it at check in.

Sehr gute Lage und alles fußläufig erreichbar! Kostenpflichtiger Fahrradverleih. Hygiene und Sauberkeit nicht gut. Handtücher verdreckt und hatten Flecken. Toilettenbrille instabil. Matratzen vom Bett rutschen und sind auch nur bedingt sauber. Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ohne Fenster. Ich würde hier nicht nochmal übernachten.

De locatie is goed, je kunt naar het Centraal Station lopen of makkelijk een tram/bus nemen en het is dichtbij winkels, restaurants enz. Ik vond de receptie heel aardig en de air co was top! Ook leuk dat ze een koelkast hebben...maar...de kamer was niet zo leuk. Er waren veel, grove vlekken op het tapijt, de koelkast was vies, het tapijt ruikt een beetje ook, en de muren en plafond hadden ook wat vlekken met water vlekken op het plafond. Het is ook niet zo goedkoop dus voor dezelfde prijs kan je zeker beter doen...

Hotel rooms look nice in pictures. I had a room without window which, unfortunately, also had poor ventilation and poor lighting. Bed and bathroom are fine, however, it still feels like sleeping in a cupboard. In addition, drains from other rooms ran through my room (above the lowered ceiling), leading to many surprising noises in the middle of the night. I'd avoid this place.

Very basic and austere hotel, and frankly not a budget price (but I was there at a very busy time with most hotels filled up). Staff was great, very friendly and eager to help. First floor rooms have no windows.

Er zaten grote kieren tussen het kozijn waardoor veel lawaai naar binnen kwam, alsof er een raam op stond. Daarnaast was het pand zelf ook erg gehorig. Als iemand de trap op liep, deur open deed of iets verplaatste kon iedereen meeluisteren.

Das Zimmer selbst war in einem desolaten Zustand, aber dazu fehlen einem fast die Worte. Ich bin direkt zur Rezeption gegangen und wollte mein Geld zurück, da das Zimmer fur uns nicht tragbar war. Das wurde abgelehnt. Stattdessen bot man uns ein Upgrade ins Familienzimmer an - dort funktionierte wenigstens die Belüftung. Allerdings wollte der Besitzer oder Mitarbeiter dafür fast 200 € zusätzlich! Letztendlich konnten wir ihn auf 120 € herunterhandeln. Doch damit nicht genug: Direkt vor unserem Fenster war eine Raucherterrasse des Hotels - ständig standen dort Menschen und rauchten direkt am Fenster. Mit Baby eine absolute Zumutung.

Hotel is centrally located and about a ten minute walk from the station. Room was what we needed as only there for one night. Bathroom was clean with shower. Being in the centre shops, bars and restaurants are only a short walk away. Vending machine in reception area. Staff very friendly.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, en el centro de la ciudad, sin embargo el barrio en el que se encuentra es un poco ruidoso debido al tipo de personas que viven por ahí (tipo welfare), siempre hay alguien gritando en la calle! Lo bueno es que sí dejan dormir. El personal del hotel siempre fue muy amable y servicial. Las instalaciones están bien, sólo necesitan poner más atención en la limpieza, el desagüe de la regadera estaba tapado, por ejemplo. En resumen es una buena opción considerando los aspectos mencionados.

Positiv. Centralt beliggende hotel. Okay værelse og renlighed. Negative. Støj høres nemt, vinduer ud til trappe opgang, ingen mulighed for morgenmad. Meget parfumeret rengøring. Vinduer= dør er ud til fælles område, så ikke fedt at lade være åbnet om natten.

Not really the cheapest but poor value for money. Staff are great, room is clean enough and location is excellent. Other than that, the hotel itself is very old and don't be fooled by the nighttime photo since it looks very different during the daytime. The curtains are falling off the rail, single glazed wooden windows that doesn't shut tightly and no noise reduction, no TV remote control in my room which I don't use anyway but this should be a basic attention to detail by room cleaners. Lighting not bright enough. The fridge power only comes on when the key card is inserted so you can't really leave anything in in when you go out during the day as you won't know if the cleaner have removed the key card. Double bed is actually 2 single mattress. Toilet/Shower is bright with a large plain glass pane (not window) with no privacy curtain - maybe is a plus for some people :) Last and probably the worst is that you get faint sewer smells when you walk into the toilet. In summary, compared to hostels with shared toilet/bath, and you only need somewhere for 1 or 2 nights, then maybe this is ok.
