Sehr kleines Zimmer, altes einfaches Mobiliar, Bad war sauber, angefragt war ein ruhiges Zimmer, es wurde eines mit undichtem Fenster zur Straße. Dort brachte manchmal die Straßenbahn das Gebäude zum beben da eine Schiene gebrochen ist. Frühstück war einfach aber ok. Preis /Leistung schwach ausreichend.

When me and my friend arrived and we checked-in we got the same room nr, as of a double booking even if we ordered our rooms separately. So we were in total shock and we had to stressfully and already tired from our trip, contact and describe the situation. We did not know if this hotel really could be trusted at all and we actually thought about maybe book another hotel (never felt this way before). After a time we received separate rooms and we went to have some dinner after we both checked-in. Later when we head back to hotel, we then realized that we once again got same room nr so later I contacted the host and told about the situation. The host refused to acknowledge my problem first that I had been given a separate room and I was so much in stress since I had stored my clothes and valuables in my room before going out for dinner. Only after multiple hours of conversation (the time was 3-4 in the morning next day) I called them and then I could get my stuff back and was given another room. But the amount of stress we had to go through ever since then was at a crazy level. We both did still check our room status update every day to see our rooms would not be double booked again and strangers coming in. Also towels were never changed once. Having to endure all this, the host was still not willing to show good will to truly compensate for what we had to go through. I encourage to stay away from this hotel at any price and choose a hotel with On-Site reception!

Efter att jag hade checkat in på rummet öppnades plötsligt dörren och en annan gäst kom in och sa att det var hans rum. Hotellet hade bokat samma rum till två gäster. Jag kontaktade personalen och bad dem att lösa problemet. Till en början gjorde de det och gav mig ett nytt rum. Men efter ett tag uppstod samma problem igen, och i deras system var jag återigen tilldelad samma rum som den andra gästen och koden till rummet slutade funka. Detta upprepades gång på gång långt in på natten, tills de till slut lyckades lösa problemet helt. De erbjöd ingen kompensation. De hade ingen personal på plats och när man bad om nåt (t.ex. toalettpapper) i whatsapp-gruppen, så svarade de att de kommer med det vilket de aldrig gjorde.

Habitación pequeña pero limpia, la calle donde se encuentra está en obras y llegar desde el metro son unos 10 min caminando pero las calles están muy mal mantenidas. Nunca vi al personal, todo es por códigos, tiene ascensor y un supermercado cerca.
