Check in was nice & smooth & friendly. I did get a newly renovated room. The new A/C unit didn’t really cool below around 76* even when set to 68*. The room was mostly clean except for the floor. And, if you’re going to go through all the work to renovate, make sure to have painters that paint better and not all over the trim. The ice machine didn’t work but, the washers and dryers did work. All in all, not bad.

Pillows were way too soft giving me a crink in my neck. The vending machings were in a room that was locked up at 10:00 PM, so I couldn’t buy water or a soda! I hated that!

This is the best Motel 6. The staff is friendly yet knowledgeable. The pool is nice and clean. The rooms are undergoing nice renovations.

Electricity in the room was incomplete and spotty. Card access constantly going out and having to be rekeyed. Staff was great. Laundry facilities good. If you can’t pay a fortune inLA, this will do well. Not luxury, but we were helping family in hospital so we needed cheap.

The property i stayed at was not worth the money charged. Parking and space became extremely limited once ALL big rig work trucks decided to block nearly of the lot, making it impossible to turn around normally or park comfortably, the rooms all sides of me fought screamed and threw things until all hours, my tv remote was not programmed and I could not control the tv nor turn it off, I brought it to connnors attention and mantinenfe never showed, the front desk couldn’t get to the soap and shampoo because it was locked, the room had no fan or AC or heat. I know it’s a motel 6- but still disappointed

Sheets and floors were clean. Outdoors no garbage but cement needs a powerwash. Lobby is so outdated. And I don't think towel carts should be left in the walkways. It gives an icky vibe. But worst part of stay ... it felt unsafe and there was a HUGE COCKROACH in my room when I arrived back at midnight. Which lead me to leave hotel.

I’ve stayed here ten years ago when it was newly renovated and again this past weekend. Great safe area for motel and cheap. Beds are not comfy and cleanliness of rooms is ok but can improve for sure. Ten years ago it was cleaner than now but I would stay again if I had to. Staff was great and helpful. Plenty parking and the dog park area was awesome to have. Only complaint is to have cleaners do better. Huge spider web behind the door in the room and floor was dirty you must wear shoes in the room or your socks/feet will be filthy! I think cleaners just do a fast job cleaning to move on to the next and not really cleaning room to be clean clean. Also rooms have a smell to them they need to air out or change air filters or something.

Internet is very bad. Had to walk either to the office or sit outside office for wifi to work. Makes it very difficult to work. Employees were very good at front desk. Did have us check another room trying to help with wifi. So thank you to them. But owners of this property have to do something. Couldn’t do anything g with internet.

AC was very old and not working properly. Management sent someone to fix it, but he said he could t do much about it because it was too old. It was terribly hot in the room, and we had an elderly person with us, so management said they would refund us if we chose to leave.

It's a Motel 6. The property location is very accessible from the freeway. It is close to several fast food restaurant choices. The mattress was a bit stiff. Housekeeping was good.

The beds were horrible, I was awakened by loud noises (doors slamming) throughout the night, people walking back and forth and conversing. There were no shampoos or conditioners in the room, just 2 bars of small soaps that were extremely hard to open.

The property was clean if a bit worn looking but the staff were quite attentive and responsive. The room was billed as having a queen-sized bed but it turned out to be a full-size instead. That said, it was the only downside to my stay there.

You definitely get what you paid for. We decided to stay an extra night and found a cheaper option than the hotel we were previously at. The beds were terrible, I tossed and turned all night. The next morning we all woke up just hurting.

The internet was very low. We couldn't upload page and when it happened it was still working very bad. The reason maybe is because they are not having a password to the wifi and probably a lot more users then the hotel

When my family arrived from the airport for check in, we had to resort to calling the front desk number in order to get service as the clerk was clearly asleep in a back room. Once checked in we discovered the air conditioner did not blow cold air and the water was ice cold in the shower. When I notified the front desk about the water issue the following morning at around 8am the clerk seemed completely unaware of the issue and said that maintenance would come. He did, but just told us to wait it out. We couldn’t and for the next two days my family and myself had to take cold showers. At check out when it was Mentioned again the lady at the desk had nothing to say, not even an apology for the inconvenience. No discounts or comped room, just extremely dissatisfied guests and a staff that didn’t seem to care at all. Our family does not usually complain about things and will tolerate quite a bit, but this was totally unacceptable and was definitely the low light of our short trip. Through our several trips and countless hotels stays, this was an experience that we will not repeat by visiting another Motel 6.

Unfortunately our stay here wasn’t a great one. None of their ice machines were working. The room we were in had an air conditioner that didn’t work and that was after we had maintenance come fix it. Justin who was working the front desk had no customer service skills whatsoever. He told me we would have to pay for an upgraded room since they were at capacity for the same type of room we had. However, once my boyfriend went and talked to him he didn’t charge us for an “upgraded” room which the only difference was it had a refrigerator in it. Justin needs to brush up on his customer service skills and get Motel 6 get the ice machines fixed.

Unfortunately our stay here wasn’t a great one. None of their ice machines were working. The room we were in had an air conditioner that didn’t work and that was after we had maintenance come fix it. The reception staff was incompetent at check in. I reserved for a weekend. The reception staff was not trained on Expedia reservations. He insisted I must pay Friday to Tuesday if I wanted to take the room otherwise he would give my room away to someone else. On Saturday a different reception staff member tried to fix it and a third staff finally fixed it on Sunday. A waste of five hours trying to get my reservation honored.

When I first checked into the reservation the clerk didn’t seem too friendly or welcoming. Very dry demeanor. And they “require” IDs from every adult who’s staying in your room, I’ve been in Hospitality here in Las Vegas for over 10 years and never witnessed anything like that. There’s no microwave in the room or Ice Machine that’s available 24 hours. Both close at 10pm and it’s located next to the Office. I stayed in room 285 there was a Long Leg Spider in the coroner of the ceiling near the window and the floors was so dusty feeling that I felt they weren’t cleaned (sweep or mopped) prior to our check in. The toilet flushed very slowly and seems it was clogged up prior to every flush. Lastly, the beds were horrible, I am literally sore and I slept in the bed less then 8 hours total. I was there 1 day only.

Staff was helpful and property was nice. The walls felt extremely thin. You could hear everything. From the people next door to the cars on street and freeway. Room was clean but it doesn’t come when amenities like usual hotels do. Overall we enjoyed our stay and felt safe here. Layout of the hotel was nice and clean.

What we Really liked about this property because it’s very close to Malibu. The thing we didn’t like about it is that the place smell like cigarettes. People were smoking in their units and it was coming through the vents. We had two nights paid, but we only stayed for one.

Good clean hotel in a good location. There was no vending machine available when we checked after 10pm so had to drive to a nearby store for a bottle of water. The AC was a centealized and had a old school crank kind.

Wish I would have known ahead of time that they don’t provide commentary shampoo and conditioner for your hair. I would have packed accordingly. Also if you want coffee you need to get it from the lobby. Overall the hotel was good for the price and for it being a hotel 6.

Pillows were way too soft giving me a crink in my neck. The vending machings were in a room that was locked up at 10:00 PM, so I couldn’t buy water or a soda! I hated that!

The hotel was ok the pool was the only plus about the place. Not really the place to stay if your stay is more than one night. The beds were on par with the quality of the place and not having breakfast is not good

Checking in was pretty quick, room was easy to find. If you're looking for room just to sleep, it's not bad cause that's all you get. No fridge nor microwave nor coffee in the room so be prepare to make it in the lobby before going to room. It's understandable cause not everyone use it and others steal plus it's affordable so, if you're looking for having those perks, don't say didn't warn ya. It would be nice to have atleast coffee at the room. Bed was comfy and didn't need any ac/heater but it was pretty cold enough and warm under blankets. Again if you don't like cold, ask for room that has one, if not maybe bring portable heater.

This is a really nice, clean Motel 6. The staff is always friendly and the free coffee in the morning is delicious!!

Front desk staff just gave me the key with room number. She did not bother to direct me to the room or suggest where to park. All the lights in the room were very dim. Like 40 - 60 watts. The mattress was terrible. It had a huge divot in it where thousands of buttocks previously sat. It literally compressed to about 2 inches. The A/C was either on or off, so you had to choose to freeze or roast. 100F outside temp during the day, 80F at night. One thin, large, towel was provided and two thin hand towels were provided. The Wi-Fi signal was present, but you could not access the Internet. This motel is definitely in the need of a refurbishment. I would not stay again. There are similarly priced motels within blocks away that are in way better condition.

Parking was good tons of parking. Room was great. Very spacious and smelled clean. No cigarette smell. Staff gave a goodie bag which I never experienced before at any hotel.

Very unfriendly and rude staff. But the room is clean. The direct area for some reason seems sketchy I think because people sort of live there but the actual area at other hotels is normally very nice.

Kid at check-in was super unfriendly. Just going through the motions not even a hi or goodbye or smile. Room was dirty, the mattress was saggy and creaky; I only sat on it. No bathroom door, the sink on the wall with all the plumbing exposed. Terrible! I left 15 minutes after checking in, just long enough to find and book a room at another hotel. Terrible, don’t waste your money.
