We arrived an hour early and charged an additional $15.00. The room was clean but poorly maintained, the cover for the exhaust vent in the bathroom was on a shelf and the ceiling had black tape where they were trying to stick it up , the microwave did not work at all , the seal for the bathroom room drain was running around in the sink and would not hold water , the a/c unit in the room was broken and the desk had to come and set the temperature.

Room was clean. Front desk staff was great. Elevator broke when we arrived. Some people had to walk 3 stories up to their room. Continental Breakfast was not great. No bagels, No muffins. Overall Ok stay for a night.

Beware of booking this hotel. On our first night, we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night due to A FLEA INFESTATION IN THE BEDS!! It was fortunate, (or unfortunate), that this issue was discovered while preparing for bed. Otherwise, we would've ended up with multiple flea bites upon waking in the morning. The refrigerator was broken, the a/c was subpar and the night shift front desk person did not know which room to put us in. We were given keys to the wrong room and had to go back and forth to the front desk to fix this issue. On the morning we were to check out, housekeeping was banging on the door 3 HOURS before check out time despite there being a "do not disturb" sign on the handle. Funny how they were not banging the previous morning to offer room service or clean towels....I am not usually the type of person to give this bad of a review, but I find the issues we encountered should be shared with other potential guests!

This was a good nights stay. Clean and felt secure. There was an emergency alarm that went off at one am but we never found out why. We would stay again, if for a night. Good price for clean nights stay. Breakfast was minimal, but fine. Cool room, air works great.
