I had room of the top floor (6th floor), elevator was broken but that wasn't even the worst thing, I heard rodents moving in the ventilation at night/evening. There was a big yellow stain on the mattress and the cleanliness was a bit poor anyway. Staff was nice and speak good English, hotel was near of the old town

External doors didn’t lock, air con didn’t work, receptionist was not welcoming or helpful, breakfast was basic but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bedding was really nice, the shower was good and it was incredibly cheap.

Well located, reasonably priced hotel. The economy room is a little small but had everything we needed including a fridge which is great. Breakfast was simple but catered for all tastes. Staff were friendly.

The first night we noticed that the air conditioning was not working. Reception told us that they were waiting for a part to fix it. It was not fixed during our 5 day stay. A fan was provided.

AC was not working when we arrived but the receptionist (Santosh) made sure that we were provided with a fan. On our return where we had 3 nights, as the AC was not working still, Santosh arranged for us to be upgraded to a room with a balcony that allowed more air through. Some noise from traffic and the adjacent tram route, which starts early! All the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Santosh. The cleaning staff kept everything very clean. A good breakfast. A short walk from the old town but good value compared to more expensive hotels in the old town.

Sehr kleines Zimmer, altes einfaches Mobiliar, Bad war sauber, angefragt war ein ruhiges Zimmer, es wurde eines mit undichtem Fenster zur Straße. Dort brachte manchmal die Straßenbahn das Gebäude zum beben da eine Schiene gebrochen ist. Frühstück war einfach aber ok. Preis /Leistung schwach ausreichend.

Hotel is good. The area looked a bit gloomy at night but I never saw anything or anyone to make me feel unsafe. I used a small cafe300m up the street for breakfast & there are some excellent restaurants within 1km. Staff spoke good English & were very helpfull. Airport bus, tourist information & metro close by.

We were very pleased with this hotel. Location is good, only about five mins from the Metro and fifteen from the old town. Good staff, very friendly, great breakfast everything you could want and a decent sized bedroom with small balcony. Would happily recommend.

I liked: the variety at breakfast. This seems to be expected in Romania, I have encountered it elsewhere too, but this is a small hotel. There were vegetables to go with the egg -- GREAT! there were olives, tapenade, .... on the side. There were the sliced tomatos and cucumbers, plenty of them. And fruit. The terrace room! There is only one of it. The balconies. Bathroom was not cramped -- quite spacious.

The breakfast selection was very poor, and cold, the coffee was not very good with the machine not working too well, I wanted bed and breakfast, I just wanted a room which was comfortable and the room was, the breakfast really was a terrible let down and for that reason I wouldn’t go back

The breakfast selection was very poor, and cold, the coffee was not very good with the machine not working too well, I wanted bed and breakfast, I just wanted a room which was comfortable and the room was, the breakfast really was a terrible let down and for that reason I wouldn’t go back

Chambre très petite. Bruit toute la nuit passage de voiture et de tramway. Petit déjeuner à 10 € avec pas de pain. Jus d'orange dilué au maximum;oeuf au plat froid etc....

Lovely staff very friendly and helpful. We had to leave on a tour at 6:30 am and the chef had made us a packed breakfast to take away which was very kind.

We were very pleased with this hotel. Location is good, only about five mins from the Metro and fifteen from the old town. Good staff, very friendly, great breakfast everything you could want and a decent sized bedroom with small balcony. Would happily recommend.

Habitación pequeña pero limpia, la calle donde se encuentra está en obras y llegar desde el metro son unos 10 min caminando pero las calles están muy mal mantenidas. Nunca vi al personal, todo es por códigos, tiene ascensor y un supermercado cerca.

Et hotel uden reception, hvilket var lidt udfordrende da jeg ankom til hotellet kl.03:35. Men på hoveddøren var der en QR kode som var nem at anvende og jeg kom med det samme i online kontakt med en service desk som var ualmindelig hurtig til at hjælpe og meget serviceminded. På et tidspunkt ændrede mit hotel rum geografisk placering fra Bukarest til Barcelona og jeg kunne ikke benytte swipe funktionen på min mobil til at komme ind i hverken receptionen eller videre til mit værelse. Igen hjalp service dealen mig hurtigt. Plus andre ting som ikke fungerede. Men altid super hurtig og imødekommende hjælp. Derfor fire stjerne. Uden den hurtige hjælp og støtte havde hotellet fået en stjerne.

There is nobody at the reception desk. The online application didn't work. I had to call the help line 5 times until somebody answered (the first four times the message said that there are no agents available). The code for the room didn't work at the door in the loby; so I had to call again several time and they gave me the generic code; that is a safety issue. Tere is no phone in the room; so guests can't call for help if needed and since the front desk door is loked the police can not enter the hotel in case of emergency. They give clean towels only after five days and there is nowere shown that; so, I had to use the towels I left on the floor. The front sliding door was broken and twice during my 10 days stay. Despite the fact that the hotel is in Romania, the receptionist who answered the phone doesn't speak Romanian, only english and spanish. This was the worst hospitability exparience I had in sixty years.
