Manager was nice and helpful. Property is old—probably built in the 40’s or 50’s. While they do provide breakfast, it is very skimpy.

The room was clean. Not a lot of room but good for a two night stay. The most important thing I can tell you is make sure you right the directions down. While the hotel had excellent service the town did not. Very frustratting, especially at night. Our friends had to find us and take ys to the motel. They have a limited breakfast availability, but little a DD not to far away.

Very nice budget motel. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. The only knock is the outside lights are so bright that it bleeds into room at night.

We stayed in a cottage. Screening was ripped, blinds inside were broken. The place REEKED of old cigarettes. Lamp shade cracked and broken, most bulbs not working, pictures on walls cracked or broken. Place in serious need of updating. Continental breakfast was a joke. 3 kinds of cereal, 3 bags of bagels, 1 tub fake butter and 1 tub cream cheese. Apple juice in fridge. On counter was 1 pack of oatmeal and a few jelly packs. No peanut butter. Also no creamers for coffee nor any options other than real sugar. There was no fresh fruit, no pastries, and no yogurt. Very disappointing. Woman who checked me in day before was same as one setting up coffee in morning. Very unfriendly didn’t even say good morning.

Very nice rooms and great service from the owners. They delivered an extra towel and pillows to our cabin upon learning we had an extra person. Unprompted. Smart TVs were a nice addition and the screened in porch on the 2 Queen cabin was a bonus. The continental breakfast was a little lackluster, consisting of only bagels and fruit.

Clean room, friendly staff. Parking excellent right in front of room. Room very small with the two beds. It would be better to have one bed and a fold out couch. Therefore, if there are only two people you would have more room to move around. If four people in that room, it would’ve been very difficult to get around. The other thing I would recommend his new towels. The ones we were given were very, very thin. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would return if we are ever back in the area. Very convenient location.

Got to room, air conditioner was running, but room while cool had a odor. Went to store and bought air freshener which helped a lot for room and bathroom. Showerhead didn't look very clean, signs of possible mold. One bed had hairs on the sheets. Beds were advertised as comfortable. Only comfortable if you like very stiff. Internet was advertised as high speed and it definitely was not. This is an older hotel that is past it's prime, and in need of some work. Older electrical system, including two prong outlet in the bathroom. Many outlets did not work. One outlet looked as if something had overheated while plugged in to it. We spent the night, and left at 7:15 am, after very little sleep. Went to check out, and there was no one there, just a cup to put your room key in. I think that the owners are trying, but I believe that they are overwhelmed by the amount of work needed to run this property. I wish them luck, but I know that I don't recommend this place, and I will not be back.

This property did NOT match the photos on the listing. My dog found a filthy razor blade in the cottage could have been hurt, mold and mildew in the bathroom, floor was duct taped, blinds were broken, trash behind the cottage. I tried to leave but had no where else to unfortunately was stuck there!

Horrible experience. The room had such an awful smell, the carpet felt damp to the point I refused to not wear sandals the entire time. Bathroom was disgusting, shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Random stains on the walls, bed had a huge dip in it and made noises anytime you moved. Door didn’t lock at all. Property is LESS than regularly maintained. Duct tape over loose electrical outlets. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find another option to stay somewhere else. So my husband and I barely slept, on a horrible bed, on top of the blanket we brought, with all of our belongings barricading the door we could not lock. Cobwebs EVERYWHERE, blinds that were broken, and the smell. The smell alone was beyond overwhelming. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to spend even an hour here

Property in terrible shape. Owners dont speak much English. Broken TV, couldnt understand we needed it fixed. Bathroom smelled of urine. Bed covering had stains on the under side when turning down the sheets.

Overall stay was great. Just the beds tend to squeak a lot when tossing and turning which tended to wake me up quite a bit. Maybe the other rooms would have been different. Beds were comfortable and room was clean and quiet. Small selection at breakfast but otherwise good stay for the night. Good for a stay if you traveling in area.

They said they took over a week ago. It still needs work. About every other thing needs updating. TV only had 10 channels. If anyone smokes around you, it comes right in the room. They have the kind of clientele that smokes. The main problem is the road noise. Bikers and trucks come by VERY loudly all the time. Curtains were way too see through. Bfast had bagels but no butter or cream cheese. I dont think they have run a motel before. It should be priced at half of what it is.

Wrong address listed here and they don’t care if u can’t find it. They expect you to call to get right address. Giving it a one star because it of that. One of the parties in my reservation ended up having to go home because she couldn’t locate it and they refused to give her money back. Good place to stay other than that just do not count on their breakfast!

There are new owners of this hotel and they are wonderful and welcoming! They are working hard to make upgrades to all the rooms and the exterior to make the stay even better!

Reserved a cottage but was given a motel room. Was not informed by staff beforehand or while checking in. It wasn’t until I asked why I was given a room instead and I was told there were issues with the water. It would have been nice to have been told ahead of time.

This spot is a diamond in the rough. The new family owners are working hard to bring this property back to form. We stayed in a double queen cabin. Very clean, new carpet, freshly painted. I spoke with 2 different people at the front desk, both were courteous and easy to speak with. When we checked out, they offered fresh coffee and breakfast even though we were right on the checkout time. We have already booked our next stay. Keep improving, you’re doing a fantastic job!!

The room was clean. Not a lot of room but good for a two night stay. The most important thing I can tell you is make sure you right the directions down. While the hotel had excellent service the town did not. Very frustratting, especially at night. Our friends had to find us and take ys to the motel. They have a limited breakfast availability, but little a DD not to far away.

Quick 1 night stay. Check in was pretty standard. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, but it was really close to the radiator. The 2 remote tv system was annoying. The morning coffee didn’t go over well, I think the creamer was bad. I don’t know, but plenty of places in town to go get coffee. Great location when visiting Plymouth state. Excellent value.

Manager was nice and helpful. Property is old—probably built in the 40’s or 50’s. While they do provide breakfast, it is very skimpy.

Simple place, fine for one night. Just stopping over. Felt safe, appreciated the small but thoughtful breakfast set up in the office in the morning. Was better than I thought it would be.

Wrong address listed here and they don’t care if u can’t find it. They expect you to call to get right address. Giving it a one star because it of that. One of the parties in my reservation ended up having to go home because she couldn’t locate it and they refused to give her money back. Good place to stay other than that just do not count on their breakfast!

We stayed in a cottage. Screening was ripped, blinds inside were broken. The place REEKED of old cigarettes. Lamp shade cracked and broken, most bulbs not working, pictures on walls cracked or broken. Place in serious need of updating. Continental breakfast was a joke. 3 kinds of cereal, 3 bags of bagels, 1 tub fake butter and 1 tub cream cheese. Apple juice in fridge. On counter was 1 pack of oatmeal and a few jelly packs. No peanut butter. Also no creamers for coffee nor any options other than real sugar. There was no fresh fruit, no pastries, and no yogurt. Very disappointing. Woman who checked me in day before was same as one setting up coffee in morning. Very unfriendly didn’t even say good morning.

Very nice rooms and great service from the owners. They delivered an extra towel and pillows to our cabin upon learning we had an extra person. Unprompted. Smart TVs were a nice addition and the screened in porch on the 2 Queen cabin was a bonus. The continental breakfast was a little lackluster, consisting of only bagels and fruit.

Overall stay was great. Just the beds tend to squeak a lot when tossing and turning which tended to wake me up quite a bit. Maybe the other rooms would have been different. Beds were comfortable and room was clean and quiet. Small selection at breakfast but otherwise good stay for the night. Good for a stay if you traveling in area.

Old run down small cottage, need alot more remodeling, paper pictures are stuck on with tape, strong musty old odor. Breakfast was decent bagels and cereal.

-Front desk staff was abrasive and abrupt -Cottage looked NOTHING like photos online and was uncomfortably small -mattress was so uncomfortable, I should have slept in the car. -there was blood spray from IV drug use in spots on the wall in the bathroom (I am a nurse, I know 100% what I was looking at).

Cosie place, easy access and parking. Very comfortable bed!! Only 15 minutes from where my event was happening so very convenient for me.

Checked in and the room was tiny and smelled horrible. We refused to stay there. The did offer to give us another room but we were able to find another place to stay. Now trying to get a refund.
