Excellent parking, the room was lovely! Check in was very easy, friendly staff. Patio was gorgeous to stand on in the evening, well-lit and with excellent seating.

Dont mistake it is an old motel with small rooms. HOWEVER, the rooms are very clean and updated. The internet was excellent. Microwave and refrigerator. They have public area for barbecue social gatherings. The staff was very friendly and eager to please. There is one floor and parking is great. Its next to an excellent restaurant and lounge.Two gas stations with in walking distance. There is a raill line by the road but it goes thru the town. Ideal place to stop for a night or if you have business in two. My wife and I stayed two nights absolutely no problems. Ignore check in instructions. The office is open from early morning to late night. I believe they take pets.

If you are looking for a good place to sleep while traveling on the road with a cheap rate, clean bed, and secure place to sleep so you can be on your way in the morning, this is it. But if you are looking for a hotel with swimming pool, exercise room, or full staff kitchen, go elsewhere. Although the one story building looks old from the outside, the inside rooms is kept fresh clean, nice, and neat. The hotel property is also nice and clean with some benches to sit and relax in front of the Inn. There's not much amenities such here, but it's a good place to crash for the night and move on the next day. The staff here are very nice people, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Pets are allowed in certain rooms.

welcoming check-in, a free snack, parking near our room, shower w tub, shower toilet in separate room from mirror, sink and towels. next door to a great breakfast cafe. not enough electrical outlets for bedside needs: reading lamp, phone re-charge, C-PAP medical. fortunately I brought an extension cord.

Great place to stay. Has a refrigerator and microwave oven in the room. Great coffee in the Office. Walkable to shops and restaurants and parking is right outside the room.

Felt safe as a solo traveler. Friendly and efficient staff. Good price compared to similar lodgings in the area. Nice to have DirectTV (when I stream I rarely get ‘regular’ network news or series :-). It is clear that staff is working on upgrades/improvements to property.

This was an overnight stay for me after biking over the pass on the Palouse to Cascades trail. This place had everything I needed including excellent air conditioning, a firm and comfortable bed, and a nice shower! It’s an older property with smaller rooms, but everything was clean and the important features have been updated!

There’s a lot to like. The rooms are all ground floor so your chances of parking near your room to unload your car are good. Communication was clear and thorough. Coffee & cereal bars provided in the office in the morning. Freezer compartment in the fridge was the full width of the fridge; both fridge & freezer had a little more room than many. Microwave was also just a little more convenient to operate than most. However the bed was hard and uncomfortable for a side sleeper with a dodgy hip and I woke up in pain often during our 4 night stay. For that reason I would try other places first next time even though the place is well organized and reasonably priced.

The bedding was not washed. There was food or something stuck to the comforter that I was able to flick off with my fingernail. The sheets had hairs on them and one pillow had a large yellow mark on it. The people were super kind and the price was affordable. I loved my stay except for the unwashed bedding. It clearly had not been washed, especially the top comforter, though the bed was made very nicely

Right when we were thinking how the room was decently clean for it being a budget motel, we went to the bathroom to take a shower... I honestly wished we saw the shower sooner and did not stay. The tub was filthy and stained. The "white" shower curtain was pink from fungus build up. When I brought this up to the office lady, she gave the excuse that the tub was stained by bleach... which is not a thing. She did admit the curtain needs to be cleaned. I mentioned that the hand soap bar they gave was a facial moisturizing bar and she said that is all they get. That seems quite unsanitary to me, especially when I am traveling with a baby. We will not be staying there again.

They let us check in early which I appreciated. However, the room was not clean, the mattress was cheap and hard. There is so much deferred maintenance in the room and grounds I’m not sure where to start. The low price may be tempting, but recommend choosing another motel in Cle Elum.

I really like this place, and the service was great! The WIFI worked well, and the room itself, although very small, was comfortable. However, the mattress on the bed was so hard that I hardly slept the two nights I was there, and both days after getting up my back hurt. I work outside and my work is very physical, so this wasn't good. If all of the rooms have this same mattress on the beds, this would be the only reason that I would have a hard time staying here again.

Friendly and helpful staff, a clean and functional room, and a good price, but no ignoring the paper-thin walls. I could clearly hear what my neighbors were saying and any time a room near me ran the water I could hear the pipes vibrating. It took some time to fall asleep as a result.

Super friendly staff/owners, clean room, safe and quiet. I had been traveling alone for a bit and brought my own pillow and sleeping bag so didn’t sleep in the bed - but the mattress wasn’t too firm or too soft, it worked great. It was nice having a microwave and fridge and I had my own instant coffee and food. There’s a grocery store a mile away and easy freeway access plus a cafe next door, breweries and bars all within walking distance. I only stayed one night, it is as advertised- I wasn’t looking for a five star hotel with plush towels or slippers so this gets five stars for being as advertised and affordable.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable room. Located close to our favorite restaurant. We stayed there after a motorcycle incident in 2023 and received a room upgrade as well as extra help for the injured party. In other words, we were treated like family by thus family run business so, we came back and will do so again.

Area was safe and convenient for our purposes. We booked for 4 nights, however due to unforeseen circumstances, we only stayed for 3 and haven't been refunded the night we didn't stay. It was my understanding from the desk person, the refund would be immediate. This was very disappointing.

Felt safe as a solo traveler. Friendly and efficient staff. Good price compared to similar lodgings in the area. Nice to have DirectTV (when I stream I rarely get ‘regular’ network news or series :-). It is clear that staff is working on upgrades/improvements to property.

This is a very cheap motel with very outdated bed linens and decor. It did seem clean so there's that. I called to make sure that I could still check in late since I was at a funeral and the person on the phone was very short and curt telling me they were not a big fancy hotel where I could just come in at any time. She made me give her a specific time. We had to leave our family early to check in. I accidentally left a very expensive compounded medication on the bathroom counter and called early the next day to ask if it was found. I was told by the same lady that it was thrown out and it is not their policy to keep anything they find. It was a medication!!! My name and address and number was in plain view on the label of the medication. They could have reached out at the very least held onto it to see if anyone called for it. That was very disturbing.Thank goodness it wasn't a matter of a serious health issue. You get what you pay for. I would not stay at this motel again. There is a Quality Inn just up the street and thats where we'll stay if there is a next time. I would only recommend staying at this establishment if you are desperate and its all you can afford.

Super friendly staff/owners, clean room, safe and quiet. I had been traveling alone for a bit and brought my own pillow and sleeping bag so didn’t sleep in the bed - but the mattress wasn’t too firm or too soft, it worked great. It was nice having a microwave and fridge and I had my own instant coffee and food. There’s a grocery store a mile away and easy freeway access plus a cafe next door, breweries and bars all within walking distance. I only stayed one night, it is as advertised- I wasn’t looking for a five star hotel with plush towels or slippers so this gets five stars for being as advertised and affordable.

Area was safe and convenient for our purposes. We booked for 4 nights, however due to unforeseen circumstances, we only stayed for 3 and haven't been refunded the night we didn't stay. It was my understanding from the desk person, the refund would be immediate. This was very disappointing.

There’s a lot to like. The rooms are all ground floor so your chances of parking near your room to unload your car are good. Communication was clear and thorough. Coffee & cereal bars provided in the office in the morning. Freezer compartment in the fridge was the full width of the fridge; both fridge & freezer had a little more room than many. Microwave was also just a little more convenient to operate than most. However the bed was hard and uncomfortable for a side sleeper with a dodgy hip and I woke up in pain often during our 4 night stay. For that reason I would try other places first next time even though the place is well organized and reasonably priced.

This place was fine the staff were nice The only problem was that there were some bugs in the bathroom that seemed to come out of the drain not from a lack of cleaning just a weird bug luckily they stayed in the bathroom

Looks like renovation was occurring and the building was in need of some repair. The rooms were fine with nice beds and clean. The staff was very helpful and made sure everyone was satisfied with their stay. Definitely will stay there again. A great price for a nights stay.

Parking was easy with a trailer not in the lot but out front. Staff was so nice a friendly/helpful. Bed was comfortable room was clean but they were having a challenge with a water line. My toilet stopped flushing in the middle of the night I am assuming it had to do with the pipe problem. I would stay again.
