Ice machines not in working order

We had a quick check in and got a room on the ground floor. AC is working great. The tub is dirty, the ice machine and the vending machine were not working. Otherwise, it was okay.

Very clean. Olnly outside its no good for kids the pool no clean in summer

Horrible place…Pool filthy dirty and unswimmable…Tv doesn’t work…beds are lumpy and soft…Terrible location…Complete property is fenced in…even the office…doors are locked even for the office which you can’t get in…you stand outside at a window and slide your id and card to the clerk under the window. Makes you feel really uneasy for your safety.To top it off…they were asphalting the entire property and you couldn’t park right outside your room…you had to unload your car and lug everything to your room which was a long way…they had a gas leaf blower going for over an hour after we checked in at 5 and then they poured the asphalt covering for a couple of hours…ALL right outside our door. I just don’t understand how they can run a business like this. DON’T make the mistake of staying here…you will regret it.

It was ok until we went to leave and saw that someone slashed two tires on same side and of course the cameras weren’t working

Staff was great, room was clean, parking lot clean, but 2 ice machines and both broken?And no chair In my room? Ice machines have been broke for at least 6 months or longer. No chair happens every other time. Other then those 2 issues, everything else was great

This hotel has improved the safety standard by providing a functional gate that requires a card key to open. The hotel itself is average overall. 0

I stayed here for just over a week while in transition. It was affordable, and felt relatively safe due to the gated facility despite being in a rough part of town. Let me start by saying all the staff was friendly and welcoming. I would award them 3 stars for friendliness. Unfortunately they advertised a pool that would never open, despite the warmer temperatures. When I inquired they said they were awaiting inspection before reopening. There was zero outside seating leaving you confided to your room. Vending machines take your money but don’t dispense. No fridge or microwave accessible to guests. Was lucky to get just the basic amenities needed from housekeeping. All things I was willing to over look. However after the first few days housekeeping would stop checking in on me. I had to clean/sweep my own room and hunt them down for clean towels and trash bags despite asking for service. My final 2 days the toilet in my room backed up. I requested help both over the phone and in-person to no avail. I eventually asked for a plunger since no one would come to fix/clean. I was unsuccessful as Ive never had to plunged a toilet, I even googled “how to unclog a toilet” The lobby was inaccessible to all guest leaving no alternative options for restroom access. These are not the standards I have come to expect from this chain of motels despite their low-budget and star rating. Lots of room for improvement. Do better for Stockton.

Doesn’t even rate one star. From the smell of the room to ugly decor, holes in the bedspread, damaged furniture with broken edges and burn marks, some lights didn’t work, no toilet lid and the seat was really loose, constant sound of crickets and trucks so close it sounded like a rock quarry and then there was the spider and some other bigger unidentified flying insects (plural!). Loud drunks at 2:30am followed by the stench of cigarettes. Most every door looked like it had been inflicted with a beat down. I could not get out of that room fast enough! I used to stay at Motel 6 in Arizona for spring training years ago and they were nice. Not the case at all for this location. However the AC and fan did work and there was running water. Never again will I stay at a Motel 6.

This was easily the worst hotel/motel experience I have ever had in my life. I have experience with other motels, and this one was relatively highly rated so I thought I knew what to expect, but I was wrong. The area right outside the motel was blatantly littered with hookers and generally felt unsafe. Inside the room was somehow more unsettling. Literally every surface, sheet and towel had some type of mystery stain on it. Some of the stains had texture. There was what looked like some dried blood on the wall. It felt like I was going to get an STD just by being in the room. The most disgusting thing in the room was the towel provided for drying after a shower. On it, there was a large streak of dirt or soot, what looked like a pube, and mystery stains of various colors that I would rather not speculate the origins of. It was all so bad that I felt compelled to write a review - even though I never do for anything - for the sole purpose of lowering the score and increasing the odds of saving anyone who doesn't know what they're getting into from making the mistake of staying.

When I arrived I was told I could nit check in due to the system being down and I would not be able to check in. When I asked about a refund I was then able to get checked in. The room had paint spots on the floor and some red stain on the floor . The curtains had a huge white stain on them. The tub had some brown stains and hair in it. The room smelled of smoke. I was also scratched ny the metal frame at the emd if the bed. I also was never given a key to the room so the ladies opened the door and let us in. The door didnt close completely.

The receptionist gave unclear directions and once we got there gave unclear directions on how to enter property Once inside the hotel room I was greeted by a cockroach!!

Sketchy neighbor hood, prostitutes were around the property and walking through the property. Room smelled musty Cigarette hole in sheet.

Lot of siren voice though out night. Economical. Ok to stay.

When we arrived at 4 pm, we could not enter the lobby; only the window was open (a very seedy part of town). Taped to the window was a note written on a piece of paper that said "No wifi, no TV. Sorry for the inconvenience." Since we didn't know if any other motels had vacancies, we decided to pay. The bedspreads in our non-smoking room had several cigarette burns in them, and my wife found a strange-looking small bug on the bed. After calling Motel 6 corporate offices (who told us that they would contact the hotel manager, but it was his decision whether or not to do anything to help us), my wife started crying and said she would ask for our money back, which the clerk begrudgingly did. We finally found a vacancy at another motel that was clean, neat, had TV and wifi, and was 12 miles closer to our destination.

Terrible place to stay..I got woken up at 3am to music in the parking lot and called to complain at 5am the music hadn't stopped nothing was done the night shift kid was rude and scared of the ppl in the parking lot or something..finally got to sleep got woken up at 1030 with a checkout call and couldn't even get a late check out.. terrible place will never stay again no matter how cheap it is...

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Beds were comfortable also. Will definitely stay here again!

The TV is not working right, plus the security here is non existent. But other than that it's ok

Property wa loud with trucks and traffic running all niight. The non smoking smelled of cigaretts and marjina had to let the room air out before using it. People hanging around and walking through property thay were not staying there.

The beds were comfy and the staff was very nice

Check-in receptionist Maria was wonderful - courteous, extremely helpful, and sensitive to our needs. Whatever your paying her it's not nearly enough.

During my stay the maids were very unattentive the front desk clerk attempted to charge me more than what the room cost and tried to keep the change from what I did pay I had to bring it to her attention that I had change it to me and she still tried to debate with me about it and I felt like if she was being very sneaky and manipulative about money that was mine so needless to say I don't think I'll be staying at that motel 6 anymore

This place is a total dump. It is unsafe to even walk outside. Expedia should not have this on their site. Or at least have a big warning. Beware

I did not feel safe a lot of movement going on around the hotel like drug dealers prostitution loud music couldn’t sleep

The only thing I didn’t like was that is was confusing to find the entrance to the facility. Everything else was good. Service was good and the location is accessible to the freeway to get back on the road.

Good, low cost hotel with plenty nearby fast-food options.

For $100, it wasn’t worth it at all. There’s no reason for that high price. Prostitutes hanging around outside. $5 deposit for the room key (NEVER heard of that!) Sheets were cheap and severely wrinkled. Even found a spot on the sheets. TV is a 25 inch. I’ve seen better Motel 6 than this, and didn’t pay this much.
