I requested a downstairs room because I was dealing with a hip injury. I was bluntly told no because they didn’t have any available even though checkin began at 3pm and we arrived just before 3pm. Later we saw people check in after us that were given downstairs rooms. Hotel did not have elevators and we were put in a room that was literally the furthest room from the parking lot. No one even offered any assistance. Also, room smelled of mold and smoke.

There was no coffee pot in the room. In the shower the cartridge was installed backwards. The hot water was on the cold side and the cold water was on the hot. Most people would just think there was no hot water. There is only one ice machine up by the office and it didn’t work. The breakfast was nothing to really speak of. The pool was green and you couldn’t swim in it. When we checked in they said they had put chemicals in it, but it was still green when we checked out. The people working the front desk were very nice. And when passing other employees they always said hello or good morning with a smile. The room was very clean. It is an older hotel, showing its age. They had recently painted.

Simple Saturday night stay for a wedding. Overall the stay was a bit nicer than I expected: room was clean with no obvious wear or damage, motel and its neighbors were quiet, staff friendly. Plenty of parking, which has been an issue at other places and has a gravel lot for oversize vehicles and trailers.

Stayed two nights, based my choice on how close the hotel was to a Wedding Venue. The photos showed well-lit rooms and nice pool ... reality was the full opposite. The room was dark and kinda damp, so we had to put the AC on high which made it very uncomforable at night since we didn't have additional covers, we called reception desk and they didn't have either. The pool was flat our disgusting, which was a dissapointment for our child. Overall it served the purpose but I would not come back.

This property appears to be a hotel in the Expedia pictures, like most Best Westerns, but it is not. It is very old, dirty looking building from the outside (we did not stay because the property was so dirty on the outside). It is a motel, the doors are on the exterior, as opposed to the interior. Buyer beware. Expedia should update photos to show this is a motel. I am shocked Best Western has this as part of their chain.

The lobby and common areas are maintained better than the rooms. The restroom ceiling had mold. The floor and bathroom door had stains and were not adequately cleaned. Bath towels were once white, but no longer; most likely washed together with dark laundry. The beds were comfortable but bring your own pillow.

Initially was very impressed as the room and building seemed very clean and the area was very nice. Did our usual checks to make sure there were no bugs and didn’t find any. Come night time; I ended up getting bit up. In the morning we found just one bed bug filled with blood right were I was sleeping. Brought it up to management and all they did was deny the whole thing and refused to believe us. If it weren’t for that incident, it would’ve been 5 stars but because management handled the situation so poorly and made us feel stupid, I wouldn’t come back here.

Quiet room, nice location and great customer service. Room could've been cleaned better, it wasnt filthy but a few dead fly's in plain view. Also, the bed made lots of noise which was annoying.

When I made the reservation, I asked if we could split the cost between 2 cards since we were staying 2 nights and they said yes, then when we got there it couldn't be done. They asked if we requested housekeeping for our 2 night stay, there were 2 of us that were on the reservation, we stated no, but were only given 3 towels, not sure a 4th one wasn't part of the reservation. The room had a stale odor emitting when you walked in each time, I am thinking it was a moldy smell from the air conditioner. Apparently we had a family with children on top of our floor that chose to run back and forth for long periods of time.

You have to make a U-turn if westbound to get to the hotel. The hotel and room were clean and tidy. Breakfast room was small and there were a lot of people booked in so it was crowded. Did not feel unsafe at any time even though doors opened to outside, and the area was quiet even though there was a lot of traffic. Lots of food choices nearby. Breakfast was ok. A lot of confusion on check in - they were training someone new. I will have to watch my credit card to make sure it didn't get messed up.

The young lady at the front desk told us about dining options other than fast food and and was extremely polite. A very gracious and kind hostess. The manager on duty during the days he was very understanding and kind. Resolved and questions ot concerns or reservation i may of had. Very pleasant experience.

I really appreciate the hard floors and no carpeting in the room. It was clean, good water pressure, and did the job for us. The front desk gentlemen brought us extra towels of his own volition. I would definitely stay there again!

We liked that we were in a central location - easy access to every activity we had planned. The rooms were clean. Staff was helpful with TV issue. We were able to get early check in when we arrived. A positive experience.

We liked that we were in a central location - easy access to every activity we had planned. The rooms were clean. Staff was helpful with TV issue. We were able to get early check in when we arrived. A positive experience.

You have to make a U-turn if westbound to get to the hotel. The hotel and room were clean and tidy. Breakfast room was small and there were a lot of people booked in so it was crowded. Did not feel unsafe at any time even though doors opened to outside, and the area was quiet even though there was a lot of traffic. Lots of food choices nearby. Breakfast was ok. A lot of confusion on check in - they were training someone new. I will have to watch my credit card to make sure it didn't get messed up.

Room was clean and spacious. A/C was working ok, but I checked the filters and they were very dirty and clogged up. Left them out and room got very cold after that (NICE!). Breakfast was ok. They say it ends at 10AM, but staff was closing things up at 9:45AM.

Staff allowed us to checkin early. We were staying to do Oilman triathlon and staff allowed us to get breakfast a half hour early and gave us an hour late checkout. We'll be back!

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was perfect for a quick meal in the morning. Rooms were very clean and the AC was tremendous (being in Texas that’s a HUGE plus).

My daughter and I checked in and checked out within 15 minutes. Let’s start with the front desk area ~ looks NOTHING like the pics in this listing. We get to our room and it is so grungy. The wall above the window looks like it has mold/mildew that has been painted over, the baseboards and walls looked like the had not been painted in years. The sheets were paper thin. The tub had black mildew in the corner. But the biggest issue, that required we leave immediately? I always pull the covers back to make sure the bedding is clean and to check for bed bugs. No bed bug evidence but there was a mouse dropping. I couldn’t believe it! I took a pic and looked closer, yeah that’s what it was. My daughter plugged it into ChatGPT and it said “do not stay in that room.” To add insult to injury, Hotels.com was unable to get my money refunded and the GM of this Best Western has yet to call me back. When I called today, I asked the woman who answered the phone if she was the one there when I checked in/out (it sounded like her). She said “hmmm I’m really not sure.” Um you don’t remember someone checking in and immediately out because of a mouse turd in their bed??? That’s concerning.

Don't be fooled by the photos and the reviews online. If it wasn't 11pm when we got there we'd have driven the 12 miles to the next nearest hotel. This is a MOTEL - every door faces the exterior so every noise outside your door from other guests, or the cleaning trolley are very loud inside. The place may have been renovated to LOOK nice on photos, but the fact that it's a very old building with old HVAC makes it musty smelling - even the candle we lit couldn't overcome it. The sticky chilly HVAC may keep it cool, but it's a gross, musty cold. The bed linens were clean and the mattress good, but the cracked old walls show you can't put lipstick on a pig in spite of best intentions. Checking in late means being shut out of the lobby and talking through a tiny window to someone like some hourly crack hotel. I understand it may be for staff safety, but it's such a icky feeling. Not welcoming. ugh. Just so glad it's over.

Clean room & very comfy bed. Very quiet environment while we were there. Stairs only to the second floor… No elevator. Staff very nice. Very disappointed that pool looked green & icky, therefore we didn’t swim.
