Comfort Suites Richmond

Room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Tub showed signs of age but was clean. Only problem was that toilet in our first room would not flush, but night shift manager Mike switched us to another room, checked it himself to make sure everything was in order, and was very helpful and kind.

Hot tub in room was great after a long road trip. Not big enough for 2 though. Facility could use a little TLC

I was unable to find something offered that I was able to eat. The staff was nice and the room was clean.

Breakfast was good. Ice maker across our room wasnt plugged in and not working. Pool was ok but little cold. Our touilet leaked and no remote in room. Over all not bad.

Ours was a last minute, late check in, but we were not met with any hostility. Everyone was super kind and the lady at the front desk didnt question my aimless wandering for the ice machine, she just helped me haha. There was a huge free breakfast that generously ends at 1030, and the room was nice and clean! My only two complaints were that the bathroom floor felt oddly greasy on my feet? and our AC would not stay on constant fan. Other than those two small things, i loved this placed and absolutely would not mind returning. PS the pool is nice AND heated :)
