The staff was great and very attentive! The food was abundant and delicious. This was a great place with a full board option, all inclusive bar, coffees, drinks, entertainment. Beautiful view from our private balcony. We didn't use the additional spa options, but did use the mineral pool and Jacuzzi.Thoroughly enjoyed!

Loved being on the Dead sea beach. Separate woman/men hours for spa pools were an asset.Loved the All inclusive meals and drinks. Fluffy white towels and bathrobes were provided. Beautiful sunrises and sunset views over the Dead Sea. Night manager Sammy was particularly pleasant and efficient. The hotel could use a makeover and extra hygiene in certain spots. Food was ample and tasty but not always the highest quality .

Our experience at Leonardo Club at the Dead Sea was outstanding. A big thank you to Shulamit for her exceptional service that made our stay even more memorable. The hotel offers excellent accommodations, delicious food, and a variety of activities, all in a prime location right by the Dead Sea. Whether it was relaxing by the pool or enjoying the local scenery, everything was top-notch. Highly recommend for a fantastic Dead Sea experience!

Concierge Shlomit gave us her personal phone and responded to anything we needed. Her kindness made the hotel feel personal to us and that we were appreciated. All inclusive was nice. I never was able to find the water slides staffed so they were closed three days in a row which the grandkids really wanted to use, and the life guards weren’t paying attention to the kids so watch your kids. But the food was so good and so much value, beds comfortable and supportive. Housekeeping was outstanding and to be along the scenic Dead Sea was a great view and nice walks. Lobby area also comfy. Great value.

Super sejour reposant. l'équipe sur place est bien rodé. Plage et piscine au top. Spa et piscine intérieure très agréable. Service all inclusive, une fois arrivé il ne reste plus qu'à bien profiter. Je recommande.

The hotel room was clean, receptionist was patient and kindly changed our room to one with a bath tub. The food was pretty good, free beer and wine almost all day, water slides operated in the winter, a few steps from the salty beach. The only improvement opportunity was that staff could be more of service.. took almost 30 minutes to get a dairy free option for 2nd breakfast (the first time we asked it was ok)

This property is all inclusive great for kids. There are ices drinks and shows at night which kids love and will keep them busy the entire day which helps when adults want to go and enjoy the resort a little bit on their own. I definitely would recommend for families.

We had a fantastic time at this resort. We had a personal concierge assigned to us at the start and Shlomit made sure everything we needed was made available. The food was excellent and plentiful and the spa facilities were perfect and relaxing.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed. The service was terrible starting from when we pulled into the front of the hotel. The person outside at the podium didn't even get up to help didn't say much except the the door to the hotel wasn't working and we had to use the revolving door while we pushed the baggage cart through. Then when we walked in and finally found the lobby the person at the desk was helping someone (who was not happy) once they finished we waited for her to call us. She didn't. We said something to her and she just said "yes' as if we were interrupting her. We get our room key and head to our room. You can see that hotel is not being maintained, it was dirty and scuffed up. We get to our room and it is not ANYTHING like the posted pictures online. The room that we chose was for a family. The room had only one queen bed and a sofa that took sometime to figure out as it was not your typical pull out sofa. Our room kept losing power throughout the night. The pool area was also ANYTHING like the pictures. The beautiful pictured cabanas are dirty, broken and put to the side. The food was pretty good. The coffee was water down, awful. The dining area wasn't the cleanest. They should have paid us to stay there!

Comida muy básica, Pieza mala, ducha mala la cama estaba mal hecha con sábanas que no cubrían el Cochon pedimos que nos hicieran bien la cama llegaron con cobertor para ponerlo de sábana. Todo viejo toallas sucias. Ropa de cama con hoyos. Lo bueno del hotel es la piscina que está al lado de la playa para bañarse. En el hotel hablan sólo inglés, Hebrew y ruso. Cero francés ni español. Servicio muy malo. Bar de la piscina básico agua, bebida y cerveza solamente.

Overall was fine, but there is a big issue with parking not being available. It was clean and the food was good. The staff is unprofessional snd rude. Any question you ask (like what time the water slides get open etc.) no one on can give you an answer.

Ich kann leider wenig positives über das Hotel berichten. Für über 180 € pro Nacht hätte ich einiges besseres gewertet. Die Anlage ist extrem veraltet, Schimmel in Bad, dreckige Stühle und Balkon. Auch außen hat es nicht so schön. Personal bemüht sich mit Service zu punkten, das klappt auch an einigen Stellen. Ich komme nicht wieder

Comida muy básica, Pieza mala, ducha mala la cama estaba mal hecha con sábanas que no cubrían el Cochon pedimos que nos hicieran bien la cama llegaron con cobertor para ponerlo de sábana. Todo viejo toallas sucias. Ropa de cama con hoyos. Lo bueno del hotel es la piscina que está al lado de la playa para bañarse. En el hotel hablan sólo inglés, Hebrew y ruso. Cero francés ni español. Servicio muy malo. Bar de la piscina básico agua, bebida y cerveza solamente.

The staff was great and very attentive! The food was abundant and delicious. This was a great place with a full board option, all inclusive bar, coffees, drinks, entertainment. Beautiful view from our private balcony. We didn't use the additional spa options, but did use the mineral pool and Jacuzzi.Thoroughly enjoyed!

Our experience at Leonardo Club at the Dead Sea was outstanding. A big thank you to Shulamit for her exceptional service that made our stay even more memorable. The hotel offers excellent accommodations, delicious food, and a variety of activities, all in a prime location right by the Dead Sea. Whether it was relaxing by the pool or enjoying the local scenery, everything was top-notch. Highly recommend for a fantastic Dead Sea experience!

The property foes not meet international standards. Service is not good. Had a sink clogged and house keeping never showed up. Food is supposed to be all inclusive however quality and variety is very limited. No real alcoholic drinks as an example only limited choice of local beers and low quality wine. The positive side is dead sea itself with amazing access and the rooms that are good size and great views.

Concierge Shlomit gave us her personal phone and responded to anything we needed. Her kindness made the hotel feel personal to us and that we were appreciated. All inclusive was nice. I never was able to find the water slides staffed so they were closed three days in a row which the grandkids really wanted to use, and the life guards weren’t paying attention to the kids so watch your kids. But the food was so good and so much value, beds comfortable and supportive. Housekeeping was outstanding and to be along the scenic Dead Sea was a great view and nice walks. Lobby area also comfy. Great value.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed. The service was terrible starting from when we pulled into the front of the hotel. The person outside at the podium didn't even get up to help didn't say much except the the door to the hotel wasn't working and we had to use the revolving door while we pushed the baggage cart through. Then when we walked in and finally found the lobby the person at the desk was helping someone (who was not happy) once they finished we waited for her to call us. She didn't. We said something to her and she just said "yes' as if we were interrupting her. We get our room key and head to our room. You can see that hotel is not being maintained, it was dirty and scuffed up. We get to our room and it is not ANYTHING like the posted pictures online. The room that we chose was for a family. The room had only one queen bed and a sofa that took sometime to figure out as it was not your typical pull out sofa. Our room kept losing power throughout the night. The pool area was also ANYTHING like the pictures. The beautiful pictured cabanas are dirty, broken and put to the side. The food was pretty good. The coffee was water down, awful. The dining area wasn't the cleanest. They should have paid us to stay there!

A few days ago I spent a day at the hotel. I will never make a reservation using Xpedia from next time. 1. Sitting at the counter, a lady named "Angel" kept us waiting for an hour. She didn\'t find a reservation on Xpedia. So, my family didn\'t make it to time to use the Dead Sea Pool. There was no reward. Even the male manager couldn\'t help us. He didn\'t even apologize. 2. We paid for the hotel expenses including Tex at Xpedia. However, we re-assigned and paid for the Tex. It gave me the meaning that this happens if I book with Xpedia. 3. I was comforted by a woman who provided guidance and service to our customers. She served us small mackerel towels, drinks, and late check-outs.

The hotel room was clean, receptionist was patient and kindly changed our room to one with a bath tub. The food was pretty good, free beer and wine almost all day, water slides operated in the winter, a few steps from the salty beach. The only improvement opportunity was that staff could be more of service.. took almost 30 minutes to get a dairy free option for 2nd breakfast (the first time we asked it was ok)

We had a fantastic time at this resort. We had a personal concierge assigned to us at the start and Shlomit made sure everything we needed was made available. The food was excellent and plentiful and the spa facilities were perfect and relaxing.

Overall was fine, but there is a big issue with parking not being available. It was clean and the food was good. The staff is unprofessional snd rude. Any question you ask (like what time the water slides get open etc.) no one on can give you an answer.

Loved being on the Dead sea beach. Separate woman/men hours for spa pools were an asset.Loved the All inclusive meals and drinks. Fluffy white towels and bathrobes were provided. Beautiful sunrises and sunset views over the Dead Sea. Night manager Sammy was particularly pleasant and efficient. The hotel could use a makeover and extra hygiene in certain spots. Food was ample and tasty but not always the highest quality .

Service déplorable, nourriture de cantine scolaire non variée, accueil froid, propreté des chambres très moyenne.De plus, hôtel prévu en all inclusive, mais aucun snack ou gourmandises dans l'après midi. Ne pas venir la semaine précédente de PESSAH car il n'y a plus de pain ou viennoiseries ou gâteaux. J'avais envoyé un mail pour demander des informations sur ce sujet, resté sans réponse. Bref 2 jours dans cet hôtel extrêmement décevant et pourtant à 280€ la nuit. Tout simplement à éviter, en tout cas pour cette période.

Ne pas venir la semaine précédente de PESSAH car il n'y a plus de pain ou viennoiseries ou gâteaux. J'avais envoyé un mail pour demander des informations sur ce sujet, resté sans réponse. Bref 2 jours dans cet hôtel extrêmement décevant et pourtant à 280€ la nuit. Tout simplement à éviter, en tout cas pour cette période.

Waited an hour at check-in, room was not even ready at check-in time. 2 hours after check in time they tell me there is an issue with the room, so they had to give me a room which was not as nice as what I reserved, but they did give me a partial refund. The hotel in general is not maintained well, from missing elevator buttons, to dented bath tubs, to stained towels. The food was plentiful, but not very high quality and definitely looked better than it tasted. Definitely was able to find things that tasted good, but not amazing. Overall, the children had a great time either at the pool, or the kids club. If you lower expectations or already have relatively low expectations, you really can have a great time here at the resort. I don't regret staying here, however it definitely would have been better if the hotel invested more to do basic maintenance.

In the hotel industry, it is often said that the reception desk is the heart of the hotel. Unfortunately, in this case, this heart is not functioning as it should. From our very first contact with the reception team, we experienced a very unprofessional approach. A young receptionist with long black hair tied in a ponytail was unfriendly, cold, and showed a lack of respect towards the guest. Instead of a feeling of hospitality, we experienced an unpleasant atmosphere, which unfortunately affected our overall impression of the stay. During the conversation, another member of the reception team joined in. Instead of calmly helping to resolve the situation, he raised his voice and interrupted the conversation. Such behaviour should not happen in a hotel that aims to maintain high standards of service. This is a great disappointment, because the hotel itself has many advantages. The food is very tasty, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the entertainment is very well organised, and the swimming pool is a great asset of this place. Another major advantage is the hotel’s perfect location — directly on the Dead Sea, creating a unique atmosphere and allowing guests to fully enjoy the beauty of this region. Our initial experience upon arriving at the hotel was extremely disappointing. We had to wait in line for over an hour just to check in because there was only one reception desk operating. Even when two additional hotel staff members arrived, they continued serving everyone through that same single desk, which made no sense and caused unnecessary delays. What was even more frustrating was that when it finally became our turn, nobody apologized for the excessive wait. It felt like a complete disregard for the hotel’s guests and their time. Aside from the check-in experience, there were several positive aspects. The room was large and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the location right next to the beach was excellent, and the food was very good. However, the hotel itself is quite old and would benefit from a renovation. In addition, most of the staff at the various service points were not particularly friendly or welcoming to guests. Overall, while the room, food, and location were good, the poor service and unacceptable check-in experience significantly impacted our stay.
