The hotel was very nice but was so empty that there was hardly ever anyone at the front reception area to help with anything that was needed and I had to wait multiple times. Not a huge deal as I wasn’t in a rush but just being honest and that could make a difference for some. Also a bit disappointed that the pool was closed even though the weather was super nice.

The property is newly renovated, the furniture is new and everything looks nice. Room was clean. Lighted mirrors with the option of color lighting are a nice touch. Blackout blinds provide the option for a dark experience if you want it. Overall the room was warm and inviting with a modern Asian vibe. There are snacks and drinks available in room, for a fee, if you choose to take advantage of the convenience. The location is good and parking is included. We don't know the area, but it felt safe. Gas station is a quick walk across the parking lot. We would stay again.

The staff was very friendly. They assisted me to my room, gave me an overview of the amenities. The room was clean and very spacious. The grounds were clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Amaya.
