It is entirely on the ground floor and overlooks an outdoor area covered with gravel. It sits at the corner of the house, and access is via a shared entrance with the first apartment. One-bedroom apartment for 2–4 guests The property is entirely on the ground floor and offers accommodation for 2 to 4 guests. Entry is through the living room with kitchen, featuring a French bed and a sofa with wall-mounted TV. Large windows make the space bright. From the living area, you enter the double bedroom, also with a wall-mounted TV and a single armchair bed, as well as the bathroom, which has a spacious shower and a bidet located inside the bedroom. Both rooms have air conditioning. Outside, there is a furnished area for dining al fresco with an umbrella and a barbecue. A parking space is available 20 m from the property. Please note that, as the property is divided into multiple units, pets cannot be left alone in the outdoor areas.
