If you like roach motels then this is the place for you. The floor, towels sheets and refrigerator were filthy.

Truth. The staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Very nice. The room however, was sad. Now I totally understand that this isn’t a 5 star property but some upkeep is definitely needed. The room door was ridiculously dirty and damaged and you had to slam it to close it. The bathroom door had a gap between the door and the frame wide enough to see whoever was in the bathroom. The tub had burn stains and was dirty. The bed was squeaky framed but slept well. Overall a decent stay, I’ll give it a “it got me through the night” out of 10.

Should not be allowed to be in business and charge these prices

The rooms you see online aren't the rooms you booked. They don't have those rooms online here. The rooms are outdated. They have the sign once you get here telling you the rooms you book aren't the room you will get. Also if you need to stay more than one day, if you book online they want you to check out at 11 and check back in at 3 o'clock, everytime you book online. So that will prevent you from paying online. Today i had to pay online because of my work schedule i work overnight so i couldn't pay in person. So i had to pay the online price and 60 dollar late fee. Also if you pay them directly the price is 10 dollars more than the online price. I was told by receptionist the online price is only for people staying a few days. So if you stay longer you get to pay ten dollars more. And if you want to remodeled room that would be ten dollars more. So you would be paying 20 dollars more than the online price. Also i was told they do alternate rooms inspections. But if you been staying here for years you don't have to get room inspected at least that is what i was told by the receptionist. The pros are the towels are new and the staff is nice, and its on the bus line. Its also quiet and safe.Its a good location. And if you want room service everyday they will come.

The room had dirty walls, pieces of the flooring missing, and had electrical connections on the walls for lighting without any fixtures. There was a very small area for my dog to do her business which was surrounded by what appeared to be construction debris.
