It is what it is. Its technically clean, but hair and stains were in the towels, the furniture is bubbling and peeling, and there are stains on the comforters and sheets. The tv is small and only contains local channels.The pool was okay, and clean. Continental breakfast was fine. You get what you pay for. I'd stay again, but it would not be my first choice.

Everything was clean. Rooms were in good shape, bed was comfy, tv easy to run., Supplies stocked. Pool was kept up and serviced. Staff was friendly. Breakfast limited, but fresh and clean area. Not a thing to be unhappy about!!

The entryway to the hotel looked dated and not clean. It had been painted over and over and still looked dirty. However, inside, the place looked great. Beautiful pool, large, clean room, and nice clean hallway carpet. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Pool was closed this past weekend when we were there. Very disappointing since this was the main reason for booking this hotel. Basic breakfast-oatmeal packets, bread, lil cinnamon rolls, muffins, yogurt, 2 cereals. Tons of video cameras in the hallways. The hotel has been updated but it still feels like a older hotel. The air vent in our bathroom was rusted. The safety door lock broke on our door and fell off when we were leaving. Overall a decent hotel, but I dont think its work the $100 we paid with taxes and fees.

Staff was friendly enough, but nothing over the top and the walls were very thin and therefore you could hear everything inside and out. Overall it was clean and was fine for a right off the interstate place to lay your head, but amenities were few and far between. No smart tv w/ basic local cable, inconvenient vending and laundry, the pool was never open...very truck-stop sort of experience.

The basics were just barely covered. Rooms looked clean but carpet was not, it was gross walking barefoot on it. Bathroom was clean but most of the towels were stained. The entire 2nd floor smelled like a restaurant, I think families were living in rooms and their cooking made even the room smell.

This was a standard motel room, with post-pandemic changes like skimpy in-room coffee and downstairs breakfast, but the staff was very welcoming and the room (though slightly smoky smelling) was very clean and comfortable for a night. The fridge and microwave were nice to have, though we barely used the fridge. For a place to sleep and shower, it's perfect.

Pillow very large no choice of size the smoke detector was missing and window was not closed tight clausing a noise from the wind. I was able to close,, but it was difficult. TV remote did not turn on tv had to do it manually. Otherwise great tv and remote worked great. Breakfast was only cold items no hot items.

The place is okay for the price. Staff were friendly. Towels in rooms had old stains on them even though they were clean, doorway had a gap where a lot of light would seep through, and tub/shower looked dirty. Remote for the TV wasn’t working but they came a replaced it right away. TV has basic channels but not a smart TV so couldn’t watch my own Netflix or screen share. It’s a good budget friendly place but don’t expect anything extra or fancy.

Great, great service. The evening desk supervisor went above and beyond to guid us to the hotel. It was a very quiet room that was clean and welcoming.

Rather persnickety. Rude hotel staff.,the girl at the desk was standing outside when I arrived. She wanted to know why I was there.,she went inside and insisted I had an animal or extra person with mex Her voice lowered when she repeated the hotel policies. She handed my key without saying where on the property my room was. Oh and she took ok my card Incase I smoked. At check in, she wanted to know what room I had reservations for. Check in took almost 45 minutes. It was ridiculous. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Here we go. Quiet and comfortable in the room. The front desk actions were NOT comfortable nor in accordance with good business practices! It was extremely difficult to move the luggage rack/clothes cart in/out of the lobby doors. Doors were heavy, and stiff. A weekend/daytime obstacle was present in the form of the owner/operator manager's grade school age children, playing in the lobby, and hallway, utilizing the luggage carts as play carts!!! It was necessary for me to checkout a day early! The front desk attendant refused (was unable) to refund my extra night of pre-payment??? Simply was NOT what I expected from my hometown of Ottawa, KS., 1939-1957. Now age 90.

We stayed in a room with a king size bed and whirlpool. Check in was easy, all the employees we met were courteous and friendly. The room was extremely clean. The property is within walking distance of Wal-Mart, a few dining options and a convenience store. The whirlpool worked well. The shower head was unusual and not easy to figure out how to change the spray style. If you need a clean place to sleep it works well. The breakfast is standard and not exceptional. Someone keeps the breakfast area well cleaned during breakfast.

the room was very nice and clean. Heating unit was not quiet at all a little hard to sleep. Breakfast was not great. Orange juice was warm. Waffles had a sour taste to them.

It is what it is. Its technically clean, but hair and stains were in the towels, the furniture is bubbling and peeling, and there are stains on the comforters and sheets. The tv is small and only contains local channels.The pool was okay, and clean. Continental breakfast was fine. You get what you pay for. I'd stay again, but it would not be my first choice.

Very friendly and clean. Very accommodating for my grandchildren and my pet. Good breakfast, would have liked the waffle maker up and going and the raisin brand was a little on the stale side. But other than that we enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was clean. Rooms were in good shape, bed was comfy, tv easy to run., Supplies stocked. Pool was kept up and serviced. Staff was friendly. Breakfast limited, but fresh and clean area. Not a thing to be unhappy about!!

We have stayed here a few times. But this last visit seemed to be the worse. We opened the door to our room and was hit in the face with the scent of bug spray. Our bathroom door wouldnt close all the way. And we stayed 2 nights in a row and housekeeping didnt come . I went down and asked if someone could come get our trash and was told housekeeping was gone for the day. And That i could walk it out to the dumpster but not to set it outside our door to our room . And then i had to ask for additional trash bags. Um no . We payed 250 for 2 nights through a third party. Sorry i feel whether ur checking in and out or housekeeping no matter your role. Someone should have been able to take the trash out . The breakfast is basic. But i guess i consider it a bonus .

Got stuck in the bathroom because the handle was broke on the inside, my wife had to let me out. The waffle batter for the machine looked moldy. Rooms were clean at least.

This property is not as nice as it is made out to be on-line. "Breakfast" was non-existent and the building always smelled of curry or other middle eastern cuisine. Staff was friendly enough, but nothing over the top and the walls were very thin and therefore you could hear everything inside and out. Overall it was clean and was fine for a right off the interstate place to lay your head, but amenities were few and far between. No smart tv w/ basic local cable, inconvenient vending and laundry, the pool was never open...very truck-stop sort of experience.

Pillow very large no choice of size the smoke detector was missing and window was not closed tight clausing a noise from the wind. I was able to close,, but it was difficult. TV remote did not turn on tv had to do it manually. Otherwise great tv and remote worked great. Breakfast was only cold items no hot items.

It's a great place to stay when visiting the university. Close to a couple restaurants and across the street from Walmart in case you forgot any travel necessities.

At first glance, it looks like what you pay for. However, we stayed 5 nights and experienced some unsettling things. Our refrigerator died over the span of 2 days before we figured out where the vomit smell was coming from. They were accommodating and brought a new one right away. But not before we searched for what had "died" in our room for 2 days. The smell of Curry was in the air every evening. When we put signs on the door to "let us sleep", we were still bothered for our trash and towels. I witnessed one of the times they came in to clean, the cleaning lady scrubbed the toilet with a toilet brush, and then walked right to our sink and scrubbed the inside of our sink with the same toilet brush. She also threw it on the ground in our bathroom, from right out of the toilet, and left a large germ-infested puddle in the middle of the bath. Our kids swam in the pool for 2 days, but on days 3 and 4 of our stay, it was shut down for "maintenance". The water had turned green, and it was obvious that the pH balance was unhealthy. The windows were not safe. They could open and close from the top two floors, and the screens were not secured correctly to be safe from an infant's fall. Our kids' feet were black each night, after they had walked around the room barefoot. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
