Me gusto mucho la ubicación y lo que no me gusto es que en 5 días de estadía nunca llegaron a limpiar ni a recoger la basura o aponer toallas limpias

I booked this online last minute at 9 pm after a long day and deciding I just couldn't stay at a dark, dank smelly hotel I had booked and prepaid for. It had been a long, tiring day physically and emotionally which was made much worse by the bait and switch of another hotel. Best Western in Edmonds saved me and completely turned my visit around. The receptionist on duty got me quickly checked in, was so nice and welcoming, gave me a goodie bag. I felt so cared for. The room was clean, smelled great, had super comfortable beds with soft linens. I didn't take advantage of the included breakfast, but would have if I didn't have plans already. I highly recommend this hotel - would 100% stay here again. Great value for the money.

Shower/bathtub were worn out and need replacing but functional.

Exemplary service from the staff who went over and above when we arrived not feeling well after a long journey. Breakfast and in-room facilities could not be faulted.
