Motel 6-Warwick, RI - Providence Airport - I-95

Rotten condition. Dirty in places. Took 10 minutes for someone to show up to check me in. Outside doors didn’t work with room keys so they propped one open - I assume all night. Noisy. Cheap but not worth it.

The front desk lady was great. Like every other motel 6 that I have stayed at, the property really needs some tlc. The room is big. The air conditioner unit is falling apart & didn’t work at first. the phone didn’t work to call the front desk. I kept working with it & got it to turn on. It would be nice if the people living at motel 6 would take more pride & help in keeping the area clean. They leave their trash any & everywhere which doesn’t help with the bug problems that people are reporting about on their reviews. The washing machine is a front loader which are typically larger than a top loader. The display screen says $3 but it charged me $3.50 maybe because I used hot water. The front desk had change for me to my laundry. The residents were friendly.

Broken glass everywhere. Visable rat colony in parking lot with multiple entrances, exits and trails. Fully developed infestation with large burrows. Exterior doors are not locked and mostly proped open. Coin op Washer does not work (extract water.) Tub had a half dollar sized hole causing flooding while showering we we afterwards given a neighboring room. Strong mildew smell. Windows where broken and permanently shut with exterior screws. The constant police presence during our one week stay was the only relief.

Clean no microwave, but that there is one in the main area

Nothing was nice about the property doors don’t lock building insist secure at all

First room assigned (#214) did not have a working TV or telephone. Desk person had no functional capability to correct, so reassigned to #216. That room was fully functional. WiFi and AC was good.

Parking was easy and convenient. The room needs àn update as far as furniture is concerned. Only one, thin pillow per person was provided.

The room was okay but I paid for a deluxe room thinking I would have a microwave in it but then was told I have to go to the front desk area where they have a microwave there. Also when we had go there the tv was broken but the did come to replace within 30mins and had offered another room if anything

After my first reservation was cancelled by another booking site due to no rooms at a nicer hotel(due to overbooking),I had to look for a new place to stay. Options were limited, far away from where I wanted to be or very pricey due to being in downtown Providence. I was attracted to this property due to the price per night and fact that I could get a room with two beds and proximity to the highway. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful with a quick check in process. Sadly it seems they are only utilizing the back part of the motel as all the occupied rooms were down on the far end. The door used to get in did not lock so anyone could just walk in. Many sketchy people lingering around with their doors left ajar, people in and out at all times, and a smell of substances down the hall. The room itself was just ok, beds were comfy and clean but literally two flat pillows per bed, no blanket but rather a thin polyester coverlet. No iron, no blow dryer, no mini fridge, no microwave just bare bones no frills room. Bathroom was sorta clean but I noticed stray hairs once I went to shower but at this point I wasn’t going to leave or try and find a different room as it was late. My friends and I made the best of it but I wouldn’t go back, even for the cheap rate. Also there was a police patrol car parked in the front parking lot quite a few times when we were leaving or coming back. Not a good sign.

Hotel entrance sign and front parking lot was not lit. Check-in was slow due to walk-ins trying to get rooms, no availability. The room was clean and neat. It seemed to have been sprayed down. The floor was slippery and there was an unusual odor, not unpleasant. The furniture was inexpensive and uncomfortable, hard wood chair. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains appreciated. Parking was adequate but lot is very worn with insufficient lighting.

This place was TERRIBLE! I have a video of how DIRTY the floor was when we first checked in!!! Crumbs, dirt, hair & looked like mice droppings! Housekeeping came in my room an hour BEFORE checkout and gave me an attitude that she couldn’t “clean” the room at that time and had to wait! Management did NOTHING to help the situation. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

The room was so dirty my son and I couldn’t stay the night. We slept in the car in the front.

We did not end up staying due to both rooms assigned to us ended up being very dirty. There were hairs on the bed, pretty sure the sheets were not changed. There was food on the floor and noodles in a bowl on the microwave. There was white gunk on the door handles. The tub had grime in it. We ended up getting reimbursed thank goodness.

Terrible decision to stay here, Rat in the room coming from a hole in the wall behind toilet. Very noisy at night there appears to be a few families living in rooms with kids. They put stones in the entry doors. Never cleaned our room for 3 days had to use a towel to mop the filthy floor. Drain in tub won’t hold water. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

The public areas were not clean.

The property was run down and not clean. The sheets seemed clean but the floor, shower, and vents were filthy. Soap scum, mold, hair, on floor and drain, vents coated with dust, poor lighting and furniture. I saw the sign in lobby say no refunds if unhappy 15 minutes after check in.. should have been a clue.

This was the worst hotel i have ever had the displeasure of walking inside! I requested my money back and they refused. Broken fingernails, hair in the sink, and shower, and trash on the floor. The sheets were so gross looking I would never sleep on them. It was so horrific I am still in shock and disbelief i could not receive a refund. NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL FPR ANY REASON EVER!!!!

This place is extremely outdated, dirty, and felt unsafe. The bed was so uncomfortable and the floors were filthy.

Motel did it's job; slept and had a place to keep our belongings while we toured.

I was glad that I had brought my own blanket, because although it was fall, there was only a sheet on the bed.

NOPE!!! Not good. Surer dirty and smelly corridor carpet. Intense Cigarette smell in the room. Outdated furniture. Holes on the walls. Moldy AC. The bed was clean only.

It’s a lil outdated but was very clean and staff was friendly.

When we arrived the young man at the front desk seemed upset that we didn't book directly with them. The next day, there was knocking on our door, when I got to the locked door it was being opened. I pushed it closed and locked it. I asked who it was, he said it was maintenence. I said I was going to check with the front desk. The front desk verified it was maintenence, but we were not notified before and he didn't announce himself before opening the door. Also, on our 3rd day as we were leaving at 5:00 am for a day trip we requested our room to be cleaned and asked if we could please get fresh towels. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and sad she would pass on our request. When we returned after midnight the room had not been cleaned and there were no fresh towels. We've stayed at different motel 6 locations without any issues. Our experience at this location was very bad.

We had a very bad experience with this motel. We had to cut short our 2 night stay to just 1 night. During the first night the room’s ceiling started to leak due to rain. When we woke up there was lot of water on the floor. Our shoes were soaked wet and all our bags were also wet. We informed the front desk. The lady at front desk came to see the situation and offered a refund if we checkout. Here comes the disastrous part: after checkout she refused to refund for the night. She said that she can only refund for the unused part of the stay but cannot refund for the first night when the roof was leaking rain water into the room. We were shocked at what had just happened. We asked to speak to the manager. She said that manager is not available and she does not know when he will be back. Instead of compensating us for our loss: they charged us for that night where room was leaking water from the ceiling and they also checked us out of the hotel! This caused us to look for other hotels at short notice and pay very high prices. Please stay away from this hotel.

The lady that was working that night Blonde hair and a gentleman in the lobby was truly amazing and courteous friendly and completely understanding and humble. The lady was amazing. Understood and helped

The Was Ok For The Price... I Had An Incident With One Of The Staff, Very Rude. But Besides That Everything Was Ok!!!

The first two nights I was placed in the building where smoking was allowed. It had a horrible smell, and was not clean, my daughter became sick due to the animal smell, and cigarette smell. I was told I had to wait until sunday to see if their was another room available. The reception was amazing the two women who attended me were so kind, sweet, and attentive they made sure that my next available room was amazing, clean, and very comfortable in a non smoking area.

I had prepaid for a room, checkin was supposed to be at 3, I arrived at 4 and the desk clerk said sorry, we have no room, I showed him my confirmation, he said they would have someone clean a room come back later. I left and found lodging elsewhere. I would like a refund in full. Dorothea R Houk

No one at front desk for check in. Waited over 10 minutes. Called the property, hit the service button….nothing. Not okay to have customers (yes, more than just me) waiting to check in. All of us from frustrated.

It’s has excellent service at the front desk and room clean. When we order the rooms threw expedía. I request for handicap room. The note was not taken. The lady in the front Reception gave us a handicap room.

Building is old ,the outside of the room was dirty,parking lots was unsafe.Some crazy people hanging on the parking lot…

Decent value. Least expensive, safe option. Convenient to airport. Lightly dirty in room and linens had stains. Lobby smelled like urine and there were dirty rags on the floor. Having said that, i slept fine and there was little noise. Met our needs but was very basic with small cleanliness concerns. Would recommend it if it aligns with your budget.

How terrible! There are homeless people all around. We went home without staying.

I thought this place was very nice and exceeded my expectations. I've not had great visits to most of the Motel 6 brand but this one was very good. Location to airport was excellent.

Good and Convenient

I worked at 60 Jefferson Blvd 8 years. Rosalia. This was a Howard Johnson. The price was the best and reasonable for one night stay.

Close to airport so good for a quick need to stop before an early flight.
