The location was perfect...very close to the train stop at Fenner. Very fresh and delicious breakfast every morning. I was assigned a room that smelled like cigarette smoke but they moved me to a non smoking room immediately. I did reserve the balcony room but glad I didn't get it since it was up several flights of stairs so I remained on the first floor but it was loud with diners below and people walking upstairs above me. The first night it bothered me but then I was too tired to notice the following nights. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Very close to the balaat area for dining and shopping. I would definitely stay there again.

Great little hotel in a good location. Be aware there are lots of stairs so arriving with a large suitcase late at night was daunting.
