A séjourné 3 nuits

Upon arrival for a 3 night stay pool& hotub were both out of service. The coffee/tea area was separated from the breakfast area, you had to ask the staff for creamer and constant refills. The breakfast was ok. Constantly ran out of items without replacement. The parkinf lot has unlit areas. Exterior doors are not locked. The building itself does not feel maintained. Door& trim with shoe prints and marks. Door hinges are rusted. Doors have holes from the door stops. My shower had a bottle of body was loose from its mount and not attached like the others. Holes in the wall in the bedroom area. The ceiling lights did not function. There was not anti- slip protection in the tub area. We walked down stairs to find puke on the carpet not cleaned io but watch your step signs out ????. They dont keep the dining area clean between customers. We had mess on the floor and tables every morning.

The rooms are fine, but our shower was a bit moldy. Also, there was no hand soap or body wash. The pool and hot tub (our biggest draw to this place) were out of order and we didn’t know until we got there. The breakfast SUCKED and that was our second reason for going there. I hate leaving a review like this, because the entire staff was really nice.

My experience was absolutely terrible, I was harrassed for a full day about my room booking. Then once I thought it was handle by management. I came back later that evening to be harrassed yet again about my room booking and the hotel attendant took my id, and advise they only had me booked for one night. AFTER WHEN I CHECKED IN TOLD TWO NIGHTS. When they let us back in our room after the event we attended my stuff as well as my friends stuff was taken out of our room, and thrown in a trash bag without any phone call from the hotel. On top of all of this the key machine was not working and the pool and hot tub were out of service. Breakfast area was not clean.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating…they were truly the highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, the room itself left a lot to be desired. While the bed appeared clean and the bathroom was in decent condition, I found toenail clippings around the lamp, which was very off-putting and raised concerns about the room's cleanliness. Overall, the experience didn't meet my expectations, and while I appreciate the wonderful staff, I don't think I would choose to stay here again.
