Location is fantastic! The house was well cared for and very clean. We arrived with 4 adults and 4 kids and found the house was perfect for us. Lots of games for the kids was a nice addition as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The good: ample kitchenware, dining; nice pet blankets; nice beach outdoor gear and seating. The bad: the downstairs had a strong mildew, musty smell and in the kids room, the mildew smell was overwhelming. No heat in the kids room, no internet signal.

The location of this property was fantastic with the beach access right next to the house. It worked perfectly for 6 adults and 2 babies. We had plenty of room in the large downstairs bedroom for 2 porta cribs in addition to the beds already there. There are lots of stairs, so would not recommend it for someone with limited mobility. The balconies and fire pit were wonderful. We had one issue with the shower head in one bathroom, but maintenance made the repair promptly. The only negative may have been the comfort of a couple of the beds. I would definitely stay here again.
