Was very disappointing booked because of Jacuzzi in room also was kind of pricey. Jacuzzi did not work was not informed ahead of time. There was no type of price adjustment could’ve got a basic room and paid way less also door was messed up when I left and came back could not get in. Had to call Office to open it manually, the size was good and was a quiet environment, but room was also hot. Lots of light coming in no curtains had to use towels as curtains.

This is a fine no-frills option. The rooms are recently redone and, while very basic, clean and comfortable. Quiet location. Exterior walks to upper story rooms are pretty tired looking. No obvious place to put recycling, and no charging space for electric vehicle.

Woke up to a few cockroachs in the bathroom.. Front desk couldn't do nothing about it. Front desk did apologize, but i will never stay here again.

The woman that checked us in was very nice! The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, those were the only nice things about the place. The room wasn't as clean as we were hoping. As soon as we entered, the room smelled VERY peppery. Not like, a spicy scented cleaning agent, like actual pepper. There was stuff and holes all over the walls. The iron was broken and got too hot to use. The ironing board cover was very dirty. There was a bad smell coming from the drain whenever we'd use the sink. The ac/heater unit would make a loud horrible noise whenever we'd turn it on/off, but it did its job. We got in late, so we didn't have the energy to ask for a new room. Overall, I'd rate my stay 2 stars.

Our room was disgusting. We noticed crumbs on the table right when we walked in, however we had to leave right after i ironed, which we didnt even have an iron. I had to call the front desk for one and wait 10 minutes. When we got back, the sheets were pulled back on one of the beds and a packaged food item was found in the bed smashed and it looked moldy. I further examined the beds and both hed sheets looled to have a droplet od blood on them. After that i called the front desk, i was given new keys immediately but when i asked for a discount because of the inconvenience i was told that wouldnt happen because i prepaid???!!! I would not recommend this place at all.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was a little small compared to some others, but nice. The only reason i ga e a 4/5 stars was one of the three towels in the room were stained and the fact that there were only three towels in the room. A little petty.... Now, the mexican restaurant across the street was EXCELLENT!

Don’t let the outside fool you. Inside is renovated and clean. We stayed for 2 nights for my son’s baseball tournament. Check in and check out was fast and easy. The room was clean and had ample space. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

It was not a very good state at all first I go in the lady is not pleasant at all does not smile nothing she keeps my license and I have to come back and get it from them I requested that the two rooms that I was renting be close by each other are connecting and she was like oh I'm sorry can't do that very rudely and the rooms were so far apart one's upstairs one's downstairs. The rooms there was cigarette burns on our blankets the blankets and sheets itched the bathtub did not work they had to come in and take the guard off and just give us a rubber plug the water was really bad and yellow it needs to have filtration device the people next to us were so loud we could not sleep the TV was mostly nothing but Sports it was nowhere near Pleasant for us at all we will never come back to it we will not recommend it if anybody ever suggests it we will tell them what a joke it is I've worked in the field myself and never been as rude and unprofessional as the lady was to us and never have been in a hotel this this graceful

I booked a room that said it slept 5, when we got into the room it was only 2 queens. I called down and spoke to the person at the front desk she told me the didn’t have rollaways. I went down to ask again because the reservation was for 5 people, she told me, “too bad.” Basically. Then she called the room told me to come down and get a key because she found a cot. So my husband and son went to another room and grabbed a futon and brought it back to our room.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was a little small compared to some others, but nice. The only reason i ga e a 4/5 stars was one of the three towels in the room were stained and the fact that there were only three towels in the room. A little petty.... Now, the mexican restaurant across the street was EXCELLENT!

I like how quiet it was and the staff was all nice... The one thing I wish was open was the pool and the hotel had breakfast.

My stay had several serious issues that I believe need to be addressed, particularly regarding guest safety. There was no telephone in the room, which I consider a major safety concern. At approximately 3:00 a.m., a man with no shirt on, who appeared possibly under the influence, was knocking on our hotel room door. Thankfully, my adult son was traveling with me and told me not to open the door. However, had I been traveling alone, this situation would have been extremely frightening. Even though I have a cell phone, I believe hotel rooms should have a working telephone so guests can immediately contact the front desk or security in an emergency. There were also problems with the electrical and charging outlets in the room. The outlets were loose/stripped and would not hold our charging plugs properly, making it difficult to safely charge our phones. In addition, there was no remote control for the television. Because we could not turn the television off without the remote, I had to unplug the entire TV system from the wall just to turn it off. These were not simply minor inconveniences. The combination of no room telephone, unsafe or worn electrical outlets, no TV remote, and an unknown man knocking on our door at 3:00 in the morning made me very concerned about the condition of the room and guest safety. I hope Hotels.com and Red Lion take these concerns seriously and make the necessary improvements so that future guests, especially women or anyone traveling alone, can

We stay here everytime we come to Hanford for softball tournaments. I love the property and everything about it. The office staff is great. We totally recommend staying here.
