Quality Inn Warsaw near Rappahannock River

Staff was friendly. Hotel is okay at best. Mattress needs replacement (deep divots on both side of mattress). Spotted a couple cockroaches in the bathroom. Shower makes strange noises, had to turn it off and on multiple times to make it stop. Bathroom fan completely covered in dust and dirt. The door to the room has to be forced closed. Moral of the story "you get what you pay for". For the price, this met expectations.

Overall this property served my purpose for one overnight. It was very quiet. The bathroom.was exceptionally clean but the room a little less so. Bed was a little squeaky but linens were clean. Thank you to the staff person who got my TV working.

Rooms are dirty and have roaches. Lamps and televisions are broken. Requested a refund and was told one would be issued on the “honor system” until Hotels.com staff got involved. Then a refund was issued immediately. Thank you, Hotels.com staff member Amed for stepping in and handling the issue.

The room was extremely clean and the staff was great !
