Room was surface clean, but there were candy wrappers and other trash behind the sofa bed. When housecleaning came in they replenished coffee but left no cups. Date and time settings on TV were incorrect so channel guide was worthless. Not a big deal but inconvenient.Very pleasant staff

Our coffee pot was broken, there was a hole in the ceiling when we came in the door and the ceiling as you enter the bathroom had water intrusion stains. We were there for 4 nights and our room was not cleaned during our stay. We had access to coffee the first 2 mornings in the lobby and then there was a charge the third and fourth day. We reserved the conference room and the floor was not vacuumed and tables were not cleaned The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and welcoming. They did their best to accommodate our needs to the best of their ability. I would only recommend this hotel for the staff. The accommodations were not as advertised

The pool was open but did not look clean as it was like a layer of dust or something sitting on the water as it sat still. Water was not clear as it should be. Pool water didnt loo like it was clean

I stayed at this hotel recently and was impressed with how clean and fresh the room felt. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work. The staff was great as well, friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. My only real complaint is the hot tub was not working, which was disappointing, and the pool was very dirty, enough that I chose not to use it. If the hotel can improve the maintenance of the pool area, this would easily be a top-tier stay.
