I have stayed at this facility many times — the staff are so welcoming but the facility has nothing — no pool for years- no workout facilities- no coffee in the little kitchen area , sinks that do not drain — the only reason I keep coming back is — it is the only facility in Warsaw and the folks who work there are so nice. I wish that the management would pay attention to this once nice property.

We have been staying at this facility off and on for several years. Feel some maintenance issues not being addressed in timely manner. Examples: took 3 years for elevator to be repaired, 24 hour coffee service has been out of order for at least 3 weeks (time between our 2 most recent stays)

Key Card- Got to the resort, got card for rm 205. Card did not work, went to desk to be reprogrammed, still did not work, went back again and was told it may be the batteries so the guy cam up with me and went to rm 203. I asked him why and was told “oh they must’ve written the wrong number on the card envelope. Minus one star Got into the room. Turned on the bathroom light and heard a very loud overhead fan. Took a shower and the pipes began to squeak. Between the fan and the pipes, this was the loudest shower ever. Minus one star I chose this place because of the advertised breakfast and the recommendation of the folks I visited. They said breakfast was the best with eggs, bacon, sausage etc. So, imagine my surprise when I went downstairs and all I saw was a waffle machine, corn muffins and a broken coffee machine! I looked around in amazement! WTH!! There was a guy sitting at the table with his wife. He says, “I did the same thing you did”. I asked the mgr and was told “I wish we did. Not all things are at all locations” Dude..You need to change your website. Minus one star Looking for room service, I expected them to come up every day, NOPE, every other day NOPE. They come every three days or upon request. I never saw them because I left. Minus one star Asked for the pool. Out of service for the year. Minus one star To Management: Unless you are going to reimbursement me for the unused portion of my prepayment…I am not interested in anything you have to say

Property in poor condition. None of the entry doors to the building had working keypads, and the elevator was broken. I had to use the front entry and walk up the stairs on the opposite side of the building where my room was. Bathroom wall was filthy and my room keys deactivated twice in 24 hrs

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Food crumbs from the previous stay all over the floor. Paint was falling from the ceiling, shower was screaming the entire time. I have photos and videos. Never staying here again.

Breakfast okay for continental. Room had no key? Staff let us in. No shampoo, hairdryer or telephone. TV DID NOT WORK! Bathroom, bedspread and floors dirty. Place needs a cleaning. Disappointed!

Hotel was just "OK"; however, cleanliness left much to be desired. The bedding and towels were clean (thankfully); however, the drain in the bathtub was completely covered with long hair -- so much so that the drain wasn't visible. Gross!!! Needless to say, we weren't about to shower in the morning. Very disappointing, especially since this is one of the only hotels in the area.

The first room they put me in had hairs in the tub, medication containers in the bay room, the room smelled of BO. While walking to the second room they gave me I noticed the hallway floor had a ridiculous amount of satins, a full garbage bag in the middle of the hallway and also had an obnoxious odor. The second room was acceptable on sight; however, the bed sheets had brown stains. At this point I was exhausted and used my personal blanket to sleep on and put the pillow inside of one of my shirts so my face would not make contact. The fridge in the room ran very loudly and none of the lights worked properly. This was literally the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. I will be contacting Choice Hotels directly. This location needs to either be shut down or taken over by new management. The staff was accommodating but the level of customer service in a whole is suffering in this country.

Hello I was there on 12/27/28 and wasn't pleased at all I have photos of roaches and bedbugs in my room #111. The bed was very hard and the microwave and refrigerator both were dirty which I have photos of all of everything that is listed. I am reaching out to Sharon Keyser and hope for some type of resolution.

Upon checking in I was advised my room’s TV and only one channel working but they could switch me to a first floor room BUT someone would have to let me in the room each time due to a broken lock. Also mention their elevator was “down”. Well, I said I guess the first floor room is the best option!

For $89 a night you get what you pay for. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The property was clean, but the property is so dated! There was not a single USB port in the room, the curtains are old and had a lot of stains on them and we’re kind of have hanging from the curtain rod. But I will give it to the staff, they keep the rooms clean and the lobbies and outlying areas very clean. But the property is just so dated, but what do you expect for $89 a night.

The bed was so hard. Did not sleep well at all. Washed a load of laundry, when i put the laod into the dryer, it didn't work. After letting staff know... several phone calls later they offered to dry in their dryer. So greatful for that. Hotel is run down but house keeping takes pride in his job and does a great job clraning. That guy deserves a raise!!

We had stayed here before with no issues, but this time our stay was not enjoyable at all. There was no mention of there being a pet fee of $50 per night when I made the reservation on Hotels.com. They would not compromise. The Wi-Fi was unusable which was very frustrating and the extra protection lock on the door was missing.

staff is always amazing every time I stay here. The bathroom had rust stains in corner. I saw 2 roaches in the room. The bed was like sleeping on cement. No padding at all to the mattress. I don't know if it was that room, or what. I have always been satisfied at this location previously.

The staff were very nice. The hotel is run down. Door to room stuck, made it hard to open/close, coffee machine in breakfast area broken both days, internet in room was slow and sometimes nothing at all. Mattress was very hard to sleep on and scratchy sheets. Felt like a straw filled mattress.

The staff was amazing friendly professional and helpful. I loved the room and the bed was so comfy! The only negative comment I had was that the waffle maker didn’t cook the waffle all the way with raw batter through most of it. But I enjoyed some of the other breakfast options. I had never visited Hague before and I enjoyed the town very much!

Upon booking I called the location and spoke with the manager to verify someone would be there at my time of check in. When I arrived, no one was there. I called the number on the front door and it went straight to an answering machine. I rang the doorbell and still nothing. I had to drive out to another county in hopes of finding somewhere my family could sleep. When I finally checked in I was giving two different excuses on why no one was there.

They made me wait when I showed up 20 minutes early which is fine except that nobody else was there to check in they could have switched my room with someone else who hadn't checked in yet So then 10 minutes after checkin my room still wasn't ready They switched me to another room which they could've done previously and saved everyone the inconvenience They did give me the option of charging me for 20 minutes wait for an early check in which I thought was ridiculous The business computer didn't work and nobody could seem to figure it out My bed every time I moved you could hear the plywood underneath moving around I have stayed in many hotels and I normally never complain but I thought that was really rude that they couldn't just get in the computer and switch me to another room that was ready and not charge me for a 20 minute early Check-in I can see 2 or 3 hour early Check-in but this was 20 minutes and then I ended up having to wait because my room wasn't ready and then they switched me to another room anyway so it just seemed like somebody didn't want to take 60 seconds of effort to help me out

Usually okay but this stay we were put in 3 different rooms 1st terrible smell in first even employee said it was 2nd cigarette smell and sink wouldn’t drain and no one available to fix it 3 A/C broken Then my brother was in another room (we stayed 3 days )we went to visit family 1st day come back and they checked someone in in my brothers room Just terrible service

The front desk staff at night was lovely and personable. The morning staff was rude and threw an absolute fit because my husband had left the premises with the door key. Rolling eyes included!

I was just looking for somewhere clean and safe to sleep while in Callao for pool tournament. The reviews for this place are not good but some of my team have stayed here without problem so I thought I would give it a try. I glad I did! The lady (Pat) at the front counter was very friendly. The hotel is older and could use some updating, but the room was clean. The hotel was quiet. I didn't have any problems with any of the things mentioned in the other reviews. Give them a shot!

We have stayed here before, but this time the housekeeping in our room had something to be desired. Sticky surface on the bedside table and desk. Coffee machine in the room missing parts, no soap for sink or shower, bathroom door handle left off laying on the sink. In fairness I was offered another room because of the door handle, but I had made it work. Coffee was not available at the continental breakfast because the machine was broken.

They told me when I got there that the pool has been out of commission for a couple of years. That was not evident on the website when we were selecting places. Breakfast was being broken down when we arrived despite their signs stating the hours for breakfast which should have been ongoing for another hour.

Check in was easy, Clerk was friendly & helpful. Rm 105. Everything was clean, however, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was very noisy. There was no ice bucket. Piece was missing on the coffee maker in the room and the Coffee maker in the food area was broken.

The room that I was given smelled so badly that I immediately asked for another room and was told that there were none available (at 5 in the afternoon). Instead, I was given a can of air freshener to use and had to use a face mask in order to stay in the room. There was no working coffee machine in the lobby or with the breakfast provided in the morning. Very disappointed.

Sha’ron always finds the best staff. Xena and Barbara(new employee) was very attentive to my daily needs regarding room. Each visit seems to get better.

Mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable, mattress makes noise when you turn. Can hear people watching tv and talking from other rooms late at night and early in am. Breakfast is very basic. Pool was closed. The room smelled like smoke when we arrived, so had to ask for another one. The hotel is dated, but you get what you pay for. AC and shower worked well.

Needs work. The first room smelled like drug paraphernalia. The second room was 80 degrees and musty smell. The bathroom had paint peeling and the door was all scratched up. The pillows were good but the sheets were not a fresh smell. The curtains had holes in them. The pool was still covered up and it’s June 5th. The breakfast was very lacking with old bagels hard as rocks and waffle mix was near empty only to make a partial waffle but it tasted old and rancid and had to spit it out. Only thing worth eating was a pre-packaged muffin with enough preservatives to keep it “fresh”. Also ants on the juice machine. Very disappointing.
