Good breakfast buffet. Air conditioner compressor sounded like motorcycle every 45 minutes. Cable TV had poor connection with static, you could kind of make out what you were watching. Someones hairs were stuck to shower wall. Other than that, excellent stay.

Well, this place was horrible!!! Will never recommend. Outside door in back by the room was opened with a rock throughout the entire day/night since it was broken. Very unsafe. Room smelled so bad and staff had car air freshners in the AC/heat system, carpet was dirty and stained, vent in bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I was not pleased with this stay. I had to stay for 2 nights since other hotels in the area were booked due to large events in the area. There was an older gentlemen that worked the front desk, he was so polite everytime i spoke to him. He was the only thing i like about that stay. And this was NOT the room that i booked. I was to have a room with a hot tub and this was the smallest room that i have evwr seen and there was NOT hot tub in the room. Very disappointed

We reserved a handicap accessible room - and were assigned a room with a roll in shower If you utilize a roll in shower you need either a bench or shower chair to transfer into - you can't wheel the chair into the shower If you're able to stand but have balance issues you no need to hold onto a grab bar so you don't fall The shower nozzle is at about 5 feet so it's too low to get under if you're able to stand compounded by the fact you only are able to use one hand We ended up checking out a day early as the shower is completely unusable The staff member indicated that they've worked at the property for 3 years and there's never been a chair While I don't expect a desk clerk to be a disability expert I do expect the franchise owner or General Manager to have an understanding or to contact the corporate office for support In addition the room phone was missing buttons and inoperable I called the front desk directly after check in which was late Friday - so I understand the issue couldn't be addressed instantly but it could have been rectified on Saturday by visiting any medical supply store and buying a shower chair for approximately $100 The message sent by this property is we technically meet ADA requirements but we really don't care about disabled customers especially after getting the stock " we're sorry for the inconvenience" You're really not - and having an unworking phone is a safety hazard I will be speaking with the corporate office this week

The table and chairs in the gazebo were filthy. The room was okay but the telephone, clock and TV did not work. Was moved to another room, where again, the phone and clock did not work. The carpet was dirty and stained but the rest of the room was ok. The breakfast was the same every morning but tasted good and fresh. The employees were very helpful and friendly and the pool, even smaller than depicted in the photos, was very clean.

General sleeping area was acceptable but there were two screws left on the floor for some reason. TV was on the fritz and could not call front desk as phone was not operational. Talked with the manager directly who said none of the phones in the entire building work. He came to the room for the TV and smacked the TV hard and it came back to life. Breakfast was marginal at best. Bath tub was not cleaned, it had multiple dog hairs or people hairs in the tub. This is a tired facility that needs more personal care and money invested back into it.

Excellent, helpful and friendly front desk staff. But our room was not clean. There was a open bar of soap left in the shower. The bedspread was not clean. The breakfast was decent for what it is. Because the staff was so nice I'd like to give a higher review but I must be honest on the cleanliness front.

Everything was old and outdated. The carpet in the room was falling apart, the bathroom door didn’t close, etc. To be fair, there were very few guests there and considering, the breakfast was decent. The front desk worker was an older man and he was great and let us store our bicycles in the meeting room.

I understand that the hotel is dealing with construction around the property, but there is no signage and I wasn't warned about how difficult it would be to locate the entrance.

Clean facility. Friendly check in at 12:30am, Room was clean, comfortable bed, spacious room, hot shower, and free breakfast. Everything we needed/ wanted for an overnight stop on the way.

Everything was old and outdated. The carpet in the room was falling apart, the bathroom door didn’t close, etc. To be fair, there were very few guests there and considering, the breakfast was decent. The front desk worker was an older man and he was great and let us store our bicycles in the meeting room.

Good breakfast buffet. Air conditioner compressor sounded like motorcycle every 45 minutes. Cable TV had poor connection with static, you could kind of make out what you were watching. Someones hairs were stuck to shower wall. Other than that, excellent stay.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great! Would definitely stay again.

The table and chairs in the gazebo were filthy. The room was okay but the telephone, clock and TV did not work. Was moved to another room, where again, the phone and clock did not work. The carpet was dirty and stained but the rest of the room was ok. The breakfast was the same every morning but tasted good and fresh. The employees were very helpful and friendly and the pool, even smaller than depicted in the photos, was very clean.

Excellent, helpful and friendly front desk staff. But our room was not clean. There was a open bar of soap left in the shower. The bedspread was not clean. The breakfast was decent for what it is. Because the staff was so nice I'd like to give a higher review but I must be honest on the cleanliness front.

Paid $120+ for the room for one night, and it was the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed at in my life. My stay only lasted 6 hours because I was so grossed out. The toilet had pubic hairs on/in it, as well as easily removable stains, and even feces/urine on the seat. The shower/tub was filled with easily removable stains and hair from a prior guest. The bed had hair from a prior guest in it as well. There was some kind of pile of beads ( scented beads?) on the floor. Very obvious they don't clean the rooms between guest as evidenced by the leftover filth and lack of vacuuming. It was so dirty, I'm actually convinced it hasn't been cleaned in months, not just since the last guest. Sucks because I stayed here to shower and feel clean on a long road trip, and I left feeling dirtier than I did before I checked in. Felt so dirty that when I left, I actually changed out of the clothes I wore while in the hotel into new clothes, so I wouldn't dirty my brand new car. Literally I would've been better off sleeping in my car for the night. Plus, I was directed to use the stairwell, as apparently there aren't working elevators. Run down place, very creepy, very minimal lighting in the hallways. The sign with the name of the hotel on it is missing on the outside. Minimal lighting outside of the hotel at night. I was actually scared staying here, it seemed like something out of a horror movie from TV.... I actually couldn't believe it. Luckily, I stayed here with my boyfriend.
