We stayed at the hotel for at least a week. Must say the coffee served in the restaurant during breakfast was outstanding. However, being eggetarians, the breakfast had the same protein option (scrambled egg) everyday - this meant we consumed the same items throughout the week, which was less than ideal. We've been to other, lower tier hotels that offer a variety of egg preparations. Also, the staff was generally nice. That said, we requested a deep clean of our room multiple times but that didn't happen until the last night of our stay. These are issues that we'd encourage the hotel management to focus better on. Also, please make free coffee available in the lobby all day, not just in the morning. All things considered, the stay was nice and comfortable.

We were warmly greeted by Ellie. She really made us feel welcome. A very welcome experience. Our room is fantastic. The bed is comfortable. room spacious and well furnished. The amenities are numerous. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only "complaint" is the towels were thin and "rough," not what I expected at Holiday Inn. It is more like Motel 6. We had a very noisy neighbor, and the manager promised 1000 points for the inconvenience, however I never received. Overall, a good experience.
