I messed up the date of my reservation and the hotel was very helpful and accommodating at fixing my mistake

The room assigned to us was smelly room on the first floor. We requested room change but unfortunately we moved to the room on the same floor was unclean: dirty cups, used towels even dead insects on the sofa. It’s was about midnight and I was too tired to move room to room, I requested fresh linens sheets and I personally made the bed myself. I would give one star if

The hotel is very nice, well appointed and immaculate. All hotel employees we encountered were friendly, welcoming and professional. The front desk staff provided a map of things to see and kindly explained the best places to visit, as well as calling Ubers for our family. The bar was fun, great drinks, and a great way to relax after a long day of site seeing. We had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere! Very much appreciated the maid service, finding cookies on bed, and mat laid out on floor adjacent to the bed upon our evening returns. Nice touch. Loved our stay and highly recommend.
