Gated parking, great staff

Loved the gate keeping the cars safe

I liked that it had a pool, the room was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.

I really appreciated the secured parking situation. I'm always worried about my car.

Floors dirty and damaged from wear. Door jam had gap area, maybe from prior break-in, where you could see outside. Room smelled. A/C noisy. I did appreciate the parking lot has a security gate, as we were traveling with a U-Haul trailer.

I liked that it was remodeled and the parking is now secure

Overall nicer than expected given the location and characters walking around. But it had a gate to coming through so the vehicle at least felt somewhat safer

For the price those stay was fine. Very clean. Gated parking lot made me feel safe.

The title - clean, no frills hotel. Secure thanks to gates and gated parking, which was nice. Only bummer was no coffee, but there's a gas station next door.

The room was a non smoke room but smelled like someone just smoked

Was a hole in a bathroom door and I see 3 mice. I thinking on staying there again cause is cheap but at front desk tell me I did the damage cause I don’t say nothing on my las staying

Found cockroaches in the room. Dirty pool. Rif raf all over hanging out. People smoking cigarettes and Marijuana. Uncomfortable bed.

Was very impressed with how clean the place was. Looks like they are working hard at making it a nice comfy place.

Wonderful property and amazing staff. It was clean, easy quick check in, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious with plenty of space to put our things. The building and parking felt safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. I liked the hardwood floors and the room felt updated.

needed to stay somewhere and it was clean comfortable and had a good night's sleep. Only thing is they have to fix their Wi-Fi it's almost non-existent

This place is okay for the pri e but do not rent room in back off building it is close to highway and the nose is bad i mean realy bad

Good value for the money if you only need the bare minimum for a convenient short stay. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything's good but the Wi-Fi is not that great

The check in/out staff were efficient and friendly. The room looked to have been remodeled recently. Ample parking at this location that is right off the highway with two gas stations nearby.

Highway noise sucks if on backside of building, but otherwise, no issues. 😁😎

only real complaint is that there were no shelves in the shower to put my shampoo, conditioner, body wash on. beds were comfy, ac worked just fine, tv had plenty of channels, shower had hot water.

Had to buy ear plugs to cope with the noise of the on ramp right beside our room - needs insulation

It's a budget Hotel, so close to old town which I like. Clean but dates. Bed could use a replacement because could feel the springs.

It took a while to check in. Property was asking $100 for deposit.

The manager was very professional, and helpful. I will definitely stay again.

Friendly staff

Stood out in the cold in a sketchy area for an hour while other people were checking in. It should not take over 20 mins to check someone into their room, especially when they have a reservation. When I finally got to the window to tell the worker I had a reservation for the night and they told me they have no more rooms available. Even though I had booked a reservation earlier that day. I was so upset they then told me the had 1 room left. The room had a busted smoke detector, no bolt lock and lights that did not work. Oh and nothing but a sheet of the hard bed. Just all around one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel.

Their front desk staff is incredibly rude. They told me I couldn’t keep my reservation because of my dogs bark and then they proceeded to charge me for it anyway. When I called to ask them to refund the money that they charged me for the reservation, they wouldn’t let me keep the person at the front desk, screamed and yell at me and started calling me all kinds of names. They are incredibly unprofessional. Aside from that there are a bunch of homeless people and drug addicts that hang out around the hotel at all hours of the day and night it’s not a very safe location.

There were payment issues for 5 days (which I paid via a 3rd site)--which could have been solved with only a phone call to Expedia--but unfortunately; the motel believed that it would take "too long" to contact them and therefore they wanted me to leave the hotel and return at 3:00 p.m. (which I refused). Law enforcement was called (which I informed them to do because I refuse to leave the premises as payment had already been made)--and of course motel 6 this phone them--and somehow on a different computer (handheld); my payment made that morning miraculously appeared. All of this drama could have been prevented with the inception of one simple phone call (needless to say; I definitely would not enamored during my time there). I could have even provided a card statement showing the amount that was withdrawn from my account. In addition and I surmise that this is because of the pandemic; it does not appear that hotels want you service the rooms of the customers (as mine was never serviced the entire time I was there). Finally; I believe that it is imperative that hotel staff at least where a name plate on their shirt (still that customers know whom to refer to when queries arise)

Excellent service.

Front desk person was rude and told me in advance there would be NO deposit needed, but when I showed up she insisted on $100 cash security deposit, which I did not have. I ended up staying the weekend in a hospital chair instead of sleeping in a bed.

Nothing fancy but its economical, it has very easy access to I-5 North and South, theres a really good restaurant called Nena's Mexican Cuisine right across the street, then right behind Nena's is the Sacramento River levee, that has a Bike/Walking trail that runs for 8 or more miles down to a small river town called Freeport.

Room was clean and comfortable. Not too far from restaurants, and only a couple minutes drive to Old Town Sacramento

Not a good location esp in the evening. There were a lot of homeless and shady folks around that area and by the property. I wish I can give it negative stars but 1 star is generous already as is.

Hotel is fine, gated parking. Close to riverfront, parks, old Sacramento, freeways. Lots of homeless tents, garbage, characters in the surrounding area.

Good staff. Very clean room. Lousy neighborhood.

Great value stay. Twenty minute walk on the river trail to Old Sacramento. New science center a block away! Nice sunsets

We had our dog so we got a back room facing the freeway so it was super loud, bring earplugs! No coffee or breakfast. Security parking gate wasn’t closed all night, we got there at midnight and gate was open. Lots of homeless out in streets, but that wasn’t a problem. Front desk lady was being friendly but over talking when I just wanted to get in my room.

Its clean, secure and relatively cheap. Its walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. Bonus is its right next to the Sacramento River levee and the walking/bike trail that runs for 8.6 miles south down to Freeport, California.
