Relais il Campanile al Duomo

Nicht super modern aber alles was man braucht war da. Mein Zimmer war sauber, der Ausblick war schön und ein kleiner Supermarkt war direkt gegenüber. Mir war die Matratze etwas zu hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Amazing central location. Easy to enter outside door and get to room after reception hours. Room was fine. Bathroom was a little smelly. No problems but it also wasn't anything special.

Fue la PEOR experiencia que hemos tenido ya que nos recibió nadie y no teníamos acceso al interior del hotel, estuvimos afuera esperando a que algún huésped saliera para poder entrar, batallamos para comunicarlos vía WhatsApp con la adiminirracion…. HOTELES.COM no deberia ofrecer esta opción; fue un verdadera desastre NO existe la opción de desayuno incluido, sin MENTIRAS !!!!

I’m a minimalist at heart and don’t need much but I was traveling with family on this trip and I listened to there complaints and here’s what the family didn’t enjoy about 4 Narrow flights of stairs to get to the office then to the room amenities were good spacious room with entry way and separate bathroom, couldn’t open window due to scaffolding being outside the window and worried about theft and no air conditioner only furnace.

The property is located at a very central place which is the only positive. However, it is very outdated. We struggled to find a working socket to charge phones in the room. There were drilling and hammering noise at 8 a.m. We paid for the accomodation to get some rest, but it was impossible due to the noise. Lights were flickering too. The room looked worse than in the photos online - very old and small.
