I didn’t like this hotel the breakfast was really poor even the room is to small no one help us with the luggage and it’s a lot of stairs

The hotel interior was lovely with an old world feel but with modern amenities. I was only there for one night but would stay there again if passing through Naples. Any negatives about the property are the negatives of Naples itself (the square in front on the hotel was strewn with cigarette butts, garbage and graffiti) and beyond the hotel's control. Barbara at the front desk was lovely and recommended an excellent breakfast spot for that morning as well as assisting us with taxis and airport transfers. We left too early the next morning to try out their breakfast. The accessibility of the hotel is, unfortunately, poor. There are seven steps up to the front desk and the elevator, though the elevator is large enough to fit a standard wheelchair. Other thing to be aware of: the hotel is in a pedestrian zone so taxis or other transportation may not be able to drop off/pick up from the hotel directly depending on their permits or the time of day. Again, not a big deal to walk a block or two, unless you have mobility issues.

Our deluxe double room no. 104 was spacious and nice except for the cheap laminate flooring. Last night there was no warm water neither on the evening or the morning after. When we pointed it out we got a “why didn’t you let us know”. We were already undressed and couldn’t find the number anywhere for the reception or maintenance. Got no reduction obviously.

Only stayed one night. The AC didn’t work and couldn’t get WiFi in our room. The room was really nice and clean. Ugly area outside.

Hôtel de bon standing et confortable, très bien situé en centre ville près de la cathédrale. L'option parking est dans la présentation de l'hôte mais ce n'est qu'une place de courtoisie pour décharger ses bagages. Même si l'hôtel a accepter que je me gare toute la nuit devant l'hôtel, j'ai dû déplacer la voiture des le lendemain matin et aller garer mon véhicule au parking partenaire qui facture 90€ les 7h. Ce serait aussi bien de signaler que l'hôtel est zone protégée.

The location is quite difficult to access by car, as it is situated in the historic downtown area with very narrow streets, some of which are restricted to local traffic only. In addition, the parking area is located far from the hotel, which makes arrival and departure less convenient. Upon arrival, there was no one available to assist with luggage, and guests must carry their bags up steps in order to reach the elevator, which is not very practical. Room cleaning is only carried out until 12:00 pm, but this information is not clearly communicated to guests. As a result, our room was not cleaned during our stay. In addition, the hotel does not offer room service, which limits comfort, especially for a property that otherwise presents itself well. Another point that felt quite unpleasant was the checkout experience. Checkout time is at 11:00 am, and exactly at that time the lights in the common areas were turned off, which came across as unnecessarily rude. Overall, while the physical structure of the hotel is good, the level of service and guest experience should be improved to match it.

Great location for sight seeing in the old quarter. 2-3 blocks to Chapel Sansevero and Santa Chiara monastery. I brought my 95 year old mom to Naples. So location had to be close as she doesn’t walk much. We had a good room on 3rd floor near elevator. I will say for those with accessibility needs - there are 3 steep steps into hotel. 3 more up to ground level. And an additional 2 up to reception and elevator. And an additional 2 over to area where breakfast is served. Good breakfast with a nice variety. I will say the reviews about the hard mattress are true. Very hard mattress like a board. Pillows were laughably flat and bad. Bring your own. No coffee or tea maker in room which was a disappointment. Barren lobby. The plaza where hotel is located has a corner dumpster that is always overflowing. Maybe just an Italian thing but it was constantly full with trash all around it even after it was emptied. Unsightly. Pleasant staff.

The hotel itself was nice and clean and staff was friendly. There was shopping close by with good deals. We bought a medium size luggage for €20. Continental breakfast was very good with a large variety. When everyone is trying to take a shower in the morning, hot water does run out which I heard it is common in these areas so I would have to take a shower at night or very early in the morning. I know Naples is known for their graffiti so I was not surprised with that, but I was surprised with the amount of trash in the area when we arrived by taxi, we found a pile of trash in front of the hotel. Which was cleaned up the next morning.

An attractive old building modernised inside into a comfortable and clean hotel. A few metres off the spaccanapoli busy street with shops bars and restaurants.

The room was clean and the beds were very good. The bathroom was very small and difficult to dry one's self in after a shower. The area was quiet and the drapes covered the windows sufficiently to block light.

Excellent hotel in every respect. Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room was spacious, well appointed and meticulously clean. Relatively easy walk (for two 70 year olds) to train station to catch train to Pompeii. Lots of other amazing cultural attractions and restaurants (as long as you like pizza) within easy wallk of hotel. We stayed at this hotel 12 years ago and it was just as pleasant a stay then as it was this time.

Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Deluxezimmer mit auch sehr geräumigem Badezimmer. Das Angebot beim Frühstück war begrenzt aber qualitativ hochwertig. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel für eine Städtereise nach Neapel.

We liked the size of our room. The entrance stairs to the hotel and to the lobby are difficult when you arrive with heavy suitcases.

We had a junior suite, and it was very comfortable. The room and hotel were completely quiet, something rare in Naples. The hotel's location was terrific. Every hotel employee was friendly, courteous, and helpful. This is an extremely well-run hotel, and it was a pleasure to stay here for five nights.

Barbara! She is so delightful, made excursions around the area so easy with map directions. She answered all questions and always with a smile. Breakfast was great, the chef/lead took pride in making sure all was well and replenished. The quiche was delicious. I only wish there were more warm dishes available. The only take away was no complimentary water in the room and no ice bucket. When I asked for ice in a hot humid day, I was told it would be brought up promptly. Despite asking for the room number twice, it was never delivered! Overall, beautifully decorated and maintained property in the center of the ancient town. Window blocks off all sounds and there is a skybox available too. Just a 20 min walk to the Garibaldi station and 20 mins drive to NAP.

The staff at the time of our check in were not helpful or friendly. They said if we want to upgrade its higher rate when asked about free upgrade they said they are fully booked, they said the Expedia should have sent a note. Asked about extra pillows because my acid reflux issues to raise my head, his reaction was oh no. Later that night a different receptionist got me two extra pillows.

We were a little concerned about the location and neighborhood upon arriving, but it was all good. Close to the restaurants and shops we wanted. The staff was terrific. Friendly and extremely helpful. it made are first stay in Naples very successful.

The staff are incredible here, from cappacinos in the morning to booking tours when asked. The location is excellent where you can walk everywhere and yet when you go to your room, it’s very quiet and a block from all the action. The hotel is very clean and safe in this area.

Nice central hotel

Nice tidy hotel in the historic part of the city a short walk to the sites . Naples is very dirty but this hotel did clean up the front area from all the rubbish. Big spacious room and lovely breakfast.

Great location near central historic Napoli and to get around rest of city!

The staff are very friendly at the hotel. Very walkable to the Duomo or Stazione Napoli Centrale to catch a train or bus. The property is a little older but centrally located to shops, pizzerias and it was pretty safe.

Property is the ideal spot for being in Naples. It’s right in/by the Ancient Town, by Spacconappoli and so easy to get around the area. It is also easy access to walk to the main train station (Napoli Centrale/Piazza Girabiladi) (15-18 min walk) and to the upper end of Napoli (10 min the opposite way). The hotel itself is nice. It is what I expect for an Italian hotel. Nice accommodations, clean, very nice staff. That being said, there were just a few things to mention…it doesn’t take away the great rating I have of the hotel…afterall it’s in a FANTASTIC spot in town. Just something that an American tourist would want to know. The bed was nice but it wasn’t super comfy and soft. The pillows were also nice but a little dense for me. And for the ladies, bring conditioner for your hair bc they do not provide it. They have great smelling and wonderful soap, shampoo, body wash and body cream (lotion), but not conditioner. It’s not a thing in Italy. So not a ding on the hotel but just remember to bring some. Breakfast was delicious. We stayed for 5 nights so I was hoping there would be more variation to the breakfast since i didn’t want the same thing over and over again. But it was a delicious and beautiful breakfast buffet spread. If you want great coffee, be sure to ask for it vs using the self serve machine (like a nespresso or keruig type machine). The staff makes fantastic espresso. Overall a great hotel! I wouldn’t mind staying there again!! Nov 21-26 stay

Terrific location in historic center, but walking distance to central station, shopping and major sights

Hotel was very nice, with lots of cute shops and restaurants nearby. Not far from Napoli Centrale, but a bit out of the way for some of the attractions. We loved our stay here, the staff was very helpful and we would absolutely consider staying in the future.

Wonderful seven day stay. Rooms are quiet and huge with great storage. All tourist sites are easily walkable and we always felt safe. Naples gets a bad, unwarranted rap, for being unsafe. Hotel staff were helpful. Breakfast was marginal at best. Not enough varied choices but what they had was manageable. Best location which by itself makes this a top notch hotel. Would highly recommend.

Hôtel que je recommande. Propre et confortable, bien situé. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner. Il est servi jusqu'à 10h30 mais quand vous arrivez à 9h45 il n'y a par exemple plus de pain. Vous demandez à la jeune femme qui vous répond qu'il n'y en a plus. En insistant auprès du responsable de la restauration, en 10 min j'ai eu du pain. Le petit déjeuner est moyen, pain congelé, jus industriel. Bref peu faire mieux

Sehr schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal. Sehr sauber und an hervorragender Lage. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Das Angebot ist zwar lecker, dürfte aber vielseitiger sein. Ein frischer Saft statt gezuckerte Orangenlimo oder frisches aufgeschnittenes Obst wären lecker. Insgesamt hat es uns aber sehr gefallen.
